“We celebrated our anniversary here and it was by far the best anniversary dinner. the staff was so nice and professional. the staff also went above and beyond with setting up the table(rose petals, a card, and heart confetti) and giving us goodies like champagne, a long stem rose, and even took our picture and printed it out for memories! We will definitely be going back again next year.“

“No matter what, this is my tried and true fresh fried fish spot!! Their food still hits now as it did in 2010. The only reason I did not give all stars was because I did not get to get a bag of fresh fish to take home and cook. The inside is small and there is standing room only. I hope they bring back the fresh fish. There may be a lot going on outside as well, but I go there for my fish and head straight home to eat. There is street kiosk parking. It's best to call ahead. However, the phone line seems to ring busy now a days.“

“Me & my girlfriends came here 4 a few drinks, We did order some food, All there food R very good, I had a Fish Whitting Platter wth String Beans, & Mac & Cheese, it was so delicious. “I was impressed that our table was thoughtfully set for the 3 in our reservation. I hate when they remove the 4th place setting after I’m seated. If you’re the “odd man out” you understand! Our dinner was delicious and service was excellent. Tried the special appetizer of grilled squid and octopus. Tender and tasty. A couple different hummus were delish. Two of us had the Branzino. Filleted table side with expertise. A large portion. Moist and flavorful. I don’t remember what other person ordered but he enjoyed it. Had to try the baklava for dessert. Wished the serving was larger; taste was authentic. We took our time with each course. We were not rushed. We will definitely return!“

“We had a reservation for 5 at 6pm. We showed up 10 or so minutes early. We were asked our seating preference and sat immediately. We had a few birthday to celebrate and we were given special treats throughout the meal. The entire experience was so enjoyable. I would highly recommend for casual evening out and when celebrating. Service and food were excellent.“

“WOW. I don't know what I just ate because it feels like the first time that I've eaten actual food. How is this place so good? Literally the food tastes like they just harvested all of it immediately before prepping. Literally blown away. This will probably be my #1 food place in Philly for years with zero close competition. I am seriously in awe of how good my first meal there just was. To the owners, please don't change, it's incredible. If you keep your prices this low too I'll probably eat there like 5+ times a week, no joke. Incredible. Bravo. Seriously.“

“We had:Seafood fries2 clusters of Alaskan crabs & mussels2 clusters of Dungeness crabTheir fries menu is at the counter where you order.There is so much crabmeat on the seafood fried.Everything was so good! The sauce makes it. We saved the sauce and some seafood to make seafood pasta the next day.“
