“We could not find a Dairy Queen when we moved out here to West Chester. This place was great. I ordered like 5-6 things at once and the guy who took my order remembered all of it. I always feel good with places like this because I know the server is listening and won't mess up your order.“

“I never leave reviews about restaurants but I had to today. I wasn’t going to stop at McDonald’s, but I decided to last minute and it was not a disappointment. Mary, one of the drive-thru workers and cashiers gave me the most pleasant fast food experience I have ever had. She was so kind and accommodative and said her day was going outstanding to every single customers and had such a bright, positive, and uplifting attitude. My food was out as soon as I got to the window and I no kidding think it was the best McDonald’s cheeseburger I’ve ever had. Great job team! Keep up the good work.“

“The staff at this Wendy's were being unfairly harrassed by an an unstable white male as I went through the drive thru tonight. He banged on the doors and yelled through them at the employees, then I saw him walk away back to his car and pick up a rock on the way. He then drove up behind me in thr drive thru and yelled at them through the speaker, pulled out of the drive thru and parked behind the restaurant just waiting. When I pulled to the window, I told the staff what I saw. The shift manager said that he was there all the time and always treated them like this. She said they have reported him in the past but the local police say they can't do anything. The staff at this restaurant were friendly, prompt, and delivered exactly what I ordered. They remained calm and collected while there was an active threat even knowing no one else was coming to help them. I am amazed at how much these folk had to handle while the majority of the staff looked to still be teenagers. No one should have to work in these conditions. If Wendy's is smart, they (or the franchise owner) will look into this situation and give a raise to everyone there.“

It was a little busy but the worker who took my order was extremely polite and professional while I was making up my mind. I have had Fast Food workers get angry if I take too long deciding what to order. I hadn't been to Arby's in a while, so it took me about 30 seconds to decide. I do have one complaint. I paid 10 dollars for the Beef and Cheddar meal, the fries were cold and the sandwich was barely warm. Overall, it was decent. Hopefully, the next time I come back, the food will be hot.“

“Picked up a meal for my mother and myself. Absolutely delicious! So fresh and had a great experience talking to the owner. This is a family business. The sons are in school and the father works there most of the time by himself. They should be so proud! Got the chicken and beef pitas, the Greek salad and the falafel platter. “It’s a 5 guys and the only one locally. My nitpicking issues would come down to it being kind of expensive, the soda machine couldn’t do cherry flavor Dr Pepper when I was there. Not at all big enough to discourage me. Far cleaner and nicer than the McDonald’s, people are much friendlier. Service was immediate and very friendly. I’m glad it’s finally open, I visited in the summer and was disappointed it was still under construction, and tired of poor service from McDonald’s and similar cheap but low quality competitors. The honey biscuits were a nice accompaniment, and I also tried the samosas - they were so good and had quite a little kick to them. We also got boiled peanuts - being originally from the South, I love them and it was heartwarming to see them hot and ready in a gas station on Delaware.
