“Fire. Best fried chicken drum we’ve ever had. We agreed the snow sauce should be called crack dust. French fries were good but just good French fries at end of day. But the chicken; The chicken drums are phenomenal. Thank you for a wonderful food eating experience.“

“Stopped by here after Taekwondo one evening and we were not disappointed! My daughter and I loved the atmosphere, the service, and most importantly the food. We got our food to-go and it did not compromise the flavor or texture of anything at all. The side dishes of the Japchae, Kimchi, and Corn Slaw went so well with the main dishes. I cannot wait to come back for more of the chicken, and to try the rest of the menu!“

“Whenever I travel, I always look for the top rated Korean restaurants that aren’t all-you-can-eat bbq. We enjoyed Han Oak so much that we decided to try the sister restaurant, Jeju, and loved it equally. The set menu has similar side dishes and exquisite house-made ssamjang, plus delicious meats, veggies, and lettuce for making ssambap. We ate until we could eat no more and then we ate some more! It was an unforgettable meal.“

“Wow Cow is more than just a place to get amazing food. It’s a place where the owner knows you by name, and cares about your order and experience. This is our happy place we walk miles to get to. They are seriously the very best of the best!! 😎“

“Portland, which I come to every now and then, has a charm that makes me want to walk. Today too, I left the hotel without a plan and wandered around from place to place and stumbled upon bibim~:) I was thinking about the lunch menu, but as soon as I saw this place, I went into the restaurant without even a second of hesitation—! As expected, it was run by Koreans. They recommended bibimbap and spicy pork bulgogi because it was delicious, so I took the bibimbap!?!? The quantity was huge and the taste was??? It's been a long time since I buried my nose in my bowl and ate without any hesitation. While I was eating, they told me that it tastes better if you mix it with Japchae, but what can I say? As expected, it’s sweet. I was very happy to find a good Korean food restaurant in Portland. I felt grateful to the Korean owner who runs the business, and I was grateful to the owner and his daughter who are spreading K-Korean food as many Portland residents are visiting this place. It was a moment that felt amazing. “Please continue to spread delicious K-Korean food to the public.”“

“Jin Dak is the best Korean in PDX. The bibimbap is absolutely exceptional. Healthy portion, quality ingredients. The kimchi fries are a fun unique side. I’m obsessed with this food cart and hope it stays around forever! 10/10 could not recommend this place enough.
Vegetarian options: Tofu bibimbap is rocking“

“Full disclosure, I only ever get the garlic soy chicken and potato wedges but it is 100% THE BEST CHICKEN I can remember having. Everytime I have been in the Hollywood location restaurant it’s pretty quiet 1-2 other groups dinning. Several large screen TV often playing sports games or at times I heard K pop! It's more of a self serve style for getting water and busing the table. You must try this Korean Chicken, the crispy delicious outside is perfect.“

“A great casual Korean spot with good prices, portions, and flavors. Even though the restaurant name is Mokdong Gimbap, we tried two main dishes: pork cutlet and seafood soon-tofu. I’ve been craving the style of pork cutlet I used to have in Korea, and it was exactly what we were hoping for—so good! While we were enjoying that, the seafood soon-tofu came out, and it was perfectly seasoned, not bland or off at all. We got the medium spice level, which had a nice kick—perfect if you like real Korean spiciness. The seafood in the soon-tofu was fresh and plenty, and the side dishes were authentic and tasted homemade. The owner was super friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Next time, I’ll definitely try their Gimbap!“

“Wonderful place, got the beef salad and it was insanely good. The kalbi is awesome and the kimchi is my favorite. Been here several times and never disappoints. Come early (5:30ish) if you don't want to wait for a table.
Parking: No parking lot, have to park on the street and walk usually a couple blocks.“

“My daughter and I tried their corn dogs, she got the original and I got the crispy, I have to say I really enjoyed it. Good beef sausage and mozzarella cheese stacked inside of a hand dipped planko honey batter. Yumm. My daughter said she wasn’t hungry but she sure ate the entire thing. Try it for yourself and you be the judge.“

“Absolutely delicious. As a Korean person, 1000% approve. The 깻잎 in the tuna gimbap is a delicious addition. We've only ordered takeout from here (food always comes warm and neat!), so we have yet to dine at the restaurant, but we're excited to do so. This place is a must!“

“This has been our go-to place for lunch for many years. Not sure why I never wrote a review for them.
My children grew up eating the omurice here and their galbi is always tasty and of generous portions. My absolute favorite would be the yukgaejang and the haemul pajeon (seafood pancake). We come here often that I take it for granted to take any photos of the dishes. lol...
The place is small and the servers are hustling and bustling through the place with swiftness. Great flavors and also delicious side dishes. It is conveniently set up above G-Mart so, you can go grab your groceries after your meal.
Parking is limited but you should be able to get in even by parking along the street or across the street parking lot.“

“soooo good!! My favorites are the brisket and beef bulgogi. The steamed egg is also amazing. Like a tiny souffle! various condiments... i think next time I'll do a la carte of the meat portions. mostly because after two rounds of AYCE I'm overstuffed and no taking leftovers... can't wait to go back!“

“I've been coming to this restaurant for the past 2-3 years. The food is amazing, i love it, my family loves it. Theres tons of options from the menu. My go-to would be a meal combo included with a meat tray to cook. it's on the expensive side tho. Seafood pancake is a must. Overall, super delicious, filling, with lots of variety, and lots of sides. They used to not charge you on refills for salads and sides, kinda sad about that now. It also depends on who's serving you, because some may be more generous than others. It gets incredibly crowded around dinner time. If you're in there for a long time, the smell can stick onto your clothing, and you'll end up smelling like meat after. It's no biggie. Just come prepared wearing a hat or whatever you're comfortable with. This restaurant is for anyone, including vegetarians. Solid choice for korean bbq 👍.“

“Food is amazing! I got 3 tacos - spicy pork, bulgogi beef, and teriyaki chicken. All were delicious, but the spicy pork and bulgogi beef were my favorites. Would definitely recommend and stop here again when visiting Portland!“

“After moving from LA to Oregon, we really missed authentic and delicious Korean food. We tried a few places in Beaverton, but many were either too sweet or too salty. Finding this restaurant was such a delight! From the moment you walk in, it feels like stepping back into Korea. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the dishes taste just like grandma’s homemade cooking. Highly recommend it to anyone craving genuine Korean flavors! :)“

“We were out car shopping at the dealership across the street and after arguing with the manager we came here for lunch. We were super distracted and probably pretty rude on our phones, but the girl at the register took it in stride and was super courteous. The food was excellent - I got the Yaki Udon and my Mom got the Creamy Shrimp dish. Portions were good (we've probably got a full meal worth of leftovers in the fridge), and the price was good.“

“The best Korean food I've had in the Beaverton area. I've tried many and this place is far superior to all of them. The banchan were super flavorful and every dish we ordered was enjoyed by the whole table. Highly recommend the spicy marinated crab and the kimchi stew. The server is also extremely friendly and helpful, she really contributed to our lovely experience“

“My goodness. It took too much effort to get to edit my review…
This place smells like a Yankee Candle - spend less time on your aesthetics and more on the food (3/14/2025).
The kimchee is 5/5 and picked radish 4/5.
The bulgogi was O.K. It came in an odd dish (presentation) and wasn’t hot (hence the 4 stars). My friend had the hand pulled veggie noodles and said “it’s not like the old place and kinda chewy; Korean hand pulled noodles are dead,” to which I feel like if this place is trying to reignite the old “Dukuhbee Noodle,” that was in PDX a few years back, you’re not living up to it. The food was O.K. Noodles were gooey & floppy and the bibimbap was mediocre. Well priced and edible, but nothing to write home about - especially with all the other Korean “noodle & rice,” houses around the metropolitan area. Also, my bibimbap “fried egg,” add on was neither runny nor particularly fried - it was oddly (perfectly) circular and firm.“

“Strip mall location with fast service, tasty Chinese/Korean, 10 dishes with pork chicken tofu variations. Recommend sweet and sour pork, stir fried Jajagmyeon, or beef jjamppong. Beef soup or noodles.
About 12 tables, 50 seats, can easily handle a group of eight, more I would call in advance. They can get busy, but they are fast and there seemed to be enough tables as people wait for to go orders.
Right next to Washington square, easy access on and off highway 217. Medium parking lot that seemed busy but sufficient.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible for wheelchair“

“This is a pretty solid, dependable Korean fusion cart, though I've only had the Tofu Burrito so can only comment on that item. It has a nice proportion of tofu, rice, and other ingredients and tastes fresh and healthy. If that's what you're craving, this place will satisfy it. Their buzzers work, and it doesn't take too long. The only thing that could improve is that they have kind of variable hours, not always consistent, but that's pretty common with food carts. The pod itself is very nice, with tons of seating, though it can often still be too crowded to find somewhere to sit.“

“This is hands down my favorite place to eat. Well, to get food. Its located inside a business complex and at first you don't think your at the right place. Take the turns on the main floor opposite the bathrooms and you will find pure heaven. The lady is always so sweet and she makes the best Kimbap!!!! There is no dining in. Its just take out.“
