The young lady that was at the drive-thru window was very sweet and friendly, and it's quite refreshing to see someone like this at this place. Enough said on that, but she deserves a good review!“

“I went to Kutztown back in the 1990s when the Bagel Bar still operated out of the bike shop. The bagels were good and service was friendly, but the owner's husband kept trying to recruit me into Amway. Recommended place to get bagels so long as the husband is off the Amway thing.“

“November 18, Saturday around 12 noon I decided to grab a quick breakfast while out running errands and placed my mobile order. When I pulled in, the line was wrapped around the building and probably about 80% of the parking was taken up. I went in to wait and there were other people waiting for pickup as well as people ordering. Overall, they were absolutely slammed but all of the employees held their cool and moved through the orders very well despite being busy and I’m sure running out of product like crazy. Not to mention the atmosphere was overall very clean for the amount of guests and employees“

“I love this shop. The staff is always nice!! Today they messed up my order though but was so pleasant about fixing it. They messed it up again but I just went on my way. I always get the exact same thing for happy hour, mocha iced latte, light ice with whipped cream. But today just want my day😢 Neither of these are right and they are not tasty at all. This store has a spacious seating area and large wall of merch. Shout out to Aubrey for the photo opp, friendliness, and hospitality!“

“Iced chi tea latte tasted funny here and I don't know why almost tasted like the chi syrup was bad or old. The place was clean,service was quick. I'd visit again can't judge based off one drink. Bathrooms were clean and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Next to chipotle and across from bass pro shop. Easy to get back on 95 or head downtown bpt.“
