“This is a family owned and operated business with a very unique take on wood fired pizza. All of their pizzas are good with amazing crust. The Banh Mi pizza is very popular for a reason. I liked it best and the Burrata was also very tasty. Good beer too. The only downside to this place is that it is small and busy. So happy for the family and hope they get a bigger place to spread out.“
“Literally PERFECT. One weekend I had it for dinner three days in a row and still wanted it again on the fourth day.Sometimes if we aren’t hungry we’ll just come in for drinks to go! So much wonderful flavor and so refreshing. Love everything about Norah!!Dietary restrictions: All vegan!!“
“Amazing everything: drinks, appetizers, main courses, and service. The meats in the mains were cooked very moist and tender. The accompanying sauces are very Southeast Asian. Our server took the time to explain a bit about the kind of royal Thai cuisine and inspirations for their menu items.“
“Not your average Thai restaurant, as the menu mostly features noodle soups… but wow, probably some of the best Thai food I’ve had. Both the pork bone-broth and the vegetarian house broth were very flavorful, and we’re both packed with hearty servings of pork/dumplings/egg/greens (meat version) or tofu/greens/egg (vegetarian version). Service was quick and kind.Perfect meal for a cold rainy day!“
“There are about 5 similarly priced Thai restaurants with comparable menus within walking distance of each other around Division/Hawthorne. Modern Thai is consistently the fastest, easily the cheapest, has the best service (with the sweetest people working the front), and freshest food. My go-to casual dinner option in the neighborhood.“
“Randomly decided to stop here while walking my dog and am sooo glad I did! I chose the house curry, pot stickers and spring rolls, everything was delicious and flavorful. Plenty of food for two people. The customer service was exceptional, a true joy. Highly recommended.“
“I stopped by last Friday, and they were closed. I could not wait for them to open. I came back today, and I'm happy I did.Yeah, I usually go for the Pad Thai, but this time, I went for Red Curry with chicken. I chose spice level 4, which is hot.I'll be back...“
“I had the Black Cod curry which was very delicious. My husband had the Guai Thai (don't remember the name), it was also delicious, a good mix of veggies and chicken. Then for appetizers, we had the wings which was phenomenal. Not a lot of breading and I had the tamarind sauce on the side, worked perfect! The little Thai sausages complement the whole dinner. It was an awesome dinner! We'll definitely come back.Only complaint, not a whole lot of parking. You park on the street which can be a hassle.“
“Nice sized portions with really thought out flavor profiles. The rangoons are amazing and the Thai samosas are one of the best appetizers I've ever had. Khao Soi is one of my favorite Thai dishes and they do it right! They also have perfect spice levels for those who don't like spice and those who love it. When they say spicy they mean it! My new go to Thai place!“
“There are so many Thai restaurants within the Beaverton area that it can get difficult to decide which one you're gonna want to put your money on while looking at a map of them all.But this I can assure you is true. None of them will ever quite compare with the food at Lanna Thai Kitchen. The food here is always delicious, fresh, perfectly cooked and never leaves you feeling burdened afterwards. I can eat three dishes from this restaurant and still feel good enough to actually go do things afterwards. Which is more than can be said for several other Thai restaurants within the same block whose food can often be extremely oily and heavy.Every dish I've had from Lanna Thai has been the best dish I've had of that type. I try something new every single time I go practically as a challenge at this point. Wondering if there'll be something on their menu that I don't love. But that day never comes. Literally everything I've eaten here has been phenomenal and always affordable too.On top of all that the people working here are just so kind and wonderful and dedicated. You almost feel like you're eating food at a friend's house here.So if you love Thai food or want to try it out for your first time someday, look no further than Lanna Thai Kitchen.“
“This place is my go-to late night. They're so friendly, remember who you are, and their food is so good and the perfect spice that my partner and I crave. So easy to call and order and pick up. Especially love the pad kee mao and egg rolls.“
“Finally. I finally found the best Thai food in the area!Nothing compares. 10/10 this place blows it out of the water. Pad See Ew is my go to and theirs is phenomenal. Khao-Soi-Neau will change your life. Salad rolls are INCREDIBLE. Thai iced tea is to die for. I'm never going anywhere else. Ever again. I can't wait to try their entire menu.“
“Cozy, unusual, quirky dining experience. We got there early at 5:40 pm and were the first to be sat and served when they open at 6. All food was fantastic, fresh, and flavorful. We tried every entree on the menu and each one was better then the next. We loved the fried rice, crispy tofu app, and spring rolls. Don’t go here if you’re looking for a quick dining experience, there’s only 1 cook in the kitchen!! Great evening.“
“As a Thai, I can confidently say that Thai Yummy Food Cart is a taste of home. The Oo-la-la wings are the best in town; I just couldn't get enough. The Eggplant Mania is also my absolute favorite. Their flavorful and spicy dishes always hit the spot! With fresh, tasty options and friendly service, it's a top pick for an authentic Thai experience. If you find yourself at OSHU, don't miss this one – truly recommended.“
“Yum! Have been missing Thai food after moving back from Southeast Asia, and this hit the spot. Khao Soi was the perfect mix of comfort & spice on a rainy day. The Thai Issan Sausage was bursting with flavor. The Yum Khao Todd had so many textures, it was a delight to eat. This place is fantastic, can’t wait to eat my way through the whole menu!“
“Made stop for lunch #2 today, and it was a repeat performance. Not only was it tasty, the portion was large for lunch, probably could have made two meals out of it. Service was great, attentive but not overbearing. We will have to try dinner sometime“
“The food was delicious! I never say that about restaurants, but I want everyone to know about Ruk Diew Cafe! the food was fresh ND so good. the coconut prawns were tender and flavorful, the fried tofu was crispy and the sauce yummy. I think I had green mango in a lovely sauce with red peppers. I am a happy diner.“
“Went here the other night for the first time in a while, for dinner. I was warmly greeted upon entry and directed to seating. Excellent vibes and nice decor. We ordered the appetizer combo and chicken satay to start. I had the evil jungle noodle medium spicy. It was as delicious as I remember. One of my friends had the tom yum with shrimp and said they were very pleased with it. Good prices for downtown and generous portions. Great service! Definitely recommend this place! Parking can be tricky as it sits on a busy corner of 2 one-way streets, but if you dont mind walking a block or 2, youll be fine.“
“Kati is easily my favourite and go to Thai food in the city. I believe a majority of their dishes are vegan but it looks like you could add egg as an addition to some of the dishes. Service was great even if it was full. You can also order through a QR code which makes everything easier and faster. Updated from previous review on 2024-02-26“
“A super fun and quirky little place with wonderful Thai food! We had Pho, Larb Salad, and Pad Thai, all three were amazing! Will definitely return when in the area!Parking: Parking is rough around this areaWheelchair accessibility: Would NOT be a good restaurant for wheelchairs“
“I visited here for the first time. The food was surprisingly good. They offer a quite large menu. We had pad Thai and green curry. They give you a large portion so we could have had an appetizer and one main dish. I will definitely come back and try something more.“
“Drove by today and decided to do something different for our usual take out and movie Fridays. I am SO glad we did. The menu had so many things that sounded amazing, my husband and I spent 30 minutes trying to decide what to try first. We ended up ordering: MIANG KHAM PAD KHE MAO YUM NUA MEKHONG CUBA LIBRE EVERYTHING was authentic, fresh and flavorful and the staff even called me during their rush to ensure that we had all of our items. As someone who is a business in the industry, that was next level service.“
“The food is delicious. l work for Meridian Park hospital. This wonderful person delivered food to us. It is so delicious. How thoughtful. The chicken and rice so good, the salad yummm, the rice pudding. Comfort foods . I would recommend this place to eat. sincerely Tina Davis“
“The staff was very nice. The I got the Spring roll, Dumplings, Fried rice with chicken pork beef and shrimp and, Sesame beef. I loved all the food it was so delicious. I went a few days ago and I am going again today before I go back to CaliforniaI had all of these food in 8 other spots and this was by FAR the best quality, Taste, BEST Service and, GREAT PRICED!!!.every time i come back here I'm making sure to stop there!!!!The shops where I live for everything I got would of been $20 more“
“We tried this place while in Downtown for the first time in Portland and didn’t disappoint. We had their beef pad see eww (with Chinese broccoli) and beef house special curry and both were amazing. The pad see eww had a delicious wok char that you don’t get at some places. Service was friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Thai food. Keep up the great work“
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It doesn't matter if you are looking for sit down or takeout, this is my favorite Thai food restaurant in Portland. The food is always fresh and tasty and the spice level is consistent. The staff is super friendly and takes the time to get to know you. I could not be happier that they are just a few blocks from my home. Favorite dishes - Drunken Noodles, Green Curry, Blue Crab Wontons. You won't be disappointed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“The White Orchid is underneath Bugatti’s and you enter from the back where there is a parking lot. The food is fresh, colorful, and tastes good. The restaurant is very clean and does a lot of take out, hence there is usually a table available. The service was excellent. They have a lunch and dinner menu with a lot of choices. We ordered no stars and they listened! I was surprised that there was no hot after burn. One star might be my next choice! Overall decent restaurant with nice people working there.“
“Awesome family, friendly restaurant. There's a spacious feel to the restaurant and it is laid out so uniquely. There's fish tanks and a kid's play corner (so children can play while they wait for the food or after they are done eating). The service was friendly and the food was DELICIOUS! We got the orange chicken and the shrimp ramen and everything tasted amazing! Our little kid was super happy toddling around & we all had a great time! Definitely will be back!“
“Being new to the area, I was looking for something on my lunch. I found this delicious Thai restaurant. I ordered Chicken Pad Thai. It was the best I've had. I can't wait to explore other itens on the menu. Also the place was clean and the service quick and friendly.“
“Stopped by the third st food carts for dinner and found this gem! Great service, really quick turn around. I ordered the pineapple fried rice and crab wantons, and even got an extra spring roll! Tasted awesome - will make it a stop the next time I'm in Portland“
“I stopped here because I was supposed to go to Thailand in February 2022, but they still hadn't figured out their CoVid regulations, so I thought, "Well, I might as well eat here as a consolation." Reluctantly ordered khao soi because I wanted to wait until I had it in Chiang Mai, but man...the khao soi at this place is outstanding! And now that I'm officially in Chiang Mai and eat khao soi at least once a week, I can honestly say this place is as authentic as it comes! The staff were extremely kind and willing to share their story with me as well. Highly recommend this place for authentic northern Thai food!“
“Crazy delicious food. Very reasonably priced. The atmosphere of the restaurant itself is upscale with a picturesque bar and friendly service. The food has satisfying portions and packs in a ton of flavor. The noodles of the pad sew ew in particular are bingeworthy with tender cuts of meat and fresh broccoli. My partner enjoys the spiciness of the yellow curry. Variety of dishes on the menu means ordering for groups is a breeze because everyone can find something to enjoy.“
“This is literally the best Thai food I've had in Tigard!! The best Pad Thai with chicken, curry with duck, shrimp dishes, Pad Kee Mao, literally everything has been fire ??!!Dietary restrictions: Easily made my dishes with no peanutsKid-friendliness: I've seen kids, and they were friendly!“
“I really liked this place. I really like it. However some of the spices are a little acquired and not always what you'll get when you're looking for Thai food, but in the end, I think that's OK and that that is also cool and what makes them unique. The ambience is nice, my friend really liked the touch of the hanging wisteria. Extra points because the space was open late. It was open past 11, so I was able to get there and dine late after an event. The service was good from both persons there. Solid 4.7 in my opinion. Which I think is quite good.“
“I've eaten at Mai Thai dozens of times, over the years. The food has always been delicious, the price very reasonable, and everyone who works there very gracious and charming. Much as I enjoy Thai food--and the fact there are many other good Thai restaurants in Portland--I only go to Mai Thai.... because I know the food and atmosphere will always be first rate.“
“Super cool spot with great food and some of the best house ginger beer I've ever had. Perfect after work spot, especially if you've had a rough day. I enjoyed a pork bahn mi with sweet potato fries while reading the subtitles to Dune on one of their flat screens. Life is good ?“
“Bluebird Thai PDX delivers on both delicious food and amazing service! Our experience with their Khao Yum Gai Zap dish was simply outstanding. Bursting with flavors, it left us craving more. Coupled with their impeccable service, this food truck is a definite must-try for any Thai food lover.“
“Sunita is no longer the owner, having sold the restaurant recently. The menu is the same, and the new owner said they are mostly using Sunita’s recipes. I’m giving this a hopeful 5 stars, after a good meal where we really noticed no change or decrease in quality. I’ll be so happy if they manage to recreate Sunita’s food, even without her magic touch!“
“My first time in 50 years, and let me say, GREAT!! I went with a group of fine folks who recommended this place. Don't be swayed by the location, it's TOP quality food. We were sat very quickly. The inside ambiance is very quaint. Almost like a family kitchen. Extensive menu choices, including VEGETARIAN options. My food was quite simply delicious! And most importantly, PLENTY of food. Stop by, relax, give them your business and enjoy.“
“We've tried several Thai food restaurants in Lake Oswego, and hands down Adisaya is amongst our top two favorites, with Thai Basil. It's our go-to since it's closer to us, but it's honestly very good. You can even request for vegan versions of their dishes and it's fantastic. The food isn't pre-made, it's made to order. Many Thai restaurants will exclude the sauces when ordering it vegan, but not here.“
“I went back for dinner for 3 people including potstickers for an app and a Thai Iced tea...for just under $40!Got to try their Mango Fried Rice (with shrimp) Crispy Cashew Chicken and Tom Kha soup. Everything was fresh and tasty, I just wish i would have asked for more spice. Thai Iced Tea hit the spot especially for only $2.50!Parking: If you can't find a spot just circle the block and one will come up!“
“Sherry owns and operates this restaurant by herself now. She’s not only a delightful host, but the food is delicious. My wife and I enjoyed the garden rolls - definitely the freshest rice paper rolls we’ve ever had before! Don’t sit down to eat if you’re in a rush - and payment is cash or local check only. Enjoy!“
“So happy I found this little gem! I was craving drunken noodle and lo and behold there's a cart named drunken noodles! delicious food!! Also ordered the fried chicken with sticky rice that came with a special fragrant sauce. Perfectly crispy and juicy all in one! And I'm thankful that I don't taste msg in the food. I always get headaches with other Thai food/fried chicken.“
“I’m not sure what I like more about this place: the food or the plants! The food photos are terrible because we dug RIGHT in!!This was my second time visiting this restaurant and it was just as good as the first. We ordered the Hat Yai for 4, Brisket Curry and the special-Phuket Hokkien Noodle. We also had Thai iced tea this time which was great. The Roti is fried perfectly and using that with the curry broth, sticky rice and the crispy fried chicken is incredible! That is my fave but my husband preferred the brisket. The brisket was good and had a little kick! We had a friend with us who was allergic to shell fish so they gave him the vegan broth. He thought it was yummy! The atmosphere of this place is chill and the employees are always friendly and helpful.Parking: There is street parking for 2 hours. Free after 7pm!“
“Come on down to Thai Flavor town! Cannot go wrong with any dishes (although any of the chicken dishes is definitely what first time go getters should get!) The pickled mustard greens is a perfect combo with the braised pork from Carlton farms but do expect it to be served with the fat as it's no good cooked without that love and simplicity of a home cooked meal! Walking in reminds me of the smell of my grandmother kitchen! Spicy parts are separated so the wimps can rest assured!“
“I can't assess what is authentic Thai and what isn't.But this felt much more authentic than cookie-cutter Thai restaurants. The food was good! Not mind blowing, not my favorite Thai in Portland. Definitely worth trying if you like Thai food, and are used to the standard Thai restaurants with 90% same menus across the nation.Separate from the food- our waiter was fun, interactive, but at times ... too open? with his interactions with us.“
“My friends and I come here often and we feel it is one of the best Thai restaurants. Their food is incredible and the service is great. They have incredible pad Thai, spicy eggplant dish, and pretty much everything's good! I highly recommend it!“
“I've visited here twice recently - once on a Friday night with a bunch of ladies and a reservation. The place was really busy and the service was really slow. We struggled to get their attention at all. The second time, I came with my husband and daughter on another Friday night without any reservation. That night was relatively calmer and service was very attentive. So, can't speak for their consistency of service. But the food tasted delicious both nights.“
“My favorite Thai place in Portland, it may even be my favorite restaurant. Delicious food, enormous portions, affordable prices with quick, incredible service. Parking lot and big booths are a plus, highly recommend, and the staff is so friendly.“
“Overall great experience and the only reason I didn't give it the 5th star was just based on bias of beverage selection. It was very limited and that is about it. The place is cozy and the staff was friendly and the food was awesome. I had the spider roll and it was delicious. Everything tasted so delicious and fresh. Flavor packed and fresh. The crunch roll was also delicious. Soft, packed with flavor and the crab was delicious. Just to be clear this place is great just would like to have a larger beverage selection.“
