I watched them train a new employee to do the same! Pinch and pull the dough- enough sauce, but not too much. Carefully and skillfully place all ingredients! final inspection before the fire and then another after. Watch for this and that before you serve. Pizza will. ever to the same for me.”

Also had a cappuccino, and I was just as impressed. The owner(?) was super friendly, helpful, and kind with everything. It's a bit off the beaten track if you're driving, but I recommend finding this place and stopping in!”
