Upon ordering I was making small talk with employee Jim in regards of my missed flight and other coffee experience in a different vicinity, Jim was so kind to offer to remake my coffee with providing excellent customer service, I was so pleasantly surprised with the service. Thank you so much gym for the great coffee!!!
I recommend getting a cappuccino here.My go-to drink is a cappuccino with oat milk and the coffee at PCR tastes smooth and not burned or over-roasted. I almost always make the trek to the end of the Gate C where PCR is located to get a coffee, bypassing both Starbucks and Stumptown.Personally, I prefer the coffee at Portland Coffee Roasters [PCR] vs Starbucks. Best services! I ordered a caramel latte at the store by Gate C17. Found it to be a bit too sweet (what was I expecting from caramel tho?) so the guy immediately got me a new one for free, apologized, and even refunded me the original charge.
