I've ordered the coffee several times and everytime its like they dont want to give you a full cup. If I paid for a 16oz I want a full 16oz cup. Not 1/2 full with a ton of ice. Always trying to cut corners and not give customers what they want. Please do better on your service!“

It tastes so much like our home country. I couldn't provide any picture because we were really hungry from the long trip and just dove in to eat. The food reminds me of my home country, and it was amazing. The prices are affordable. The service is awesome. My sister dropped her orange juice and got a new one without extra charges. It looks small and old, but the food isn't. The quality is fresh. The people are really friendly. Definitely coming back again.“

He is a second generation business owner/chef. His pho is the best I have ever had and it's because of their secret family recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. We have been friends since Highschool and me and the basketball players would always go to his Mom and Dads pho shop after a basketball game. It's so healing and just makes you feel good like you're giving your body exactly what it needs to repair itself. Jimmy is also a talented artist, as you sit in his small space each piece of pottery, tea cups, bowls, and urban art are so tastefully place and cultivated from local artists. His mission is to build the business of this new pho shop on Alberta and take care of his mom and dad who are reaching retirement. His family honor is incredibly inspiring and I want to support him reach his goal. Everyone has got to come and experience this family's flavor, they really have something special, it's all about high quality food. There is no question it is top tier. “Wonderful street food and cocktail vibes.... backlit holes in the dark walls give a delightful ambiance to a Short Round visit. Every time we drop in, we make an attempt to try something different, and I have yet to be disappointed. I've somehow missed out on becoming a wing connousieur, but I'm turning into a big fan of the ones here. So far, we haven't gone wrong with whatever drink special they have, any random Thai dish that sounds interesting, and an order of wings. Short Round is quickly becoming a favorite spot when we're looking for something quick and genuinely tasty. Ordering at the counter and taking a number to your table makes service quick and painless.“

“I've always known this place as a place to order party trays from. They do, forever, have a handful of tables where you can sit and dine in for a meal. Their Hu Tiu Nam Vang is pretty legit and a meat try. I got mine half rice noodle and half egg noodle. They do load up on the protein and the broth comes with a piece of bone. It's a great dish to have on a cold day.“

“Friendship Kitchen is an east Portland gem. We've tried several of their dishes, but our favorites are the vegetarian pho and the tofu bánh xèo. “Okay here’s an in depth review. I walk in front of the restaurant. It’s so beautifully decorated with plants and looks very charming and welcoming on the exterior. I walk in. My nose is hit with the delicious aroma of comforting Vietnamese food. “Hello customer!” Says the wonderful girl at the ordering station. “What are you looking to eat on this magnificent day my friend?” I tell her I’m not sure, she proceeds to show me their menu with all the delicious foods. I cant even decide because I want them all!!! After thinking for a bit I decide on the Vietnamese pho. And one of their hand crafted drinks. The kind young employee guides me to my seat. I look around at all the beautiful decorations— it feels like I’m transported straight to Vietnam. I help myself to a refreshing free cup of lemon water. About ten minutes after ordering my meal comes. Not only did I receive a very generous portion of pho, it came with lots of sides to pick from, and even a hand cut lime. I devour the pho. The beautful and kind employee takes my dirty dishes and gives me a warm smile. As I’m leaving the whole crew of cooks and employees say “Goodbye my friend! We are so happy we could nourish your soul and stomach!” I almost have tears in my eyes. No name pho felt like my own home. The food was affordable and made me feel comforted and safe. And the workers made me feel like royalty. Thank you all.“

“This is inside the Hong fat Supermarket. It's essentially a deli where you can get pre-made Asian food from Banh Mi's to various stir fry's to Thai Tea and egg rolls.

It was also ridiculously cheap. I had a whole whole banh mi and a Thai tea for $5.

There's no real seating to enjoy a meal so be ready to grab it and go.“
