“Grew up in the Qtown area and now live in Lancaster County, but was in the area so could not wait for donuts and of course grabbed a dozen to take home, these are just how I remembered, they are fresh, amazing and the best donuts, so wish I lived closer!!! Good thing my best friend lives a block away and does comes to visit and says she will bring me some♥️“

“Great food and service. Staff is very friendly. Recently had a minor incident with picking up a mobile order. Said on the door that they were open for drive-thru and carry out. When I think of carry out I think that you’d be able to walk into the restaurant, pick up your order, then leave. They had me walk around and serve me through the drive-thru window. Which with everything going on right now is understandable. Just wish they made it clear on their door. Since I was walking to work, I wanted to stop there to pick up a drink. Just incase they don’t make it clear for anyone else who may be walking there, you’ll have to go through the drive-thru to carry out.“

“Place has best bagels in the area by a mile. Only drawback is it's impossible to place a call ahead order. Either no one answers or you get strange prompts saying their line is busy even the phone doesn't even ring once. Really weird. So be prepared to wait on weekends.“

“This location is good but I'm more impressed with the coffee itself. Great variety of coffee beans from different origins and in different styles. And very well roasted. There are lots of coffee roasters out there, but I find Backyard beans to compete mostly with more boutique beans that are usually another step or two up the price ladder. Their beans compare very favorably to most others at the same price. Appreciate that the roasting date is always clearly indicated and that the bags are recyclable.“

“Wake Coffee is my favorite coffee shop in the area! The Sunrise Sandwich is a must, and the Draft Latte has a perfect flavor profile with chocolate notes in it. “My husband had an appointment in Doylestown, our first time here, I found this gem of a coffee shop. Delicious Coffee, tea, and croissant. The staff is so friendly and gave me some recommendations for lovely dinner places. What a lovely place to stop in.“

“Amazing little spot, conveniently located for shopping in cross keys plaza. The space is thoughtfully and beautifully designed, staff were cheerful and helpful. They have many options for Gluten-free and also soy-free dining. Vegetarian options can also be found. Portions were hearty and food was delicious.

Dietary restrictions: We walked in with a list of allergies. Staff took the time to guide us through the menu and help us make selections. After we announced that we are both gluten and soy free, they took care to clean the kitchen and equipment before preparing our order. They were kind and patient, treating us as a priority instead of a problem. The service was above and beyond.“

“I started as a frequent customer of Floral and hardy and been a customer since blossom started a few years ago. I feel so lucky to work close by, Flowers and Lattes! It doesn’t get much better then that! I saw Michelle the owner and explained to her that my daughter has been going through cancer treatments and I have been too crazy to make it in the mornings lately. So she took it upon herself to bring me my lattes on Fridays. Thats what blossom is. It takes a Village and Skippack is a special one!❤️“

“I love this Starbucks. The customer service is one of the best I have experienced. They have touch times especially during covid. They lost some people so new training had to be done for new. I think people here are too hard on the people who work here. The only thing is I wish the manager employed cleaning this place. The floors and tables need to be swept and wiped down. Everyday. Morning and afternoon. Please ask the employees to clean on their downtime. And there is downtime. I know because I am here almost everyday. Thanks!“

We asked if they had any pup cups, ice cream for dogs, and they didn't but they were able to facilitate our request with a small cup of peanut butter ice cream which we really appreciated. Will always recommend this place to people who are in the area. Open year-round and open late to so it's great after dinner.“

“My boss sent me to get a Frappuccino we 1st saw on FB. He said it couldn’t be done. I begged to differ! Have 3-4 Starbucks around me but I chose Ridge n Butler Pike. Glad I did! 1st barista took order AFTER I showed her pic of what I needed. 2nd barista came up and advised her to put this on and that on and so forth. 3rd barista started making it. 2nd barista was like “one second.. hold my cup fam.. I got this..” and went to WORK on my custom Vanilla Bean with some type of strawberry purée and white Mocha! I’m telling you... it was well worth it! Those baristas were on point! Apparently all you gotta do is ASK!“

He from the very beginning is good at his job any order I’ve made with him, he’s made perfectly. Whether it’s a mocha, cold brew, or latte he made the excellently. He’s also made some bacon and I REALLY love it. He also is fun to talk to personally and my family like talking to him too.This place is amazing, please go. And little note to any place you go be a respectful, nice customer.?

Kid-friendliness: He’s good when talking to my younger brother. My brother is a big shy though.“

However, I pass it on way home from everywhere & stop 2 or 3 times/month for a chocolate shake. The shake is always good & the service is always friendly & happy. So much so that I've been meaning to 'review' them for over a year now but am just now getting to it. Honestly. I've never stopped and had the service be bad or the shake 'taste different.' “I pretty much always go for the health freak combo. This includes a pancake, fruit, just egg and veggie omelette, and two sausage patties. The omelette is half a dinner plate size just like a non-vegan one would be. The sausage is always a bit dry but I like putting syrup on mine anyway so I don’t mind. Many things on the menu can be made vegan. Coffee portions are also massive- I go for an oat milk latte and it comes in a huge mug.“

“I usually don't leave reviews but my experience was so above and beyond, I felt like proper thanks must be given. I always think this is my secret Starbucks spot on the way to work because even though I can't order ahead on my app, I can usually get right in and out because the line is either very short or nonexistent.On this particular day, I was in a bit of a hurry and there was only one barista, Nick. Even though I could tell he was very busy and obviously flying solo, he was giving great customer service to each person in line and making us laugh on top of it. He was reminding each guest to put in their Giant rewards number (which I always forget) and how those rewards can pay off in addition to the Starbucks app rewards, which was so helpful. When it was my turn he took my order and made it with pizazz!When I tell you I order the same drink at every Starbucks about 3-5 times a week and this was THE BEST ONE YET I am not lying!!!I also love that he shook the drink properly because sometimes it's not shaken and that always cracks me up because its literally in the name of the drink.
