“I was able to take my mom here for her birthday last night. Honestly, maybe one of the best meals I've had in Portland in the last several years. The service staff was excellent. She made some great recommendations and led us to some fantastic seasonal dishes that were about to exit the menu. If you go, you need to try the peach and pancetta pizza - maybe the best pizza I've ever had. Also, the lasagna was incredible. Overall a fantastic place and worth the reservation or wait for a table.“

It's got the usual classic foundation of the 2 patties and yet on a light, thinner brioche, not a fat chonker. All flavor. Then it is smeared with a roasted potato spread, chili mayo and the crispy fried jalapeños and onions. Prefect balance. I just finished it and want another.“

“We were there for the first time on the evening of January 10, 2026. We sat at the bar for a bit because we were a little early for our reservation. Michelle brought us a couple of beers and we ordered a plate of six oysters. She chatted cheerfully with us while she busily poured drinks for others and then introduced us to her two sons and a son’s girlfriend, who all also work there. Everyone was so friendly and kind! When our table was ready, Michelle thanked us for being there and said that it was great to meet us. At our table, we ordered another half dozen oysters, a caesar salad, a couple more beers, and two big bowls of cioppino. Absolutely delicious with the large, thick slices of freshly-made garlic bread for dunking. This place is a true gem. Four generation of family working there and their love for the place and what they do shows. Can’t wait to go back!!“

We started with delicate bites like the Miang Som (shrimp, pomelo, betel leaf) and the Kanom Krok (scallop in coconut cream, crispy rice cup), Gang Kahri- venison tartare which was delicious! For main we had a rich lamb curry, and even a standout Thai-Muslim curry rice. Dessert including a Roti Sai Mhai and cake khing was a perfect, surprising finish.
