“What an unbelievable experience. We went to the stomp the grapes event. Such a great atmosphere and fun event. And it helps that the wine tastings were phenomenal. Bought some bottles to take home. The staff were fantastic. A big shout out to Josh Gil one of the ambassadors. His tour and information was exceptional. Outside being a Lions fan, he was great. Def coming to visit again soon and enjoy more wine.“

“They didn't have pizza ready for pick up in the time they give you....no cheese sauce with the pretzel bits and they where burnt and salt them..The ones that looked good turn them over and they are not good at all .“

“Disclaimer, I didn't eat the food myself as I'm plant based. Dennis and Auntie makes it homey. When I look at the pictures and food, it feels authentic and rich, yummies families eat. Portions are great. Definitely smells tempting while I'm enroute to deliver these. Ordered BBQ pork skewers for my Greek friend and he can't stop raving about it. He asked me to get more for him on his birthday. Got the pork adobo for another friend. OMG! Delicious! He's a born and raised Louisiana chef so quite judgy when it comes to food. Definitely, ordering some dishes for my visiting family!“

“I didn’t think I’d find good Korean food in Salem - I was raised in San Diego & lived in Portland for a few years so I’m a lil food snob - but seriously y’all, this place is a gem. I’m used to having to pay over $100 for good Korean food, and extra for banchan - this place hooked it up! They refilled our banchans not just once but THRICE! And they were genuinely sweet the whole time. The food was fantastic - authentic and felt homemade. The portions were great, taste was great - overall a wonderful experience, and I am looking forward to bringing folks here!
Also - they do a lot of community/philanthropic work. You can taste/see it in their food - it looks like they’re here to actually give good food, not just make money. I’m super happy to have found this place!“

“After an incredibly fun and enjoyable tasting with Sarah, I purchased all of the wine for my wedding from Honeywood Winery. The wine tasted incredible and it was hard to decide on just three. In addition, Honeywood created custom wine labels for all of the wine bottles that matched the theme of the wedding. Honeywood went absolutely above and beyond to make our experience so unique and special. We got so many compliments on how cute and unique the bottles were and we have kept one to open on our one-year anniversary. “A LOT of their menu can be made vegan with tofu as the option. Make sure to ask them to not use their tempura batter on the tofu as it's not vegan. The appetizers are not vegan except for the lettuce rolls if you get it with tofu, but the veggies are fresh and this is a mainstay when I'm in Salem. I go here at least once a week when Im in the area.“

“We were in Salem for a concert at the Elsinore Theatre on Friday, November 1st, and were lucky enough to find the Wild Pear, to get something to eat before concert. I wanted to try everything on the menu, it sounded so good! I ordered the Butternut soup & Pear salad. Both were fabulous, & I can't wait to drive back to Salem to check out other items on the menu. We had awesome service and were greeted & shown to a table right away. You will not be disappointed! I will definitely be back, & wish you were closer to Vancouver, WA!!“

“This is such a memorable winery to visit! A short ten minute drive from Salem, you feel instantly part of the family when you take a seat on their lovely patio. The wines are sublime and the crew is so knowledgeable that I learn something new each visit. The food menu is always so delicious and thoughtfully curated to pair with the wine offerings. I was paying and I left a tip, but before he would hand me my food, he rudely asked, “DID YOU LEAVE A TIP?” And wouldn’t let go of the sack until I gave an answer. He didn’t even bother to look at the receipt that I had just signed to see that I did leave a tip. I find this very rude behavior…we always leave generous tips when we go inside to sit down and dine… But to ask is very rude behavior.. I did leave 15% for takeout as well but since he asked, I really wish I would not have. Perhaps someone could school him and tell him this is not good customer service.“

“Their food is amazing always fresh and full of flavor. Their vegetable fried rice is the best I have ever had. The reason for the 4 stars in regards to food is due to them using white mushrooms instead of mushrooms such as Shitake or Oyster mushrooms. They also throw in celery in the vegetable mix which I see as an expensive filler and only needed in specific dishes.“

“Before college, I brought my daughter here all the time. She was adventurous and tried something new quite often.
I had two standbys I ordered most often, twice cooked Pork or Mongolia beef. The ladies working here are so nice and friendly. The old world style restaurant is just too quaint. It makes for the full experience in dining. Plenty of parking, and handicap can enter from north side entrance.
I know I needed it.
I want to try the Peking Duck.
