“I just placed my order today 07/14/2026 and my Real Deal pizza is burnt. I called and complained and I spoke with Nick and he just hung up on me instead of apologizing for their burnt pizza. We dropped $100 on pizzas and this is the service that we got after me being a customer in excessive 15 years of using Bellagios with no problem.“

“This is the best coffee shop I have found in the Woodstock Area!! The scones are amazing. I love the coffee. They serve on cute china. They don't have a tip section when paying with a card. The staff person assured me that they really have a living wage and health insurance. They do have a tip jar that some customers insist on. I don't usually carry cash.“

“It's absolutely a 5 star place. This is simply a marvelous find! It is now my go to place to meet up with people and have a cozy visit. They have an entire wall of teas from which to choose, and knowledgeable, informative, and patient staff; very helpful for folks like me who don't know much about teas but are happy to learn. A marvelous ambience; warm and inviting. And in addition to the teas, they have a guitar and a piano, if you want to play, in addition to a couple shelves of family friendly games or books to be used if you're in the mood. It is such a cozy and warm place to be!“

“Slowbomb is on my regular rotation because they have great coffee and they know what to do with it. The breakfast sandwich menu makes this place a one stop shop in the morning. You can text your sandwich order in ahead of time to make your stop more efficient as well. Cookies and pup cups too!“

“This review is based on our last few minutes paying the bill, everything else was top notch. Our group of 4 was chatting when our bills arrived and continued to visit, and our waiter came by to gather abit later and told him it was ready. At this time we Bagan to review our bills to pay one with a card and we were paying cash. As soon as I placed the cash in their bifold and placed on the table another waiter came to the table and stated being just like our waiter and dressed similarly. Worth noting she was about 110 5 foot or so with our waiter at 220 plus and 6ft or so wit a great beard. I stated that our waiter had much bigger feet and a great beard with my wife commenting about our matching hairlines... lol right. No next thing we get is she identifies as law enforcement and proceeds to walk away with an elevated voice "I'll kick beat you down" I turned left to my friend and sain now she wants to wrestle. At this point mist people are watching and then just short of screaming she yells "I'll Kick your A$$". And indeed the entire restaurant is watching on what was going on, I simply went back to visiting with our group not knowing what was next. Not long afterwards our waiter walked by and as he did thank me for the tip. No follow up from management nothing. So probably about 15 minutes after this a few other groups had left and we started our departure and still nothing. Over the years we have been here many times as a couple and a few large groups, after this event not to sure we could return for an enjoyable dining experience with their staff threatening some ones life unprovoked. “My son stopped at Bastions this past June 2025 and purchased 2 good sizes of your coffee cake. It was exceptional and so moist. We couldn't put our forks down! We're the ones who purchased a pecan pie from bastions last Christmas and a pumpkin pie last Thanksgiving. Both outstanding! Everything we've tried is excellent including the donuts. “Don't mind me. I'm just gonna go cry now because New Cascadia Traditional gluten free bakery has real donuts that I can eat. They aren't cake donuts. They're the REAL super soft and fluffy donuts 😭 I haven't been able to have real donuts like these for over 10 years (without severe stomach pain), since finding out I couldn't have gluten anymore. They're perfectly soft, perfectly fluffy, perfectly sweet, and they have the perfect amount of maple glaze. This was already my favorite bakery. But I'm ready to start bawling my eyes out because I can finally have donuts again.“
