“we just moved to the area and have tried a few local pizza places...they've all sucked! 1. we got so SICK after eating it. 2. the pizza was okay, but the calzone was raw...like more raw dough than cheese!!! 3. just tasted like cardboard. 4. over priced but not atrocious. well tonight I REALLY REALLY wanted good pizza! I contemplated driving an hour and a half to get a pizza from a place that I KNOW is safe! I stead I took the chance with Pasquales. seriously the best pizza I've had in the LONGEST TIME. it was so fast, I honestly expected it to be horrible. but it was delicious! I usually can barely crush 2 pieces...I ate 6.. I do feel sick but that's just because I ate way too much!! the sauce has flavor, it's well seasoned. the crust is buttery and delicious. you can actually TASTE the garlic! they don't skimp on seasoning which is so nice! this is our new go to for pizza!!!”

“I most always come here for takeout, and it's usually on a Friday. The place is always packed, but no matter how busy they are, I'm always singled out of the crowd and greeted, and my food is always delicious and ready right on time. The wings are fantastic! One of my favorites in all of Pittsburgh.”

“A group of 5 of us visited Dish last night and the meals were amazing. Grilled Squid, the best I have ever had. Where else can you find it not breaded and fried? Add to that their amazing sardines so fresh and good. Pasta Funghi another high. Exquisite detail to taste in every dish. The owners go way out of their way to make you feel welcomed and happy and very satisfied. A must visit when you are lucky enough to get a reservation though other friends have happily sat at the bar for dinner just to be there!! Kudos to Dish!”

“Had high expectations for this place but the food just wasn’t that great :/ I ate solo and even tried to fit in 3 dishes but neither of them really hit. Pierogi were nicely crisped on the outside but the romesco-like sauce on the bottom made the dish more on the acidic side, especially since there was already pickled relish on top, and I found myself wishing for more fat or sweetness. I actually used ricotta that came with bread and it tasted much better with it. Lobster roll filling was excellent but I wished they’d actually toasted the bread on the inside and not on the outside. Eating soft white bread of which there was a lot just didn’t feel great. Finally, the skate had good flavor and shishitos were a cute touch but the fish was severely undersalted (it’s a thick fillet) and the sauce on the bottom was, again, mostly acidic and didn’t help much.

“Me and my girlfriend went to Baby Tacos today for the first time we got there a few minutes before they opened. Who I’m assuming the owner was very friendly and still waited on us. The food was done in minutes and when I went to check out he told me to put my money away the first one is on the house. There aren’t to many businesses like this one in this day and age. “This is a special place. Liege waffles are very different than anything I've ever had. They are made from a yeast dough, with caramelized brown sugar inside, smallish, and served warm in a napkin so that you can take it with you while window shopping. Please note: these are not meant to be served with ice cream on top. The ice cream and waffles are both very good by themselves. The owner only serves them together because people ask for that, but I think they ask for it because they think that's how it's meant to be served. (At least, that's what we thought!)”

“Love visiting condado butler street when i’m in the lawrenceville area. It’s such a fun vibe & the food is always a 10. My #1 is the chorizo queso. Definitely a very well-managed location. Ask for the employee Phy if you go! Can’t wait until my next visit!”
