“Our first experience at a James Beard award winning restaurant (2017) and chef was incredible at Vernick Fish in Philadelphia to celebrate Trent’s graduation! I know now what this caliber of food and service means and all other restaurants pale in comparison to Vernick Fish and Greg Vernick(semi-finalist chef 2025). From the appetizers (dozen oysters from RI, MA, ME, PEI) to the drinks and main course were all uniquely exquisite and cannot be replicated anywhere else. The constant doting with new silverware at each course and cleaning of the table was undeniably royalty treatment. Even the bathroom was an experience-I need the hand lotion in my life (instantly made my hands look 30 years younger). The portions, ambiance and service were all equally perfect! I highly recommend you check out Vernick Fish. We will definitely return!“

Nachos, stuffed jalapeño’s for starters and just delicious!!!! I had the shrimp and grits which were amazing!! It came with the smallest bottle of Tobassco and my wife said…thank you!!!🤷🏾 my ladies loved their dishes and it was a nice time at dinner!! Didn’t wait long for a seat which is always a plus! It’s a large space which also has outside seating!! When I got home I sent those shrimp right back to the Bayou which was a good thing…it made room for two apple cider donuts from Linvilla!!! I went for restaurant week and ordered the shrimp creole. Omg I cleaned my plate and was still salivating over the idea of more when I got home. My partner ordered the crab soup and the salmon. Eyes rolled in the back of his head y’all. Everything was so well and for my first time they left a lasting impression. Would definitely dine here again. I’m just disappointed the shrimp creole isn’t on the regular menu.“

“Came in close to closing time and I genuinely felt bad about it, but the staff was so gracious and got our orders in super fast. The inside is small, maybe 20 to 25 people max. We ordered a salad to share and five special rolls. The fish was super fresh and really plentiful in each roll, and everything was filling and delicious. Vegetarian options are available too which is always a plus. Huge thank you to the workers who took care of us and stayed a little past closing. Will definitely be back and plan to BYOB next time. Highly recommend!!“

“Delicious Indian cuisine. I’ve been struggling to find a good Indian restaurant since I moved to the Philly area about 6 months ago, and I mean really struggling. Out of all of the places I’ve tried, Srinagar takes the cake!!! The Chicken Tikka Masala is incredible and is the perfect spice level for a medium. I did only get delivery via a third party service, but would certainly consider eating in next time. Will be eating here again!!!“

“I was skeptical because I absolutely love eating meat. Meat and bbq is a huge part of my life. That being said dinner Saturday night was unbelievably fantastic. I absolutely loved everything that we ordered. Moms meatballs were my favorite dish. I’m still trying to wrap my head around the fact that they are vegan. “Made reservations for my nieces birthday, was not aware they are open for breakfast and accidentally made the reservation for 7:15 am (not pm) luckily they were able to squeeze me in and were very sympathetic. It is located on the 60th floor, and has a windowed elevator to see the city as you rise, just incase someone fears heights I feel it’s a good bit of information. The food was good, wouldn’t say great but the service and atmosphere made it worth it.“
