“I love The Dog Penn for so many reasons. It's a safe dog park (vax requirements and scamp counselors), the owners are community minded (work with local businesses and rescues), and the atmosphere is incredible. Last night, I got a flat tire when I was leaving The Dog Penn. The owners did not hesitate to come outside and help me (well😅 being honest, do it for me) change my tire. They taught me a few things about my car and made sure I was safe to get on the road. Beyond the many things I love about the venue itself, I love the ownership and the way they love and take care of their community. If you haven't had a chance to check this place out yet, you absolutely have to!“

“Came from 2 hours away for a comedy show.
I love that you can reserve seating. I love that it's rows of chairs instead of tables. It was a little hot for me, but I run hot. The drinks were reasonable and delivered to our seats with the use of a QR code! The atmosphere is vintage awesome. I would totally be a member if I lived closer.
Parking is on the difficult side, but we were able to find a decent spot.“

I went recently to see Sacred Monsters who were in town from Philly. It was the lead singer, KP’s birthday and we wanted to do something special for her. Long story short, Toy is amazing. Not only did she help with the surprise but she… on her own… ordered cupcakes for KP since I couldn’t find a cake that met her dietary restrictions. She was so helpful and enthusiastic about helping. I can’t wait to go back.“

“I'd heard about the wings and just had to try them. In my opinion, Buffalo Wings are truly the only thing that is special about food in Pittsburgh. I was not disappointed. They're the best I've had, and they come served in a basket with sauce of the perfect consistency pooled at the bottom. The woman behind the bar somehow takes care of everyone without any help. From the moment we began planning the event, the owner Brad welcomed us with open arms and generously allowed us to use the facility for such a meaningful cause.
The entire staff went above and beyond to help make the event a tremendous success. The bartenders, servers, cooks, and support staff were all professional, hardworking, accommodating, and genuinely compassionate throughout the entire day. Their kindness and work ethic did not go unnoticed, and so many of our guests commented on how smoothly everything was handled.and how good the food was.
It is rare to find a business that combines such excellent service with such genuine care for the community. “I booked The Goldmark’s speakeasy, The Confidant, for my birthday party recently and simply cannot sing their praises enough!

Nicole and Noa were ANGELS and worked with me throughout the entire process to answer any and all of my questions. They worked so hard to create and serve two CUSTOM cocktails with me and a shot of my choice for the evening! There was even a drink sheet made just for my event. I got so many compliments from every guest about how wonderful our bartender, Noa, was. He was fun, helpful, and completely added to our vibe :)
We had full rein over the music, and even a bouncer to ensure our party remained private. Everyone was obsessed with the space, and it perfectly accommodated all of my guests. We were even able to move things around in a way that worked best for us! The staff let us in a full hour early to decorate, and they were ready to help make my vision come to life. Goldmark even provided us a table for snacks and cake that is not usually available.

“Really enjoyed the atmosphere here! ✨ It was my first time stopping by, and the overall vibe was great — relaxed, friendly, and full of good energy. The people around were easygoing, which made the place feel welcoming right away 😊.

One of the best parts was the drinks. They were very affordable 🍹 and the pours were definitely generous, which is always a nice surprise. The cocktails were made well and tasted great, so they definitely did not disappoint.

I also heard from a few people that their chicken is really good, so that’s something I’m planning to try the next time I visit 🍗. If it’s as good as the drinks, I’m sure it’ll be worth it!

Overall, it was a fun first experience with good vibes, good people, and solid drinks. I’d definitely come back again to hang out and explore more of the menu.“

“First time at this Coraopolis restaurant. Very impressed with the summer pilsner, Victory Summer Love. Very refreshing and crisp. My only suggestion would be to add a lager , and start carrying some beer from the Cobblehaus Brewing Company nearby. The menu is limited, but good. Our pretzels and beer cheese were tasty. The Western burgers we both ordered had a delicious sauce, and the homemade buns were fresh as well as the ground beef. Our server, sorry I missed her name, was very informative, attentive and friendly. Loved the atmosphere and how clean looking it was. We'll definitely be returning!“

“We won a gift certificate from my favorite non-profit, Hilltop Horizons.org I didn't know I liked Cider until we stopped at the Brewery at Soergels in Wexford. We tasted several samples before we ordered a growler that was perfect for 2 of us. We sat inside as it was a bit windy that day. There is great outside seating as well. There were board games available to play and great views of the farm. We tried the sorbet on the way out. It was delicious!! We also picked up a 6 pack to enjoy later. This would be a great place for family fun or just for 2. I love to find local small businesses that support each other and the community! We will definitely be back.“

“A family member just moved to Etna and we wanted some lunch. This place is ranked high on google maps and there is good reason for such a ranking.

The special on Wednesday is $5 off a meat platter and so we got that. Sam the bartender was friendly and efficient and took great care of us.

The pulled pork and smoked chicken with the sides were awesome so much food that we had to take half home for dinner.

Awesome place, the grill/smoker is out front and the fragrance hits you when you pull up. This is a hidden local gem in Etna, even the cooks chat with you and so do the locals.

“Absolutely loved my stop into Nine Two Five with Matt & JJ. Tried both of their specialty cocktails and an Over/Under which is a great Underberg experience.
JJ’s cocktail (Loretta) was new-age whiskey with lavender, ginger, and egg whites…enjoyed!
Matt’s was a tiki cocktail (3 dots & a dash) that I was vaguely familiar with, and tasted great! Matt had a lot of beer experience that I was able to ask about. Great spot! More people need to go and enjoy the offerings!
