“Napa Prime just might be the best restaurant in the Wexford/Cranberry area. Upscale and modern space with the serving staff always providing exceptional attentive service. There are multiple great dishes from the apps, entrees, to the shareable sides. The bone marrow, spinalis, ribeye, NY strip, asparagus, brussel sprouts, lobster Mac and cheese are some of the standout dishes. We also really enjoy the bar side of the restaurant and the bar menu as well. You get great food and great prices from the bar menu. Overall, a great restaurant North of the city!“

“Today between 4pm and 5pm, this was the first time that my friend and I ever ate there and I had broiled haddock fish and broccoli, and she had pasta with marinara, melted mozzarella cheese, sausage, and chicken. Everything was delicious, and the staff was so attentive and kind to us.“

Food is just so delicious and it’s not that they rushed the food out. The cooks are just so great that they can handle everyone coming in. I’ve had to wait maybe 10 minutes on a Sunday because of church But I highly recommend it to people are so friendly there and like I said they’re fast and delicious. “The Eat 'n Park on Perry Highway, Mars is a very comfortable restaurant in which to eat. The food is always well prepared and I have never experienced anything but excellent service. My friend and I meet there about once a month for breakfast. This past Wednesday 2-4-26, we had Tamara for our waitress. Not our first time with her. Absolutely outstanding! She took our order, served it, checked on us often, and kept our coffee cups filled - all very efficiently, and with a smile on her face. Had dinner with the family. Food was good. I didn’t knock service for our server but mainly for management. Ordered Salmon which says it comes with any 2 sides. $26 on the menu, charged $32. My kid got the fish sandwich which was $22(already too much) was charged $26. He substituted fries for a single potato pancake. No mention of up charge for this and my meal comes with 2 sides. Was not subbing anything out and nothing says premium sides on the menu. Called out the price difference to the waiter who was very nice but you can tell on his face that he didn’t want to ask the manager tonight because the manager won’t do anything. That is exactly what the manager did. He sent the poor server up by himself to make up a reason for the extra charge. Poor management for not training the servers on the up charge. Poor management for not addressing the customer face to face for an issue. An easy explanation or apologies for the was confusion and making the price right would have had me coming back. I will spend my $140 for 3 meals, 1 beer, and a kids meal somewhere else. Too many choices to deal with a bad manager that doesn’t respect his staff or paying customers.“
