“This location is by far my favorite. Everyone who works here is so nice. The food is always fresh and comes out so fast. I have yet to get home and be missing anything. The handful of times I have gone inside for takeout it's very clean just like when it first opened. They always have baked potatoes, which I found is hard at other Wendy's. Fast, efficient, and friendly. This Wendy should be a training facility because they run a tight ship, and everything runs perfectly.“

I ordered Uber eats and wanted to change something on my order but the app doesn't give you the option so I called as soon as I placed the order. The guy had me on hold for 5 mins and when he finally got back I told him what I wanted to change he proceeded to tell me I called too late but I didn't you had me on hold as soon as I called! One downside: the drive through is PACKED during busy times. Like, you'll be waiting a while. So think about ordering inside if you don't wanna wait that long.

Parking: It's got parking, but the lot is pretty small and tight. You'll get a spot though since most people just use the drive through.

The only complaint I have is about a situation I witnessed at the location, more specifically at the Grant establishment.
I arrived at the location to pick up my order and there was no one there to serve us.
But that's okay, because we waited patiently because we weren't in a hurry and the lady was in the back cutting some ingredients.
When the lady came back to the front, another employee came to serve us and was extremely rude and impolite to the employee because she was in the back.
I thought it was very unprofessional of the employee to be rude to the employee in front of the customers and speak in a loud voice.
I think that any comment made to an employee should be made in private and not in front of the customers so that the other person feels humiliated.
That was the only thing that disappointed me.
I thought the lady's attitude was unprofessional. But other than that, I love their food and I always order from them.“

They always have the cake we need at the last minute and always are willing to personalize it. Love their buns too they have a slight buttery texture to them, but you have to eat them while they’re still hot! Coleslaw is good too. Also I did get with my order of chicken tenders(5)a bowl of potatoes and gravy, and a biscuit, it was all very good food. Love that the mashed potatoes were not that nasty box stuff you get from other places, I can see a couple of micro potato skins in there so I know they made it from scratch! I would suggest however that if you hop by this place do remind them to get you some condiments and napkins. Very good food for the price.“

I worked at a fast food place for 5 years, I know how it works. Lazy workers don't keep the food fresh and it sits in the warming trays for literal hours. This Wendy's is different. I've been here about ten times now and our food is always fresh, hot, and quick. The employees are outstanding too, specifically the really tall African-American gentleman who I believe is a manager. He is very gregarious and extremely polite. I bring my daughter here and he is incredibly kind to her. I hope this guy reads this. “As a Philly-Olney resident, this is the superior local taco bell chain. Only major difficulty being, trying to access the store from broad street.

Service and food quality can vary SIGNIFICANTLY from each franchise. A big tell for me, as a vegetarian, is how well burritos are filled and neatly wrapped to avoid mess, and contrary to others, this store doesn't skimp you, even with cheaper items.

I go out of my way to ensure I only go to this Taco bell rather than the combo KFC/Taco Bell, which is actually closer to me.
