“So I have been to Philly several times and this restaurant has been on my radar to try. Finally made sure it got included in my culinary trip to Philadelphia. After asking for a recommendation between some didhes I could not decide on...my main and desert, my waiter gave recommendations that did not disappoint. The Carbonara was excellent.and the Budino di Pane scrumptious! I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience. It was busy and just a little too noisy for me, but if you enjoy the hustle and bustle of an eatery, you will love this restaurant! I recommend and hopefully get to come again on another visit to Philly.“

“Victory Brewing Company in Philly is hands-down one of the best brewery stops I’ve made in a while. The space is awesome, the beer is next-level, and the staff? Let’s just say they seriously bring the place to life.
Shout-out to Paige behind the bar—super cool, funny, and yeah… HOT! She made the whole experience even better with great energy and solid beer recs. Total rockstar.
Speaking of beer, Kelly’s Hero was the standout for me—not just because it’s delicious, but because the proceeds go toward ALS research. That kind of purpose behind a pint makes it even more worth drinking. Love to see a place mixing great beer with a great cause.

“Hidden Gem! The staff- so delightful. Went for the first time and was guided by a magical lady who guided us on how to order. The food- QUALITY. The tacos are stuffed! Prices seem high but when you get the goods, it all makes sense. The two of use ordered a variety of tacos (6) and took two home with us because we were stuffed. Don’t pass on the aqua Fresca or cookies. Happy to have this style of tacos in south Philly. Thanks 💜Taco!“

“What a treat this evening was! Mabu is a little treasure of a spot with perfect lighting, perfect music, and very good food. We had grilled octopus, onion soup, and salmon. Everything was well-seasoned and well-balanced. Service was attentive and pleasant. It brought to mind a cozy, romantic neighborhood cafe in Paris! We will definitely return regularly. Highly recommend! Nice and close to the Kimmel/Acad of Music too.“

“We got there for an early dinner Saturday afternoon and immediately got a table. We put orders in and we’re fast served. The food was very delicious and well done. Good presentation, the server was very professional, ambient was clean and a pleasant music in the back. Good location on Drexel Campus. Easy to park on the streets.“

“My husband and I stopped in last Saturday night, Sept 30. I had a Mote Cristo. It was absolutely perfect! The server was great and so were the two other ladies that were working there that I was talking with. All three had beautiful souls that made dinner complete that night! Keep up the good work!“

“Yes, it is actually open 24 hours. I have no idea how they do it considering how massive the menu is, but I’m so glad it exists. You can get nearly anything here - pancakes, smoothies, burgers, hoagies, gyros (which I highly recommend) - and watch them make it right in front of you. They’re pretty much always blasting music and in a silly mood. Doesn’t matter if it’s 4pm or 4am, the energy in this place is unmatched.“

“It’s a cute cafe. Banh Mi is good . Love how they use seeded bread. I like the blended espresso and my daughter likes the cookies & cream.😋 The catering food was delicious . “All around perfect neighborhood coffee bar with a micro shop and personalized vibe. The espresso shot was perfection with more complexity and polish than you sometimes find in smaller shops. Judging by the traffic and the speed of the staff, take-away coffee is the most popular here but there are great nooks to perch in and watch the warm neighborhood come alive in the morning. Highly recommend.“
