“Absolutely lovely venue! Perfect for weddings with a whimsical, enchanted garden vibe! This is NOT your ordinary barn! You have to see it to truly experience the love and care and attention to every detail the owners gave it. Immaculately clean, well organized, perfect for indoor/outdoor ceremony and reception of up to about 200. I’m in the wedding industry, and this venue is by far one of my favorites. The only ‘barn’ I know that has air conditioning- keeping your guests comfortable during your wedding! 💒 truly worth the tour if you are planning your wedding! You’ll be surprised how affordable Glen Eden Barn is too!“

For those who experience difficulties in making individual reservations I'd STRONGLY encourage you to make your reservations for an ENTIRE YEAR, so as to ensure your ongoing reservations without having to call.“

“Today between 4pm and 5pm, this was the first time that my friend and I ever ate there and I had broiled haddock fish and broccoli, and she had pasta with marinara, melted mozzarella cheese, sausage, and chicken. Everything was delicious, and the staff was so attentive and kind to us.“

“This is our GO TO weekly spot. To be honest, we look for a certain face whenever we walk in - Kari. No matter what type of mood you are in when you walk in that door, she will always make it better and has you laughing before you leave. Hands down, the best Applebee’s location. We look forward to our weekly trips out there. It’s an absolute honor to considered one of Kari’s “regulars”. She is genuinely concerned if there is a week we don’t stop in, and will check in to make sure we are okay. This woman is an absolute asset to Applebee’s. She is extremely personable, and in my opinion, that speaks volumes.“

“Good food and lots of space for shows, they get great artists. Staff varies though, i have had negative experiences with some of the bartenders. They pay their rent in one night in tips and still get unfriendly. Id recommend training for stressful environments for the staff. Other than that its good.“

“Finally getting to writing reviews for the best few vendors from my August 2019 wedding. I am a little hesitant to post this since their Facebook page seems to have gone silent and reviews on other platforms indicate that management and menus may have changed in the last 6 months. But I was so pleased with my experience that it only seems fair to give credit where credit is due…. If you are looking for a rehearsal dinner location in Cranberry and have 30 guests or less, I highly recommend the private room at Ember and Vine in the lobby of the DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh-Cranberry. We researched every restaurant in the area and Ember and Vine at DoubleTree delivered a perfect solution. Their facilities are beautiful and modern, and the staff was so nice and accommodating. Although they can do traditional seated banquet-style meals, we wanted something distinctly different from our wedding dinner the following day. We chose to order off their regular restaurant menu and have them cordon off a portion of the lobby area next to the private room, where a buffet was placed with different flavors of wings, woodfired pizzas, salad, and their oh-so-yummy crispy brussels sprouts. Not only were they flexible with the setup and menu (accommodating multiple food allergies), they also provided the option to have a limited bar within the private room or have our guests use the full bar in the lobby. Having the private room but also the cordoned off lobby area gave us extra area to mingle and a great balance between private space and the fun energy and ambiance from the restaurant and bar. Our guests loved the food and had loads of fun! Other factors that made Ember and Vine a clear winner for us were: - They had a very low minimum spend. Other locations with private dining had a ridiculous minimum spend that would be difficult to meet with a 20-30 person guest list. - The large parking lot. We looked at other options closer to our venue and parking was limited. - Flexibility with timing. We gave them a general time frame for arrival, but not knowing how long the rehearsal would take, they told us just to call them when we were 20 minutes out. Thanks DoubleTree and Ember and Vine for a classy venue and excellent food that let my husband and me and our closest friends and family relax and have a great time before our big day!!“

“I recently came back to visit my hometown, and I decided to stop in Eat'n Park to have a meal. I hadn't been there for years, and everything was just as good as I remembered it. The service was friendly, the food was great, and I felt right at home. I also purchased some Smiley Cookies and a copy of their book, Eat'n Park: The Story Behind the Smile. Highly recommend.“

“The service was great and it was nice to sit outside, even in the heat. They have a doggie menu and brought water - anticipating our drink needs. The menu is ok- selection is basically German named bar food. Food menu could be improved to be more traditional German with brats and other things. In addition ALL of the food had so much butter and grease - came out hot, but was super greasy to the point where I had to soak it up and couldn't eat without my stomach feeling upset. The fresh veggies were great, but also doused in butter. Could be really great if they took a step back and didn't try to make it “good” with extra butter and oil like half of the ritual PA restaurants in the state“

“This great restaurant has been closed almost a month. There is a sign in the window to that effect, but are they closed temporarily? For good? There seems to be some construction around it, but what is going on? They need to put something out on this....“

“The salad bowl was amazing and I loved how I got to pick whatever I wanted to put in my salad. It truly made my first experience with them pretty good. The fries were really good as well. We also got a cheeseburger that he could make whatever way he wanted but it was really greasy and wasn't as good as other places. We will definitely be back for the salads and fries again. Oh and they have these amazing drinks made with pure cane sugar. I had the ginger ale and he had the black cherry. Both were really yummy.“

“I think the server Tabatha is the best. She acknowledges you from the minute you walk in the door and is very attentive to all of your needs which makes your visit to their restaurant enjoyable.
