“Visited Cousin’s Burgers today for their grand opening and it was absolutely worth the wait! The location is perfect and such a fantastic addition to downtown West Chester. As a two-time graduate of West Chester University, I especially loved seeing the WCU-themed murals inside — such a thoughtful and local touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area craving a great smash burger. I’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu. Congratulations to Mani and the team, and welcome to West Chester!“

“I absolutely love eating here! Their steakburgers are always cooked to order and have that perfect crispy edge, and the shoestring fries are arguably the best around. You definitely can't leave without getting some of their frozen custard—it’s incredibly rich and creamy. “This is a hidden gem. Never heard anyone speak about it but we decided to spot here on tbe way to longwood gardens and I am glad we did. Smash burgers were good but thier wings were the perfect level of smake and cooked to perfection. They make a nutella milkshake the hits different! That was so good.

They have a food challenge called the enemy which is wild but Low key would buy it to split with a partner just to see the monstrosity.“

“The staff at this Wendy's were being unfairly harrassed by an an unstable white male as I went through the drive thru tonight. He banged on the doors and yelled through them at the employees, then I saw him walk away back to his car and pick up a rock on the way. He then drove up behind me in thr drive thru and yelled at them through the speaker, pulled out of the drive thru and parked behind the restaurant just waiting. When I pulled to the window, I told the staff what I saw. The shift manager said that he was there all the time and always treated them like this. She said they have reported him in the past but the local police say they can't do anything. The staff at this restaurant were friendly, prompt, and delivered exactly what I ordered. They remained calm and collected while there was an active threat even knowing no one else was coming to help them. I am amazed at how much these folk had to handle while the majority of the staff looked to still be teenagers. No one should have to work in these conditions. If Wendy's is smart, they (or the franchise owner) will look into this situation and give a raise to everyone there.“

“Great little pizza joint. Several options for creating your own pizza with any toppings you love from personal size to a full pie.

And they cook it in a brick oven so the crust is fabulously thin and crispy.

Highly recommend. Service is quick and the staff is super attentive and friendly.

“Great food, my only wish is that they would switch to healthier oils like avocado, Extra Virgin Olive Oil would be the best. All the seed oils are killing us literally, vegetable oil, canola oil, peanut oil. All the crap in the salad dressing, the only somewhat healthy dip that doesn't have high fructose corn syrup is the hot sauce. All the dressing are corrupted with crap. Get your act together, protect your patrons. The people that have made you #1.“

“I’ve been coming to Kampo Garden on greenback Road for many many years. This is hands-down my favorite place for Chinese food. The owners are amazing. I think they may have changed hands over the years, but the owners now are amazing. They’ve been there for quite a while. “Originally this was gonna be a one star review after my initial experience but after returning to the store and speaking the manager. It has changed this to a 5 star review as he was quick and respectful about remedying the situation. I’m very glad I went back and spoke with the manager as this location is usually very solid about there portion sizes.“

“This is the only place in the entire Wilmington area, that I know of that sells Hershey's banana cream pudding ice cream. (not the Hershey's chocolate company) And I'm lucky enough to live 0.2 miles from this gem! They keep it well stocked, and if it's not in the freezer case, they look in the back for me! I probably eat about 3-4 pints a week!“

“I love Arby’s and will continue to go here however just a few things: 1. I literally just went through the drive thru and ordered a number 1 meal which I was charged $9 now that maybe the price and if it is that’s fine but I wouldn’t know because I wasn’t given a receipt. 2. If a customer is going through the drive thru chances are they are eating while driving some napkins in the bag would be nice. 3. I thought a number 1 meal was your basic beef and cheddar sandwich however I got something totally different again I was driving and didn’t have time to turn back around.“

I love this place so much The one in trolley square is really great a little bit small so in the summer when the lines build up it's a little crazy but totally worth it. My 6-year-old little girl fell in love with this place and it is now her favorite restaurant and they are always so sweet to her The food is amazing and it's gotten her to try all kinds of new stuff that she never would have in the first place. “Best Taco Bell I’ve been to. The staff is super helpful and friendly and you can tell they get along. I usually wouldn’t leave a review but I wanted to share how good of experience I had. Naz (I asked his name) was super nice with my vegetarian order. Because I have dietary restrictions my order took longer but he was extremely patient with my order.“

No local shop makes this so there's a bit if nostalgia here and there's just so few real Pizza Huts around that I was pretty excited to find this little gem not too far away. Every order has been fantastic. The toppings are plentiful and the associates are courteous and friendly. You always see employees hustling. I've moved on to their spicy marinara and the stuffed crust is amazing. While my orders have changed, the quality from this store hasn't. This Pizza Hut is exemplary. “I enjoy this CFA. I order pretty frequently. What I don’t enjoy is their 25% success rate of remembering straws. Sometimes people are unhappy which isn’t a huge bother but not having the straw means a parched drive home which is a bummer.“

“It’s my first time here and I got the Steakhouse and my godmother got the Soprano. She got parm fries and I got sweet potato fries with a hot chocolate milkshake. “Out of all the chick fila we have been to - the staff and food here were better than the others. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. The food was hot and fresh.

There is a staff member named Yuri who was helping a mom of 4 young kids. He was assisting her in cleaning up and also cleaning up the baby while she was helping her other kids. I have never witnessed that type of service before… Yuri went above and beyond - and then he also went around making sure everyone else had what they needed…

I hope Yuri gets acknowledged as well as the rest of the staff who were here today (11/15/25 lunchtime).“

“It’s a 5 guys and the only one locally. My nitpicking issues would come down to it being kind of expensive, the soda machine couldn’t do cherry flavor Dr Pepper when I was there. Not at all big enough to discourage me. Far cleaner and nicer than the McDonald’s, people are much friendlier. Service was immediate and very friendly. I’m glad it’s finally open, I visited in the summer and was disappointed it was still under construction, and tired of poor service from McDonald’s and similar cheap but low quality competitors. Will absolutely go again.
