The place was sparsely populated at the time (mid-afternoon) and I would have thought the service would have been a little better. At my friend’s urging, I tried something new (chili relleno) and it was GREAT! I will certainly try that again.“

“I have always been more than happy with the special #2. The portion sizes are huge and I love it. Id prefer less sweet and sour sauce in the box when you order it to go, but it seems like theres always a relatively equal mix of fully sauced chicken pieces and some only about half. So you can elect to drown your chicken in more of the delicious sauce or eat a half doused ones as is. The chow mein is perfect. Pork fried rice is a great addition that lets you enjoy rice with some appreciated flavor. I originally didnt like the crab puffs but they grew on me quickly.

Ive seen some complain that the outside needs more cleaning or that the environment needs some adjustment. I think the concerns of the outside are fair enough, but Ive never felt the place was unclean. If anything, I take small town restaurants with dated exteriors but fine interiors as a sign of the truly good stuff. And my experience with Jade terrace has basically just been that: the good stuff.

“Not only are the pizzas delicious, with the yummiest pizza crust but YB has some of the best customer service I've ever encountered, especially in the last few years when customer service seems to have seriously declined. I would go back to them again and again just for that.“

“Staff was prompt and responsive. I ordered the Prime Rib Special. It came out remarkably fast. Medium rare as requested. Unfortunately the baked potato was over done and yet cool. The prime rib was lukewarm. The horseradish sauce was off- I can’t tell why but it had a peculiar flavor that should not have been there. Seasoning of the prime rib was on point and so was the zip sauce. I wasn’t feeling up to potential confrontation so when they asked how the food was I just said good. With prime rib it’s hard because if they warmed it then it might not have come back medium rare…also there was no steak knife but again I didn’t ask“

“Where to begin? The location looks great, and it has a good vibe to it. The customer service is top notch, my server was very nice and even put some special attention with a message on our anniversary order bag (very sweet!).

Now the food. The flavor on the beef ramen is fantastic. The beef is tender, the noodles are cooked perfectly and all the veggies tasted fresh. The Takoyaki here has to be some of the best in Salem. I also tried the fried chicken bun for the first time, great flavor, soft bun and crispy chicken in the middle.

My wife ordered the chicken stir fry ramen, fresh veggies, fried chicken all tasted amazing.

“The best Chile rellenos I have had in a long time! Plenty of cheese and sauce with a perfect bite of everything. My wife had the enchiladas chicken and cheese and something with sour cream and guacamole, with rice and refried beans. I shared some of her food. Everything was excellent 👌👍. The place was comfortable, could talk to each other but had a lot of background noise. We had family with us. Overall a great experience. Will be going back.“

My husband had sweet and sour pork and i had the chicken and vegetables. We both had egg flower soup and pork fried rice. The food was great! The vegetables were fresh and crisp tender. The meats were juicy and cooked well. The service was wonderful. Parking is at the rear of the building. They offer pool tables and video lottery and there is a full bar. We will definitely return! Everyone here is extremely friendly, I love that they play Christian music and stand for their beliefs, which says a lot about them as people and as a business in today's America.

I usually order the chicken teriyaki or the spicy chicken. Which is always perfectly cooked chicken, Lathered in a delicious sauce. My whole family loves it, and everyone I've recommended to this location loves it.

For the price, It is a must go to for a tasty meal and great service.

“It is hard to find good breakfast in this area and Cafe 22 hits the spot. I love their peaches, the pancake thickness isnt overly cakey and hard to swallow. The bacon is thick and cooked just right. The raspberry jam is real raspberry jam. The water mentioned in the another review is because they are on a well so it does taste little bit more tinnish, a lemon wedge in my water cured that. Stopped by the fruit stand for fresh strawberries, on the spendy side, but oh the flavor, absolutely nothing beats an Oregon strawberry. Had I known they did strawberry short cake, I woulda skipped the breakfast and went straight to the fruit stand.“

My pizza was raw. Was gave to me a MESS. I paid over 30$ for a undercooked horrible pizza and left feeling very unhappy. I highly recommend going to any Abby's pizza BESIDES this one!! And if it's your first time their don't let it distort your view on Abby's as a whole. Just go to a different one. I promise you will be amazed at the difference! I still have the raw pizza. Have not received any call back from the other manager Johnathan which I was promised to hear from. I will be warning as many people as I can about this place. “We recently moved here from South Florida and I'm used to top shelf steak houses. This place came up in my search and I thought I'd give it a try. WOW! What a surprise! This is a little hole in the wall, out of the way, blink and you miss it place but omg!! You WANT TO GO HERE! The wait staff is friendly and welcoming. They don't take reservations and they fill up quickly but it's worth the wait.
The food is off the chain!! I had the filet mignon, mashed potatoes and veggies. They brought me a platter. No, not a plate-I swear, a serving platter full of food. The filet was tender and wrapped in bacon. The mashed potatoes were topped with gravy and the veggies were steamed and sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
The hubby had the St. Louis full rack of baby back ribs. They were so meaty, he couldn't finish more than half the rack.
And don't even get me started on the cheddar biscuits they brought to the table.
This place is a hidden gem in Dallas. I will most definitely be back on a regular basis.“
