“Our first experience at a James Beard award winning restaurant (2017) and chef was incredible at Vernick Fish in Philadelphia to celebrate Trent’s graduation! I know now what this caliber of food and service means and all other restaurants pale in comparison to Vernick Fish and Greg Vernick(semi-finalist chef 2025). From the appetizers (dozen oysters from RI, MA, ME, PEI) to the drinks and main course were all uniquely exquisite and cannot be replicated anywhere else. The constant doting with new silverware at each course and cleaning of the table was undeniably royalty treatment. Even the bathroom was an experience-I need the hand lotion in my life (instantly made my hands look 30 years younger). The portions, ambiance and service were all equally perfect! I highly recommend you check out Vernick Fish. We will definitely return!“

I went for restaurant week and ordered the shrimp creole. Omg I cleaned my plate and was still salivating over the idea of more when I got home. My partner ordered the crab soup and the salmon. Eyes rolled in the back of his head y’all. Everything was so well and for my first time they left a lasting impression. Would definitely dine here again. I’m just disappointed the shrimp creole isn’t on the regular menu.“

“Had an awesome night at Oltremare. The interior is seriously beautiful, one of those places where you walk in and immediately feel like you picked the right spot.
We grabbed seats at the bar and got taken care of by G, who made us feel like old friends from the second we sat down. Super attentive, great energy, and knew exactly how to guide us through the menu without it ever feeling forced.
We originally came in just for happy hour… and ended up staying for a full dinner. That alone should tell you everything. The food, the drinks, the vibe, all hit. Easily one of those spots you plan to come back to before you even leave.“

“Came in close to closing time and I genuinely felt bad about it, but the staff was so gracious and got our orders in super fast. The inside is small, maybe 20 to 25 people max. We ordered a salad to share and five special rolls. The fish was super fresh and really plentiful in each roll, and everything was filling and delicious. Vegetarian options are available too which is always a plus. Huge thank you to the workers who took care of us and stayed a little past closing. Will definitely be back and plan to BYOB next time. “Delicious Indian cuisine. I’ve been struggling to find a good Indian restaurant since I moved to the Philly area about 6 months ago, and I mean really struggling. Out of all of the places I’ve tried, Srinagar takes the cake!!! The Chicken Tikka Masala is incredible and is the perfect spice level for a medium. I did only get delivery via a third party service, but would certainly consider eating in next time. Will be eating here again!!!“

“I was skeptical because I absolutely love eating meat. Meat and bbq is a huge part of my life. That being said dinner Saturday night was unbelievably fantastic. I absolutely loved everything that we ordered. Moms meatballs were my favorite dish. I’m still trying to wrap my head around the fact that they are vegan. “Wick's is awesome! Their staff is always super friendly! I always bring coolers of food from Wicks with me to the Outer Banks when I vacation there for a week in a house rental. Wick's has almost every product available; from burgers, hot dogs, french fries, onion rings, chicken fingers (homemade right there on site), all things seafood, chicken patties, roast beef and gravy and mac and cheese right in the aluminum pans to cook them in, vegetables, almost everything imaginable. I highly recommend this place of business.“
