“Every Memorial Day and/or Thanksgiving, I make a trip out to visit Westrey's warehouse in McMinnville. Dave and Amy are such great hosts who make amazing wine! I always have to buy pinot from Justice, Oracle, and Abbey Ridge because I can never decide on a favorite because they are so elegant and interesting in their own way.If you want to support a small family winery, this is it! Don't miss it on your trip to McMinnville!“
“We had such a lovely time in the charming tasting room! Mallory and McKenna were just delightful and so knowledgeable, which really enhanced our experience. The Pinots and white blend were so unique and delicious, as was the cheese plate. I really appreciated the gluten free crackers which were excellent. We will definitely return once we finish the bottles we purchased! Thank you !“
“This place absolutely bewitched us with its outstanding wines, mythical story, gorgeous location, and a stunning, rustic-luxury production facility, tasting room, event space, and outdoor patio. Our pourer, Lisa, was so knowledgeable, fun, and passionate about the place, we didn't want to leave. This was THE top favorite on a week-long wine tasting trip.“
“Dane is a friendly and knowledgeable wine host! We enjoyed his enthusiasm for Pike Road wines and he just knows wine!! We really enjoyed their Pinot Gris. Perfect for summer dining. The wines at Pike Road are all offered at a reasonable price and even more so when you join their club. We did!“
“We had a wonderful afternoon visiting this beautiful winery. It was a spur of the moment adventure and it was such a lovely surprise when we arrived. The setting of the winery is gorgeous— we sat out on a beautiful deck and had a great view of the vineyards. Angie was so knowledgeable, professional, and delightful—we had the flight tasting and ordered the delicious charcuterie board with the amazing hazelnuts, dried cherries, cheeses, olives, salami, and crackers. So enjoyable!“
“Had a wonderful wine tasting today with Miriam. She was kind and knowledgeable! She taught us so much about the area and the Brittan family and the owner is on their 51st harvest! We loved the wine. It’s the first Chardonnay I’ve ever liked. They’re in a busy season so we got to see a bit of their process and learn more about how the wine is made. We will absolutely come back.“
“Breathtaking views and the room was very nice. Breakfast was top notch. We got there at 4:45 after a couple of tours/tastings and it was a bit disappointing they close the tasting room at 5pm. We were originally going to grab Smores, but was also a bit disappointed that it was $40. The rooms could really use some water or even small snacks, given the hours everything is closed and breakfast not being served until 9am. These are all relatively small things, but for the price of the room, just felt like it was a bit lacking of hominess/extra touches.“
“Wines that are a good mix of displaying typical Oregon pinot fruit, but with enough restraint to let the complexity shine through.“
“Our favorite tasting room of those we have tried in McMinnville! Shantel is fantastic, knows a lot about the wines and so down to earth. The wine speaks for itself. We loved the reds, especially the Sadie blend and the Cab Franc. This is a must try place on 3rd!“
“I love Rob's exceptional wines! As the Beverage Director at Sawgrass Country Club in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida I literally have access to just about any wine there is in the world, not just the Willamette Valley. While I haven't had a R.Stuart wine I did not enjoy, the single vineyard Daffodil Hill Pinot Noir is a stand out for me every year. I highly recommend stopping by Rob's tasting room when visiting Mcminnville. You will not be disappointed!“
“We are so fortunate to have The Eyrie Vineyards in Oregon. If you visit, please learn the history of this vineyard so you will understand why Oregon is able to maintain its beauty and bounty.“
“We received another case of your fabulous wines today. Megan gave us attentive service from start to finish.“
“what an exceptional tasting! thanks Drew and staff for the amazing hospitality. we will definitely be back!“
“There was no food. Just a wine tasting. Silly to have it required. Second tasting here. First time was ransom spirits. This time duck pong and other wines. Both are good and fun. Wines were good, but nothing outstanding. Happy to go back again.“
