Alex Prost helped me from the beginning of this process to the end. He was friendly, helpful, and so accommodating. ( Two old ladies) We had trouble navigating the ordering screen and got help with that. “The first time I had Cava was 2 weeks ago and the steak was great. Today the steak was nothing but gristle and not edible. I had to throw it away because I couldn't chew it. The steak had no seasoning. It was horrible. I wasted my money. I drove 2 hours because we don't have one in our town. Plus the young man making my Steak and Feta Pita was incredibly rude. “We love this place. We live in Philly, but just stumbled on it one day. Maybe it’s the owner, but a visit there feels like a special occasion . The appetizer of pita with a variety of dips is incredible, and filling. Next to come are dishes of souvlaki, falafel, lamb brochettes, vegetables, rice and salad. They are known for outstanding baklava (even for those who think they don’t like baklava), AND chocolate mousse. We have brought relatives and friends here from Washington, D.C. and Harrisburg, and all were thrilled .“

When we arrived they started us off with a welcome drink of your choice from their menu and arancini which was perfect while you wait for the class to begin. Once class started we were shown how to work the dough by Pizzeria Salvy's chefs who took their time with everyone making sure we all got our dough right. Once our pizzas went into oven we sat back down and enjoyed delicious meatballs served with ricotta and fresh bread along with salad before enjoying our DIY Pizza. Lastly we were served delicious gelato to top off this wonderful experience.“
