My most recent visit , we had the walla walla burger and walla walla onion rings, strawberry milkshake and oregon hazelnut milkshake.“

“the cashier was extremely patient with an elderly customer who was clearly challenged by the menu. she helped him figure out exactly what he wanted and assisted him with his credit card purchase too - all the while, smiling! when it was my turn, she greeted me with enthusiasm and didn't mind a little chit chat. “My family have drove up to the PNW to fish since I was a young lad, today, I’m 52 years young. In all of the countless trips throughout the years, not once was Burgerville not included on our itinerary. Whether it was fishing expeditions or shopping the outlets or heading to visit Seattle of Canada, Burgerville has always been a “must stop no matter what,” for as long as I’ve been around. It doesn’t matter what type of business you own or work for, it’s not about the products, services or pricing. Business is about people. After all, people make all of those decisions I just mentioned. We all know people are not without flaws (excluding Donald Duck ); no person or business is above reproach, (accept Donald Duck thought he was). Having said that, did we receive a perfect order every single time we stopped at this location, no. However, Burgerville has always owned it and made it right, with a cut above to make up for inconvenience. Don’t misunderstand me, the food is fantastic but this component is why we always come back. Mistakes are not meant to define you or an organization, they are meant to guide the individual and the organization. Almost two full months ago my brother and I were on our way up to Canada for our anual fishing trip and we couldn’t wait to hit woodland Burgerville for them Walla Walla onion rings, burger, and a shake. I pulled right out and hit the freeway as we were already a half day behind. I opened my bag of awesomeness only to discover our onion rings were very cold, greasy, and placid, very disappointing. Nevertheless, my brother called them and told them what we received and the manager asked us to come back so they can replace our order but we were already far gone and a half day behind. With that, the manger took our names and told us to stop by on our way back, and they would make it right. Tonight, on my way back home, again, almost 2 months later, I called. Unfortunately, the manager wasn’t able to recall the instance and could not find the notes with our name pinned up in the office like we were told. Nevertheless, he took my word for it and made it right! How about that, giving the customer the benefit of the doubt, I don’t know, nor am I aware of any restaurant organizations that do or would do that. We love ya Woodland BV!“

“Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer in line. Great store!! Until next time.“

Really good food. It’s fast pizza, quality products, great toppings selections. Fresh and yummy.. they build your own pizza just the way you like it. The crust is not too thick so you can taste all the ingredients. It’s fun , fast , fresh and reasonable priced! The No-Name cakes are delicious!! I really like their fig sauce . It’s good on the pizza ..

“When we walked in everything was so clean I thought they were shutting down the day but the grill was hot because they made us a delicious double cheeseburger to-order and the fries were fresh and crispy on the outside, soft inside! Excellent service! A nice surprise to find in a gas station“

“I have no idea who was working today but that was the best Taco Bell I have ever had even my burrito was folded beautifully. I don’t honestly expect to go to Taco Bell and have a 5 star experience but I was given that today. From the drive thru service to the food itself. The nacho cheese was hot and the chicken on my tacos was incredible. Truly everyone who worked on 5/8/25 around 3:15pm deserves a fat raise.“

“Did not allow me to have my service animal hes a calm bird in his cage couldn't be left out in the cold we had a 12 hour drive and needed to rest stretch my feet with my kids and was kicked out by the manager who was to scared to ask me to leave sent his employee who has no knowledge on service animals and should be trained.“

Everything's always almost too hot to eat right away, and the frys dont taste like old oil.“

“How does this place only have so few stars?! Triston was an excellent server, attention to detail, great annunciation and service with a smile. The tables were clean and more importantly the food was hot and very well prepared, I'm brave enough to say best Burger King I've ever been to. The team that keeps this running would have to be Masters of their craft to keep from customers from waiting. Give Triston a raise, they deserve it!

My only grip would be the soda machine, the selection was very subpar and needed a lot more restocking. Sometimes you just have a craving for Dr Pepper 😆.“
