Our waitress was Alyssa she was wonderful helping me with my food allergies very thoughtful you have a wonderful worker in her.I had the ham with baked potato and cottage cheese my husband had the 2 smoked pork chops with a baked potato and cucumber salad the meal was wonderfully cooked well and so delicious Thank you for a great experience eating at you restaurant.“

“For awhile, there was some turnover in the cook staff and the service and food was not very good to be honest. Some of these issues seem to have been fixed and changes have been made for the better. Service is much faster and food quality has improved. If you haven't been there in some time, give it another chance. I'm glad to be patronizing again.“

But we don`t get there for breakfast much because you changed your hours. For us 10am is to late when you get up around 6am.Please try to open around 8am. “We came here tonight for dinner. I really liked the layout/design of the restaurant, seemed like a nice flow. The staff was friendly and accommodating(server did a good job checking on us,refills,etc). We ordered the crab dip for an appetizer, which was good. My fiance got a chrddar bacon burger with fries and I got a sirloin steak with baked potato and side salad. My steak was seasoned perfectly, a little rare for me but was still good. Baked potato was good, but salad was a little lackluster(big chunks of cucumber and bell pepper). My fiancé's burger was a little dry and needed more seasoning. Overall, I enjoyed our dinner with only small minor things I didn't care for (underdone steak, salad, and burger needing more seasoning). Give it 4/5 overall, open to come back again“

“When my husband and I think of Perkins, we think of family. Everyone there has been great! From welcoming you as soon as you come in the door, to saying see ya next time when you leave. They are very polite and respectful.

Our meals have been good but there is always room for improvement. The food can be a little bland at times. There was a time our food came out cold, bacon was not crispy and my toast was burnt but our waitress, Kaylee, took care of it right away. She spoke with her manager Wade and he made everything right. Kaylee is very attentive, well mannered and a great server.

All the managers are awesome! We have gone to the Gettysburg restaurant but the service there does not match up to the service we get here at the Hanover restaurant.

“Stopped by today for lunch with my daughter. Ordered a half pound of steamed shrimp for an appetizer,a cheese burger and a Italian cheese steak. Great food, fair price, huge cheese steak. Lunch was quiet, not noisy. Loved it.

“My husband and I order from here at least once a week. They have great food, they are convenient to our location and they meet all our exceptions when it comes to take out orders. My favorite by far is their Philly Cheese Steak Pizza! Oh my gosh...it is so good. If you like the sub you will love the pizza.“

“I just wanted to say, I have a lot of food allergies, so when I order a sandwich I order it without the roll. I always request that it be cut up because you all don't offer plastic knives. It's so hard to try to cut it or pull it apart with those little plastic forks you provide. Well today, we place our order and I tell the girl at the window to make sure they cut it up, my fiance also told her. Well it came out, NOT cut up so I took it over to the door. A girl asked what I wanted, I told her, she acted kinda snippy, she handed off to another girl who then rolled her eyes and she then had one of the guys cut it up. It took all I had to NOT open that door and let them know about the freaken day I just had of having to bury my mother-in-law!!!!! Along with everything else I've been going through these past few months!!!! I really didn't need nor want the freaken attitude! Maybe try offering a little plastic knives with your little plastic forks if it's such a freaken bother to cut food up for a long time customer!“

“This place wasn’t bad but I expected a little better service. The steak was pretty ok. The Texas onion was on point. The shrimp was average. The salads were nothing to write home about. The server was less than desirable. No such thing as refills or prebussing tables. It was average at best. Prices are high compared to similar places. If I didn’t have a gift certificate I wouldn’t have chosen this place.“

“We camp a lot in Gettysburg and this is always one of our stops before heading into town. Inside is nicely updated and the outdoor area provides ample amount of space for eating, drinking and activities. Highly recommend this place. Side note, our truck broke down hauling our camper this past weekend, luckily if shut off while coming up to the bourbon mill, we had to leave the camper in their parking lot while our truck got towed. The owner was super nice and understanding. We appreciate you and will continue to always stop in on our travels to Gettysburg .“

They make you feel like family and you never leave hungry. The owners, Sherry and Rookie, are always working hard and making sure their customers are happy and well fed.“

“What a night! I finally took Cooper for his 1st Lobster. After watching lots of “Coyote Peterson” uTube videos for a couple months, he’d been asking me to take him to eat one. Today was the day. Thank you to Hanovers Red Lobster & their General Manager Michael, he gave us the ultimate educational experience & even sat down with us & showed Cooper how to eat it. Mike got the meat out while Cooper ate it 😂😂. Cooper loved every bite of it & dipped it in his “hot warm butter”. He suggested his 8 year old friend Mia, try a “no thank you bite” ( that’s my rule ! 😂) And, she liked it! It was so funny! Had a great time. Cooper had a blast & enjoyed having Mia join him too!! Thanks so much Michael, for accommodating my request, you’re the best👍😀“

“I have been going to the Famous for decades. Always ordered the Hot Dog w/ everything. I recently stopped in abd git my usual 2 dogs with everything and a Strawberry shake. I hatecto say this but the Hot Dogs were horrible. They were dry with a weird texture. I've spoken to several other frequent loyal customers and they said the same thing. I'm not sure if you changed your distributor, but I don't think I can go back. maybe for a cheeseburger with everything. I hope you check into this.“

“our Awesome boss Miss Rita treated the teachers at Sunshine daycare to lunch from you yesterday!We called in the order she picked it up and brought it back to us we had alot of different dishes I had Mushroom Swiss ground steak burger and FF it was so good I lived the seal on the toasted bun pretty but still soft.The ff were so good not to greasy not to salty just perfect. Plus I tired some of her big crab dip pretzel that was to die for.I look forward to coming to the restaurant for myself.“
