“Staff is always super nice and when I used to frequent daily they always remembered my name and order. Unfortunately I have moved to a closer Dunkin so I only see them every so often but they still remember me!! However I have changed up my drink order!“

“Food: Food is fun, unique and made relatively fast. A plethora of options to try! There is certainly at least one thing on the menu that you could find that you would enjoy! Mochi donuts are fun and well made. They all have a slightly similar taste and are a bit pricey however still recommended and worth at least trying, but are overall tasty! The boba tea is just as any other reputable place in the area in flavor and price. They have vegetarian options.

Service: Staff is extremely friendly, personable, and helpful! They have a smile and seem to genuinely enjoy their career. They are willing and capable of genuine small talk and working at the same time! They are willing to take time out to speak on their unique menu!

Atmosphere: Overall store is seemingly clean and well kept-up! A place were regardless of age you'd have a nice time sitting to eat, however the space is a bit quaint. They offer a white board to write situations for food items for the store to sell where you can leave your own food creations for them to try! No restroom from what I can see.

“I literally drive out of my way just to go to this location. The managers are very nice and understanding and are willing to make it right if you have an issue. My favorite barista is definitely sophie she really goes above and beyond for the customers and is always pleasant. You can just tell that she actually cares about her job and the customers that come in. that girl definetly deserves a raise!!!“

“I googled to see what time they closed. I mistakenly thought they closed at 8pm. So I ordered from the app at 640pm.

As my love and I were driving to do a U-turn, saw that the Dunkin (Naamans Rd) was dark. We pulled up, and someone came to the door and opened it for us.

It was after 7, and they waited for us to show up. This has been our dunkin for a while now, mind you, there is a dunkin (Philadelphia Pike) 3 minutes from us.

We will take the extra time to come to this dunkin on Naamans Rd, because their coffee is always amazing. Delicious food, always a smile.

“This Dunkin' location in Havertown has great employees that try to get the customers food finished in a good amount of time but sometimes the employees get overwhelmed with too many customers ordering on the weekend mornings. It's not the employees fault for long food check times, it's just that too many customers show up at one time. I think this certain location is understaffed on the weekend mornings due to the volume of customers coming in. The back food area, where employees prepare the customers hot food was doing great. Dunkin food bags were piling up waiting for the rest of the order to be completed. Keep up the good work 👍-Good Luck on getting a couple of more employees on the weekend mornings.“

It was $2.81. I had a good experience here today and I would return here again. Have a good night, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over the age of 50 years. “Pretty empty most of the time when I get there for as large as it is on the inside. Most of the time there is only one crew member doing everything, but for what it is. They're pretty easy going and pleasant even though customers are rude about the service provided with one crew member doing everything.“

“Good morning. I ordered a hot decaf coffee, medium, black with butter pecan. I Love the hot decaf coffee with a flavor, such as Gingerbread, Toasted Coconut and Red Velvet. Simply divine!!! This location is one of my favorites. I have not visited in awhile. It was great to be back. Plenty of parking here plus there are several available handicapped spaces. Workout, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over the age of 50 years.“

I stop at this location everyday, and the ladies working are always kind, happy, welcoming, and so quick with service in the drive thru and inside. I tell everyone to make sure and stop here.
