I'll be returning to try the food and shoot pool; the backroom has a table, dartboard, and a pinball machine. Good vibes from the locals, too.“

“A group of 8 went to celebrate Galentine's. The service was amazing. They checked on us frequently to make everything was good. They played birthday song for someone else and notice we sang and were wishing happy birthday to someone at our table. Boom they brought the hat, a dessert and played the music again for us. “We’ve been going to Elly’s since we moved here a few years back and it’s a true testament to we need more women owned businesses. The food is killer. The staff is fantastic. The atmosphere has something for everyone. Their food is moderately priced for good portions, and they have amazing specials - $5 happy hour menu and $10 rotating entree special. They just added some new food to the menu with turkey handhelds, weekend breakfast, and Lenten specials on Fridays. I’m ready to come back and try it all. Support local - eat Elly’s.“

“Tonight we ate at the Urban Tap. Our server Jenna was not only delightful. She was on top of every order both drinks and food. Clearing the table quickly. Filling drinks. And very personable to speak with. I would not only recommend this place to anyone. I would recommend her specifically as your server if possible.“

“Really enjoyed the atmosphere here! ✨ It was my first time stopping by, and the overall vibe was great — relaxed, friendly, and full of good energy. The people around were easygoing, which made the place feel welcoming right away 😊.

One of the best parts was the drinks. They were very affordable 🍹 and the pours were definitely generous, which is always a nice surprise. The cocktails were made well and tasted great, so they definitely did not disappoint.

I also heard from a few people that their chicken is really good, so that’s something I’m planning to try the next time I visit 🍗. If it’s as good as the drinks, I’m sure it’ll be worth it!

“This bar slaps. The bartenders are all super chill and knowledgeable. The menu is super interesting, with balanced and unexpected cocktails that are truly impressive. You can tell the drinks have a lot of love for the craft behind their recipes. Can get a little crowded/loud on busy nights but still worth it. 10/10 would recommend sitting at the bar with a couple friends and trying as much on the menu as you can.“

It's a safe dog park (vax requirements and scamp counselors), the owners are community minded (work with local businesses and rescues), and the atmosphere is incredible. Last night, I got a flat tire when I was leaving The Dog Penn. The owners did not hesitate to come outside and help me (well😅 being honest, do it for me) change my tire. They taught me a few things about my car and made sure I was safe to get on the road. Beyond the many things I love about the venue itself, I love the ownership and the way they love and take care of their community. If you haven't had a chance to check this place out yet, you absolutely have to!“

I love that you can reserve seating. I love that it's rows of chairs instead of tables. It was a little hot for me, but I run hot. The drinks were reasonable and delivered to our seats with the use of a QR code! The atmosphere is vintage awesome. I would totally be a member if I lived closer.
Parking is on the difficult side, but we were able to find a decent spot.“

I went recently to see Sacred Monsters who were in town from Philly. It was the lead singer, KP’s birthday and we wanted to do something special for her. Long story short, Toy is amazing. Not only did she help with the surprise but she… on her own… ordered cupcakes for KP since I couldn’t find a cake that met her dietary restrictions. She was so helpful and enthusiastic about helping. I can’t wait to go back.“

“First time at this Coraopolis restaurant. Very impressed with the summer pilsner, Victory Summer Love. Very refreshing and crisp. My only suggestion would be to add a lager , and start carrying some beer from the Cobblehaus Brewing Company nearby. The menu is limited, but good. Our pretzels and beer cheese were tasty. The Western burgers we both ordered had a delicious sauce, and the homemade buns were fresh as well as the ground beef. Our server, sorry I missed her name, was very informative, attentive and friendly. Loved the atmosphere and how clean looking it was. We'll definitely be returning!“

“Solid brewery space with a good variety of beers on offer. Leans heavily toward IPAs, but also traditional European styles. Should be something for everyone.

The front bar space is welcoming and stylish, but a bit narrow. That said, there is a larger room in the back with pinball machines and an outdoor space that looked popular in the summer months.

As a tourist, it was a touch out of the way from downtown, but worth the trip in my opinion. I’d happily return on a future trip to town.“
