“Lovely atmosphere with plants, fun decor, and sunlight everywhere, one of the prettiest places to grab a drink! And the drinks are also just as pretty and delicious, with a bunch of of different flavors and combos, they also can craft something for you, but the specials are so varied that you can def find something you like!
Also the staff was great and made sure to check what flavors and strength you would like to steer you in the right direction, would definitely recommend!“

“This is a nice venue with top quality music acts, very friendly employee's and very clean. There is a small parking lot and street parking. Very minimal noise level. They don't serve food but everyone goes to a place two doors down and brings it back. I highly recommend Moondogs!“

“My wife Colleen and I would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone at Shenanigans Bar and Grill for the incredible support and hospitality they showed during the fundraiser for our terminally ill great-nephew, Jon. From the moment we began planning the event, the owner Brad welcomed us with open arms and generously allowed us to use the facility for such a meaningful cause.
The entire staff went above and beyond to help make the event a tremendous success. The bartenders, servers, cooks, and support staff were all professional, hardworking, accommodating, and genuinely compassionate throughout the entire day. Their kindness and work ethic did not go unnoticed, and so many of our guests commented on how smoothly everything was handled.and how good the food was.
It is rare to find a business that combines such excellent service with such genuine care for the community. We are deeply appreciative of the generosity, warmth, and support shown by everyone at Shenanigans. Thank you for helping create such a memorable and successful event for Jon and our family. “Wanted to make sure I wrote this review bc of my amazing experience. First, to get this out of the way… really cool vibe, great beers at great prices, and a great spot for local music. I went recently to see Sacred Monsters who were in town from Philly. It was the lead singer, KP’s birthday and we wanted to do something special for her. Long story short, Toy is amazing. Not only did she help with the surprise but she… on her own… ordered cupcakes for KP since I couldn’t find a cake that met her dietary restrictions. She was so helpful and enthusiastic about helping. I can’t wait to go back.“

“What a delight this place is and a boon for the neighborhood! Weather at stand-up comedy or musical acts from around the world, it is a Timeless warm and welcoming neighborhood gathering place. “Really enjoyed the atmosphere here! ✨ It was my first time stopping by, and the overall vibe was great — relaxed, friendly, and full of good energy. The people around were easygoing, which made the place feel welcoming right away 😊.
One of the best parts was the drinks. They were very affordable 🍹 and the pours were definitely generous, which is always a nice surprise. The cocktails were made well and tasted great, so they definitely did not disappoint.
I also heard from a few people that their chicken is really good, so that’s something I’m planning to try the next time I visit 🍗. If it’s as good as the drinks, I’m sure it’ll be worth it!
Overall, it was a fun first experience with good vibes, good people, and solid drinks. I’d definitely come back again to hang out and explore more of the menu.“

“My friend Larry, who is a bartender at a Shadyside bar, took me here once when we were in Oakland. LOVED IT! Great atmosphere, great drinks and Gene is wonderful. Interesting mix of Pitt upperclassmen and regular people from the area. Every time I happen to be in Oakland now, I make a point of dropping in for a drink (or five). Highly recommend for a cool bar!“

“Really enjoyed my visit to Porky's. The small bar atmosphere gives it a relaxed, welcoming feel right when you walk in. It’s the kind of place that’s easy to settle into and enjoy.

“My most American trait is that I eat more burgers than any other food. That said, the bacon cheeseburger here is simply the best I have ever had in my life. It's definitely my favorite burger in Pittsburgh. It is a 9.5/10 or better nearly every time. The grainy mustard and mayo is genius. The fries are also great. Service is typically solid even when they're busy.“

“I recently rented out the goldmark for my 30th birthday and it was nothing short of awesome!! The bartenders, Jill and Lindsay, were so kind, attentive and helpful!! The drinks were amazing, the DJ was great (Dr. Dap), the location was top notch, the atmosphere was a total vibe. “My wife's friend had a little party there and we had a nice time and the fried chicken was on point so I definitely want to thank the cook. The drinks were pretty good too but if there was one thing they could improve on it is making Margaritas which weren't too good but I will still give 5 stars ?“

“Best kept secret in Pittsburgh. Downstairs is an inviting speakeasy atmosphere. A few steps up and you're in a large-yet-comfy greatroom - complete with fireplace, couches and two hugescreen tvs, great for Steeler games. Then there's the second floor which is perfect for parties, catered events - there's also comedy nights and markets there. Danielle always has something going on upstairs and down!“
