“I just placed my order today 07/14/2026 and my Real Deal pizza is burnt. I called and complained and I spoke with Nick and he just hung up on me instead of apologizing for their burnt pizza. We dropped $100 on pizzas and this is the service that we got after me being a customer in excessive 15 years of using Bellagios with no problem.“

“I think putting “Italian” in your name is a bit of a stretch. Leads people to believe that one would be able to find similar baked goods as a traditional Italian bakery, which would include more bread items alongside pastries. This place is more of a patisserie. The reason I say “Italian” is a stretch is bc Real Italian Tiramisu is steeped in tradition and is made using lady fingers, or Savoiardi, not sponge cake. At minimum, One should be able to purchase lady fingers from a true Italian bakery. The food is good and so is the coffee. At best, this place is an Italian inspired Patisserie, but don’t expect to walk into a real Italian bakery.“

“This is the best coffee shop I have found in the Woodstock Area!! The scones are amazing. I love the coffee. They serve on cute china. They don't have a tip section when paying with a card. The staff person assured me that they really have a living wage and health insurance. They do have a tip jar that some customers insist on. I don't usually carry cash.“

“It's absolutely a 5 star place. This is simply a marvelous find! It is now my go to place to meet up with people and have a cozy visit. They have an entire wall of teas from which to choose, and knowledgeable, informative, and patient staff; very helpful for folks like me who don't know much about teas but are happy to learn. A marvelous ambience; warm and inviting. And in addition to the teas, they have a guitar and a piano, if you want to play, in addition to a couple shelves of family friendly games or books to be used if you're in the mood. It is such a cozy and warm place to be!“

“Took some friends from out of town here and it was the highlight of their trip. The food was amazing - we ordered the tea leaf salad, shan style pork noodles, 3 piece fried chicken, and braised pork ribs. Every entree was SO good and flavorful.

The person who served our food noticed that we had 4 at the table and brought out an extra pork rib since it only came with three. That was so incredibly kind and very thoughtful!!

Amazing service on top of delicious food is the way to my heart for sure. We’ll be back :)“

“This review is based on our last few minutes paying the bill, everything else was top notch. Our group of 4 was chatting when our bills arrived and continued to visit, and our waiter came by to gather abit later and told him it was ready. At this time we Bagan to review our bills to pay one with a card and we were paying cash. As soon as I placed the cash in their bifold and placed on the table another waiter came to the table and stated being just like our waiter and dressed similarly. Worth noting she was about 110 5 foot or so with our waiter at 220 plus and 6ft or so wit a great beard. I stated that our waiter had much bigger feet and a great beard with my wife commenting about our matching hairlines... lol right. No next thing we get is she identifies as law enforcement and proceeds to walk away with an elevated voice "I'll kick beat you down" I turned left to my friend and sain now she wants to wrestle. At this point mist people are watching and then just short of screaming she yells "I'll Kick your A$$". And indeed the entire restaurant is watching on what was going on, I simply went back to visiting with our group not knowing what was next. Not long afterwards our waiter walked by and as he did thank me for the tip. No follow up from management nothing. So probably about 15 minutes after this a few other groups had left and we started our departure and still nothing. Over the years we have been here many times as a couple and a few large groups, after this event not to sure we could return for an enjoyable dining experience with their staff threatening some ones life unprovoked. “Saw @thekoreanmama's video, and with the weather being colder, we thought Hot pot would hit the spot.
Surprised it wasn't busier because the service is quick and the flavors of the broth and dipping sauces were excellent. The hot pot for 2 with half and half spicy/ regular broth was affordable and a great choice. We couldn't even finish all the meat so we were able to take some home.“

“Super sweet neighborhood place with nature-themed decor. Their signature dish - Lak Sa - can be made traditional (meat), vegetarian (egg), or vegan (tofu). I'm vegetarian but I always get it vegan because I'm not a fan of poached eggs in my soup noodles. It is spicy and flavorful and unlike any other dish I've had anywhere else in flavor profile. Yes, noodles and veggies and tofu appear often, but not with this magical elixir broth!“

“When you enter the first thing you notice are the plants and real wood paneling. There are tiny cast irons up on the wall. The lighting is designed to look like old style gas lamps. The music is definitely the best part of the ambiance. The music ranges from doowop to soul to vintage rock and roll to San Francisco sound and Motown which is precisely my jam. I ordered a plain burger with mayo and fries. I'm weird like that but Miller's was able to able to accommodate my autism. The service was amazing and I'm not just saying that cause I know the waitress. The food was made quickly. Fries were crunchy on the outside soft on the inside as they should be. My Fanta was topped off when I got just under a third. It's clean. Very clean. I know cause I watched an employee pull every single table out to clean the booths. Very pleased with my visit.“
