“Tiny “Hometown“ type bar. Everyone was very friendly. We had a cheesesteak, which was very good, and got to put pins in the map to show how far we traveled. Drinks were generous and atmosphere was very fun. We were there on a night when they were playing bingo. It was free and a very fun addition to the night. Only complaint is the smoking. I’m sure this is some kind of last resort for smokers, and they probably love it, but I could do without going back to my hotel smelling like a dirty ashtray after having a drink and a sandwich.Parking: Parking lot is tiny and only accommodates a few cars. street parking is hard to find. This place is at the intersection of a few streets, but there is one of the roads that has free parking across the busy intersection.“

“Been in Havertown for 9 months and never knew about this place! Prices are excellent. Huge menu!! They have a large variety of snacks and beer. Downside is they don't sell many energy drinks but have some unique sodas. They also have a place to sit inside. A deli wrap here is $6 compared to other places in town which are $10-12. I'll be a regular here.“

Now, the fries were good, they give a great portion for a small. Don’t get me wrong, it was good but the overpowering of the salt kind of ruined it but i still ate it. Last is the slice of pizza. That was delicious, i just wish they would keep it in a bit longer so the crust can get a little crispier. It was the first thing i ate and had to peel the crust off to eat with every bite i took. Overall, it's a cool laid back place. I would still recommend it to those who are looking for a pizza place downtown. They also have some desserts in the fridge that look absolutely appetizing. “There was a group of 7 women and we had just left the Katt Williams Comedy Show heading back to Maryland, so most of us wanted just a little something to hold us over and since it was late night. So my Cuz saw pizzeria in the name and said let's stop there. The rest is 'Delicious History' thank you Lil' Trent and the 2 other gentleman that were cooking. The group ordered pizza, fries, steak subs, and chicken subs, but they also had a salmon sub. I will be scheduling a drive up to Philly soon just to try that salmon sub; which will be a difficult choice considering my chicken cheese sub was the best I've ever had in my 57 yrs. We all was very very pleased with everything we ordered. There was a wait even that late at night, but a well worth it wait. We actually was 1 of 3 of the last customers that were there waiting and we closed the restaurant down with a personal shot out to Lil' Trent as he locked up. “This was the highest rated cheesesteak joint near my hotel and I can't say that I was disappointed! The shop is a hole in the wall and it might not look like the best place for cheesesteaks since they've got pizzas by the slice waiting at the counter. After my first bite, I was impressed! The steak was juicy, the "cheese whiz" (melted nacho cheese) gave the sandwich a touch more moisture, and the bun was fresh, soft and chewy. The fries were a good addition that made it a huge and filling meal!“

“I've been going here since they first opened and I'm glad they made it thru the pandemic. Keep it up, Shizz! The food is always great. I always recommend ppl to go here and bring my folks from out of town. My only complaints are the hours aren't consistent sometimes and some stuff sells out quickly, but you can never go wrong with a cheesesteak or those seafood egg rolls. Some options you must add 25 cents or 50 cents Bagel +/- cream cheese Lunch Examples: $4.75 Cheeseburger combo (includes fries + can soda) Chicken Cheesesteak, Cheesesteaks, Burgers, Hot Sausage.. etc Corner store stuff! Cigs, Arizona teas, sodas, 75 cent donuts, lighters, hair combs... etc. Like I said, your typical Philly corner store. But owned by a very nice Korean couple It's a good neighborhood, but they get rough customers sometimes.. so be nice! Smile :)“

The light onions and heated bread make the difference and at 12.00 each. The food is always consistently good, and the customer service from the owner and whoever’s answers the phone is always professional and kind.
