“We love going to liberty union but it would be nice if it stated some where that you can only use gift cards at the location they are bought at. I received a gift card for Liberty Union that was purchased in Kimberton and went to the Chester Springs location only to find out it can’t be use there. That should be stated at purchase so there is no confusion.“

We recently hosted a baby shower for our daughter, and approached to owner about catering the event for 35 guests... We enjoyed a feast of humus, chicken kabob, beef tenderloin kabob, grilled fresh vegetables, and rice... The meal was ready to go as scheduled, we were provided with chafing dishes and sterno to keep the meal warm, and enjoyed a great dining experience... Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the meal... It is a little pricy, it cost us about $50 for 2 rounds of cocktails. Considering how strong the drinks were though I really can't be too upset! Definitely wanna come back to try some food!“

“I just held a 40th birthday party at Lock 29. Everything was great. The space was perfect, everyone raved about the food and cake (some people said it was the best cake they’ve ever had!), The servers were awesome, they made sure everyone had what they needed and did a great job keeping things organized and clean throughout! I would recommend parties here to any of my friends and family! Everything was exactly what I wanted!!“

“My partner and I went to this bar last night for the first time not expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised as we found it was one of the coolest bars we've been to. The food was amazing, I am very picky when it comes to hot wings and the hot wings at this bar were so good and they were gigantic. The price was awesome. All the drinks were very fresh and you could tell they really keep the place clean. They were doing karaoke so that was a really cool experience. We were only planning on going out for an hour or so for a date night and had so much fun we ended up staying for hours. With the drinks, the food, the atmosphere, and the people being as great as it all was we can definitely say we are going back to this bar! We definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a great time.“

We were the only ones there and only three other tables were seated during the 2 hours we spent there.

Food was mesmerizingly good. Perfect size, even though on the more expensive side...it was SOOOO worth it!

We really appreciated a very attentive, yet considerate service. Our server (possibly an owner or family of the owner) was very respectful of the fact our party needed to be left alone for a while so we can talk and checked on us only when necessary.

The place was quiet so we could have a great conversation, but again, this might change with time of the day. We'll definitely be back very soon!“

The food was good but it was the service that truly made the experience memorable. Our bartender Shannon, couldn’t have been more accommodating! She was super friendly, charismatic and her attentiveness was remarkable! From remembering what we had to drink, to bringing us refills without us having to ask, to going above and beyond to make sure our kids were happy and content. Numerous guests acknowledged how great Shannon's service was. Great venue! Great food! Outstanding service! “My boyfriend and I drove from MA to PA in April and we stopped at Ron’s on the first night before continuing our drive to our place to stay in Akron. We walked in and it was busy (Friday night at dinner time to be expected). We waited not long and grabbed two seats at the bar. The bartenders were all attentive, friendly and gave great recommendation. We shared Supersticks and Chicken Parm and a dessert to go. The food was incredible and great size portions. We loved it so much we ended up going back into town Sunday night instead of trying somewhere new because we enjoyed it so much that we wanted to try something else. The second night we shared the Nachos, a Buffalo Chicken Stromboli and French Onion Soup. It was equally as good and enjoyable as the first night and we sat in the dining room this time and the waitress was just as great as the bartenders! Now we say every weekend that we are going to drive to PA and stay the night just so we can go eat at Ron’s(one day we won’t be joking). Thank you for the amazing food, service and memories! Italian special is still great-best hoagie but the pizza,s that used to be the best also are not good. It’s as if they have no idea how to make a decent pie. It was such a great benchmark for awesome food but with age has become an uncared for institution that honestly makes going there a crap shoot each time. Please fix your place and restore it to its past glory.“
