“A funny near not funny thing happened in Starbucks parking lot at this location. I parked my car in the lot across and over a bit from Starbucks. My husband and I got out of the car and started walking towards the door and after a few steps we both took a bit of a dive downwards as the slope was steep and was not obvious. It would have been bad if we didn’t catch ourselves because we could have done a face plant right into the asphalt! OUCH! But maybe someone else might not have been so lucky and might have completed a face plant. Why they didn’t even out the grading is a mystery to me! It’s an accident waiting to happen. BTW, our drinks were fine.“

Looked at many different machines, but honestly, I would not even consider purchasing a machine from somebody else, not only because their proximity to where I live, but because of the excellent support that I have received over the years from the sales people and the tech support. Outstanding. Having that kind of support makes purchasing a sometimes finicky product that espresso machines can be, much less of a concern.

They roast their own beans, make all their own syrups, and source tasty snacks locally. they’ve got delicious vegan options that actually feel creative and satisfying. My oat milk chai latte was absolute perfection (creamy, not too sweet, with just the right ginger kick), and the breakfast burrito was crispy, warm, and fennel-forward for those who love it.

I got a season pistachio drink that ended up being a little too sweet for my taste (I was told it was slightly sweet but was surprised when it was full blown). Latte art was beautiful. The barista was wonderfully helpful and gave a full rundown of the offerings. This is not a work in a coffee shop sort of cafe. The tables are small yet cute. Better to plan for a short visit.“

Stopped in on a Sunday morning while attending a weekend event at the waterfront. Ordered a chai tea in my own vessel and got a sticky bun. If you don't have your own beverage container, you can "buy" one and then get credited back if you leave it. The chai was just right, not too sweet, nor too spicy, or too hot. I could actually drink it within 10 minutes and not nuke my tongue. Multiple milk options, including almond and soy on my visit. Thank you for having soy when so few places don't, good for those with issues with nut or oat milks. The pastry was tasty and satisfied. A few seats inside with lots more out, though not covered.
