“For six years I have been looking for a new favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh since my old favorite one closed. I have never found a place that had the perfect food and atmosphere I was looking for until I entered Lilith last night. Everything about this restaurant is phenomenal. The service from being greeted to the absolutely awesome server we had was excellent! The food had a wow factor rarely found in Pittsburgh. I’m not usually a huge fan of how vegetables are cooked most places and the veggies in my dish just blew things out of the water. You could tell they were fresh and local too. The fish I had was just amazing. It was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Needless to say I will be back again and again now to experience more culinary delights!“

“I could write a novel on how perfect Justin and his team created our winter wedding vision. From the first interactions to the last interactions, Justin was attentive and helpful. We collaborated on everything in such a professional way that everything truly turned out perfectly. Every single detail was astonishing. Justin and his event center was able to accommodate over 110 guests for our wedding and the FOOD…oh my goodness - delicious! I’d highly recommend this space for bridal showers, receptions, events, you name it! What a wonderful experience and a wedding reception friends and family are still talking about thanks to Just in Thyme!“

The locals are there talking with each other and it’s relaxing and refreshing. I had the roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy and yellow waxed beans. As I told my phenomenal waitress, Bri, It was exactly as my mother would have made it. I have missed her cooking since she passed away and this meal took me back to a beautiful time and place. Recently, I’ve experienced a shift in service that left me feeling uncomfortable and dismissed. What once felt warm and inviting has become cold and unprofessional through eye-rolling, dismissive responses, and careless service. Establishments should remember that every guest is observing, every interaction matters, and every moment reflects the character of the business.
