The Head Nut is remarkable for it's great selection of spices, nuts, tea, coffee, and candies all of high quality & good value. Many hard-to-find ingredients and products can be found easily here, such as foreign teas, old-school candies, and cool spices.

The customer service has never been short of lovely and the espresso served here is excellent, especially for the price!

“We recently decided to grab CAVA on our way home, and the first CAVA we went to we did not have a good experience so we decided to just walk out and drive to the nearest CAVA which was 20 minutes away and when we arrive to the other location, which was this location, they were getting ready to close the store, but the employees were very welcoming and kind and took our order right away and even gave a sample pita chips to our kids to try just in case if they didn’t like it and we just decided to let them know how great they are doing and how wonderful we felt once we felt the CAVA hospitality. We just appreciate the fact that they made us feel appreciated and valued. I knew they was tired because it was close to closing time but they still shared a smile with us. Jeniah and Devin really blessed us. Praying for an abundance of favor and blessings over them and the establishment!”

“What a fantastic place to eat before we saw a concert at Ardmore Music Hall. We asked to be in and out within 45 minutes so we could make the concert. The service was fast but not rushed. The food from apps to entre', we're hot and delicious. The bread was also warm and crusty but soft in the middle. Paired perfectly with my eggplant parm appetizer. I also had the penne vodka as my main dish. I was not disappointed. My husband had a Cesar salad and a capellini and seafood dish. Fantastic portion size. Everything was just perfect. My only regret was that we didn't have time for dessert. Next time!!”

“Tried takeout today for the first time and everything was delicious. This is more of a takeout place since the vibe is very basic, but there are a few tables for eat-in. I had the Pork Rib noodles and it was a very large portion with fresh bok choy, nicely spiced pork, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. Also tried spring rolls and hot and sour soup (standards to see how they compare to other restaurants in the area). Spring rolls had options of chicken or chicken and shrimp, not greasy at all, and very good. Hot and sour soup was hotter than I've had elsewhere and not as thick as usual--i prefer this version. Prices were very good especially given the portion size of the noodles, easily enough for 2 meals. I will definitely be back!”

“Quaint location in a small downtown area, quiet and clean restaurant with beautiful presentation of their meals. Plenty of sushi choices, not much for non Sushi eaters but it is a sushi bar. Meats were fresh and rolls were yummy 😋”

“My daughter said that she was looking to have sushi for lunch today, so we decided to give Herosame in Ardmore a try. Wow, this is one of the best sushi meals we've had in the Philly area and definitely on the Main Line. I called in our takeout order and the server who took our order was very friendly and polite as was the server who brought us our order while we waited in the vestibule. We ordered the Lunch Shrimp Teriyaki Bento Box and the Lunch Triple Roll Combo. Wow! I thought they had accidentally give us another person's order as the bags were quite heavy. Both lunch specials could easily be split over two meals or at least a meal and a leftovers snack. The Lunch Shrimp Teriyaki Bento Box included a small house salad, a pint of Miso Soup, 2 Shumai, a California Roll, 6 large Teriyaki Shrimp and a pint of steamed white rice. The salad was a crisp and refreshing spring mix with thinly shredded carrots and a halved grape tomato with a delicious dressing. The Miso soup was very rich and tasty. The Shumai were delicious with a nice crisp exterior, but soft, tender and enjoyable meat inside. The California Roll was huge and stuffed with super fresh crab stick and vegetables topped off with tobiko. The Teriyaki Shrimp were just a hair overcooked, but still delicious. The Three Roll Lunch Combo featured a choice of three rolls from a list of twenty different rolls so my daughter picked the Shrimp Avocado Roll, Tempura Roll and Philly Roll. All three rolls, just like my Bento Box's California Roll were huge with the Shrimp Tempura Rolls being gigantic. One piece of the tempura roll was at least twice the size of other sushi rolls I've had. Each roll was stuffed with the traditional meats and veggie fillings. Everything was so fresh and delicious! Herosame will definitely be on our family's list for future Japanese lunches and dinners!”

“I have been eating Hykel's hoagies for over 60 years and like to consider myself somewhat of an authority on the subject- I just had one today while watching the Eagles game. Pretty incredible to hold it together for that long! Order an American Hoagie- trust me on this - the perfect blend of meats and cheese, lettuce tomatoes and chopped onions, on a Conshy bakery roll. Still the one I compare to when testing any other hoagie . Regarding the score- I go to Hykels for a hoagie, I don't care about the atmosphere or service, not that it's bad, it's just not why someone would go to Hykel's Bar.”

“This is one of the best Starbucks locations in Greater Philadelphia, with warm and friendly staff members who always make perfect beverages. I once left my MacBook charger behind and the employees helped me recover it. I highly recommend this Starbucks!”

“One of the best spots to get a fresh fruit drink on the mainline!!! I loved Mr. Wish in the city and was thrilled when they opened a spot on the main line. Many other bubble tea places use powders or syrups which I avoid. For about the same price as others you get a high quality drink with fresh fruit and can taste the difference. The owner is kind with an inspiring positive attitude, and you can see how much she cares about the quality of the food and drinks she serves. The grapefruit green tea with aloe is a favorite of mine.”

“This IS the best pizza in the area. Many reviews state how Tony is a one man show and that he is usually quite busy. This makes any delay at all a headache for him. Tony is an artist. He probably feels that he worked on recipes for years and he does not want to lessen your experience by substituting. I happen to enjoy Tony’s abrasive personality. Even if you don’t enjoy his personality, do not cheat yourself of great pizza. HINT: Order for pickup NOT delivery. I delivered pizza for almost ten years and I know that to be a fact.”

“We called the night before and made reservations for our party of 6 for lunch at 1:30 PM on Saturday (today). We arrived early and we’re seated immediately. Food was delicious and service was friendly and courteous. We had a mix of starters (beef jap chae, Korean fried chicken, Dakgangjeong & chili calamari), entrees (bulgogi, 2 Dolsot Bibimbop & ramen), table bbq (Joo Mul Luk Marinated ribeye & Samgyupsal Thinly sliced pork belly), and drinks. Entrees and table bbq comes with white rice, ban Chan, and veggies. We ate everything and we’re satisfied with happy bellies. The restaurant is quaint, nice atmosphere, and clean. Metered parking is available in front of restaurant. We recommend trying this place, and will be back again.”
