“We had not been to the Jarrettown on a weekend evening in a very long time. I had forgotten about the live music. The music talent situated in the bar area was terrific. He performed music from the 60s to current melodies. Our busgirl was very polite and pleasant and ensured that we always had water. She even boxed our leftovers for us which was really appreciated. Our entire meal was delicious. The cream of mushroom soup with pancetta was extraordinary. Our entrees-the salmon and the Jarrettown chicken-looked as if they came from a culinary magazine. The beautiful appearances of these two dishes were equally matched by how great that they tasted....out of this world. In addition the entrees arrived at the appropriate temperatures which is really important to us. We capped the meal off with with raisin bread pudding with vanilla ice cream.“

Bri, the event coordinator, worked with me to customize my menu. She was extremely responsive to all my requests. Our server, Nick, truly made the experience exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured that everything ran smoothly throughout our buffet service, always there to refill drinks and assist the guests. The buffet itself was delicious! The selection was impressive, and everyone enjoyed the delicious pasta, chicken parm and bruschetta. “This was my first dining experience at Piccolo and will not be the last! Staff - hostess, bar tender, and Manager were all very friendly and attentive. “We have come to La Strada many times... This time was by far the worst experience we have ever had. Sadly, the server was a bit overwhelmed I think. He came over to us and then let us sit for about 15 mins before he came back. Glad it is BYOB or else we probably would have been waiting for drinks also. After he finally took our order, which we knew by the sounds of other tables comments, it prob would come out wrong, we finally got our soup and salad and then another waitress that works there came over with the pork chop special to give us... Um, no that is not by any chance close to what we ordered. She walks away. Our server never came over to tell us what happened. About 20 mins or so later, we received our order.... BUT LO and BEHOLD, my husband's dinner which was Pollo Gamberi was missing ALL of the shrimp. This is a staple of this dish. I am really not sure what happened. But he comped our soup, gave us 2 pieces of dessert to take home, even though we said no and I also heard the ppl next to us never got their app. And he comped that. The owner is sadly gonna keep losing money if the server doesn't step up his game. From now on, when we go in , we will ask for the servers we have had and we recognize.“

“Visited Angelos's on Friday, 9/29/23 for late lunch. Had several out of town Family members (10) and 3 babies with me. Dana was our server. She was very friendly, and excellent waitress. With 3 babies in our group was a little hectic at times. Food as usual was delicious. Some ate Pasta, others had cheese steaks. Food always fresh. Tony is was so great seeing you again. “Have lived in Lansdale since the inception of this restaurant, and are amazed that we never knew of it’s existence until tonight. We started with the bruschetta and pasta fagiole, both very good. The veal Milanese was tender and delicious, accompanied by fresh mixed vegetables and potatoes, which were oven roasted to perfection. The lobster and crab ravioli was exceptional, served with a vodka rose cream sauce; and the pasta was perfectly al dente. Our server, Nicole, was friendly and very knowledgeable. She made wonderful suggestions and took her time describing the different meal choices available on the varied menu. We were too full to try dessert, but they looked delicious! (Next time!!) Topping off the experience was delightful live music courtesy of a very talented man named Calvin. We will be back and will tell our friends!“

Very knowledgeable about the menu and substitutions we might like better. Nice, helpful and friendly. Food was excellent and large portions. “What a gem! I don’t know how I’ve never noticed this place despite having been to the paint store next door so often. Easily one of the best Italian restaurants in Montco. Incredible service; everyone was super kind and accommodating and our water glasses were never empty. The food came out super fast despite several large celebrations taking place. Generous portion sizes, fresh seafood and some of the most delectable handmade pasta dishes. It was such a treat to see sacchetti on a menu outside of Italy. The pear and cheese filling and sauce were incredibly unique and the pasta was ever so delicate. They were also very accommodating of our 15 month old son. We will be back soon and next time won’t forget to BYOB!“

“I love Maria’s! They were so helpful in 2023 when I was hosting my Fiancés 30th and needed to order pizzas, salad, and wings for delivery. We recently dined in and loved the chicken picata and Parmesan. The Maria Martini was very good too.“
