“I haven’t gotten the subs from here in a long time, maybe over a year. I had a craving today for their “Everything” bread. I headed to the store around lunchtime, as I walked in the door, I saw a sign to get a free 5 inch sub when you join there online program, I scan the QR code and decided to place my order online. The app did not redeem for a free 5 inch sub, but I went ahead with my order anyway. I didn’t see the “Everything” bread through the online portal (only: plain, sesame and multigrain) so I chose another bread type and guessed that they had discontinued the “Everything” bread since I hadn’t been here in so long. I sat at a booth and submitted my order, then a lady walks in and places her order at the counter and I hear her ask for the everything bread. I walked over to the counter and I see that it is still a bread option on their board. Then I asked the attendant at the counter if it was possible to change my bread type for my online order. Cadence clarified if I wanted the change for both of my subs and I said yes, she fixed my order without any issue. When she brought my order to me, I apologized for the inconvenience and she said that it was no problem and that if I had any issues with the online order in the future that I could give them a call at the store. This review is kudos to Cadence and her great customer service. As far as the DiBellas app, it’s still needs worked on.
Parking: There are a lot of businesses close together, so although DiBellas may not be busy, the parking lot is.“

“Had a personal recommendation about the sub shop. I ordered a large sub of which I took half of it home. Great value in my opinion. The sub was stuffed with meats but I would have appreciated a bit more cheese and tomato. Overall a good sandwich, friendly staff and a clean restaurant.“

“I order from here all the time because the sandwiches are delicious! Today, they forgot the mayo and pepper relish on both of our sandwiches so they were very dry and boring. I like to order online to customize my sandwich but what's the point if they skip the ingredients you want to add??“

“Didn’t know they had portabello subs! Not a fan of lunch meat but my daughter loves this place. A bit pricey imo. And the lunch meat “quality” looks questionable. But service was excellent and it was clean inside. The rosemary parm bread was also tasty! ?
Vegetarian options: Portabello cheesesteak or veggie“

“Writing this review because of the phenomenal worker there by herself during the lunch rush hour on 4/20/23. She was cool calm and collected while working efficiently on orders. My sandwich was delicious as well. The whole store was clean and updated. Very pleased with my experience.“

“My wife and I stopped at this Firehouse Subs for the first time. We split a large Italian sub, which was plenty of food for a light lunch. The sandwich was not bad, but there was nothing special about it either. Most of the meat was just ham, with a wisp of salami (??maybe?), and there was very little cheese, lettuce and tomato, making it really just a warm ham sandwich. The only thing that made it somewhat Italian was the little bit of dressing they put on it. (NOTE: by the way, I didn't realize that all subs are HOT subs, unless you specifically ask for cold.) I may go back someday to try their cheesesteak, but not in a hurry to visit again. Final Verdict: Not bad, but nothing to write home about.“

“I stopped going to Subway a few years ago because of quality was terrible. A couple of years ago I moved and was very close to this location in Westview plaza. I don't know if it is just this location or all subways have stepped up their game but I have never gotten a bad meal at this place!
Everything is fresh and it fills me up. The best part is I order through the app and they always have at least buy one get a second for 50% off and run a buy one get one free promotion very frequently. Currently they are doing the buy one get one free promotion and I have gone there three times in the last 5 days. All three times the food was delicious and did not take long to get. I highly recommend this place.“

“Shop just opened, I frequent the franchise... my experience today was great and worth taking the time to recognize the efforts of the manager. He recommended his favorite that I never tried and then he continued to step on the line and make it himself for me; I was blown away with the result. Might be my favorite cold sub ever. I will be back and recommend.“

“This is the best subway I have ever been to! Everything is so fresh and extremely clean. The owners are always so nice and welcoming. I have come twice with my 2.5 year and 8 month old and they are always so sweet to the kids and the woman has given my older one a free cookie twice which she really appreciates. I saw other customers come in and the owner remembered everyone’s order if they had been in before which I find super impressive. I highly recommend coming to this subway! I’ll be back!“
“I absolutely love going in and getting lunch at subway while at work at walmart the food is always great made just they way I'd like without any problems and the two lady's that work there Sherri and Lynn are absolutely amazing at everything they do. Such sweethearts, I hope the company takes good care of them !!!!!“

“Wow - this is the cleanest subway I have ever been to. Love how they even serve in a basket for dinning in. I got the 16 - sweet onion chicken teriyaki. Also got cookies and drink - much better than chips. Plenty of seating and great service. Solid lunch option or when hungry before a sams or target run.“

“I lived just up the road from this subway for the first 10 years of my life, the man behind the counter who I believe is the one you guys now call lucky is the most amazing person I’ve ever met in a subway and quite possibly any restaurant I’ve ever been to. I went in at least twice a week for 6-7 years and every time he knew my order, sometimes even giving double meat or cheese without asking. Love that man with all my heart and want him to know I’ll be back someday for my tuna sub!“

“I got hungry for a good deli sandwich while shopping nearby grocery store, u packed up car ordered on app & after arriving & greeted nicely my sandwich was ready fast. The Outlaw was made perfectly just as ordered & was delicious. First visit to this store & will be back again. Love what the did with inside since it once was a gas / service station in the 90's (I worked there at that time).“

“I got 3 subs and a pepperoni roll up. Chicken bacon ranch -amazing. Veggie delight- amazing. Tuna with double meat… still doesn’t seem like enough.
The pepperoni roll was mostly bread, had 2 pepperonis in the middle. I ordered online, so I could use a coupon, they don’t accept them in the store… food was on time and still amazing. The woman working was friendly“

“there was a gentleman working this evening 12/21 around 7pm - that was so kind and gave my kiddo a pink tiger for xmas as we waited in line for our sandwiches we’ve always had a good experience at this location 401 home drive Pittsburgh Pa but today’s experience made my kid so happy ! thank you again to the amazing man ! i’m sorry we didn’t catch your name and if i heard you right , congrats on your baby girl !“

“We visited your establishment for the first time last night, I insisted on finding a more gourmet tasting Italian hoagie and oh man did I find it. Your food is amazing BUT I apologize as I did not catch his name, the employee up front basically running your establishment WOW!! What a fabulous individual you have as the face of your business.
