“Family Fare has a good breakfast menu, moderately priced. Nice, clean restaurant/venue (including their bathrooms). Friendly, helpful wait staff. I dine there 2 times per month with a group of 10 people, on a weekday morning.

“I ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich, and it was just average—nothing too special. It could have used more cheese, as it felt a bit dry; these sandwiches typically have a lot of cheese. On a positive note, the French fries were good, and the service was swift.“

“I can’t say enough about the customer service, I came in to pick up a take out order and it wasn’t ready. After waiting a little bit the front desk went to check on it and said they were a little bit behind which ok it was busy and prime dinner time on a Friday. Not long after another employee came out to tell me they’re so sorry that the kitchen is behind and offered me a free drink of my choice, I passed it up and instead they gave me two growlers to go, mind you I was ok with waiting on my food I wasn’t complaining just waiting patiently. It was like 15min past the time they gave me ok, no biggie. When I finally got home to eat all the food was amazing and hot. In today’s world this really means a-lot, I love supporting local!! “Dinner and a show. Everything on the menu is absolutely amazing. “The Show” happens when you sit at Chef’s table and watch them team create one masterpiece after another. I watched them train a new employee to do the same! Pinch and pull the dough- enough sauce, but not too much. Carefully and skillfully place all ingredients! final inspection before the fire and then another after. Watch for this and that before you serve. Pizza will. ever to the same for me.“

“This was our second visit. Outstanding restaurant, 2 open spaces for dining, so we request the wine room that has just 3 tables that is quieter. It is a bit chilly, so dress with that in mind. The special was Dover Sole, and it was the best fish I have ever had. Filleted at the table expertly by Mr. Sal. Party of 4, 3 had fish, one had the super hamburger. A great special occasion place, or any night when you find yourself with extra funds.“

“I have eaten here many of times. The food is always so good. I got two pizza's last night and it was really hard to eat because it had a burnt taste to it. I had gotten two pizza's and they both tasted the same. A little disappointing being I have always had great pizza from here. The burnt taste for me was so bad. Felt like I wasted $40 on pizza. I still give 4 stars because of past experiences.“

“Found this place on Google Maps for a quick lunch while traveling for work today and was not disappointed! My veggie pita with falafel was outstanding, especially the little diced roasted red pepper topping. Absolutely delectable. Also had a nice piece of baklava for the road.“

“It’s good, menu is updated seasonally but it’s only ok. Not quite fine dining and service is a little suspect Procedures of serving across and behind patrons needs to be adjusted. If you’re eating at the bar, please walk around bar instead of the patron leaning back having to move and figure it out. Mixed drinks are good and wine list is good and the porch is pleasant. Place is good, just could be a little better“

Highly recommend the apples and cinnamon as a side! The staff is helpful and attentive from the host all the way to the waitress and managers. I've never been to a restaurant where the service is so great! We will definitely be a return customer 😊 Side note: The restaurant is extremely kid friendly and accommodating. They have high chairs and tables with enough room to fit the high chair or a stroller while still having enough room for everyone else.“

“My husband and I have been wanting to try Silantra for months and today we finally checked it out! We LOVE it!! The food is delicious and the service is fast and friendly. Our 11 year old son had a chicken and rice bowl with yellow coconut curry sauce and he wanted me to write that it had the perfect mix of spices and the chicken had a perfect texture. Five stars!! We will 100% be coming back!!“

“We have been going there for decades. Generous portions (at good prices) give at least one more meal from leftovers. Rarely have room for the good-looking desserts, but when we do, they are great. Vegetables often disappoint, but a double order of the excellent fries provides potatoes with our eggs the next morning.“

“We had not been here in about 3-4 years. After eating there this evening, I'm sorry it took so long for us to get back. I had the chicken fried steak with corn fritters on the side. They were fantastic. BUT the chicken corn chowder was even better. In fact: the best I have ever had, and we live in Lancaster County. On top of that the server (Crystal) was super friendly and wonderful. Easily a 5 star experience. Thank you all...particularly Crystal!“
