“Delicious!!! I was supposed to bring this Sicilian pizza and Italian home to share, my wife is lucky this much of it made it. I know it's a franchise but it's EXACTLY how I remember Pizza Roma cranberry tasting and feeling. I have to rate 'atmosphere' but it's take out only so Pizza Roma gets 5 stars because I don't have to interact with anyone except the staff.
I spent an exhorbitant amount on my pizza for lots of toppings but everything seemed reasonably priced otherwise.
I wish there was some kind of bathroom!!! Really had to go“

“This afternoon I was headed home alone with my daughter who had knee surgery at Children’s North and stopped to get her a milkshake before our hour ride home. As I handed her the milkshake I dropped it on the recovering leg and the employee doing expo at the window was AMAZING! She helped get her a new one and brought us extra napkins and wet wipes. She even offered to help clean it with me! Whomever you are, you are a fantastic example for staff and I appreciate your kindness during my anxiety ridden day!“

“This location was SLAMMED this labor day weekend. I watched 2 girls accommodate a high volume of door dash and in store orders. They reset the stations mid way, sanitizing and cleaning up. I gladly waited for my high quality 8 ingredient smoothie. The employees got killed but did it with a smile. I love your stores and can't wait ro see more locations in the future! “This is the goated Chick-fil-a location! Whether you order through the drive thru, in the restaurant, or on your phone, the service is incredible (usually under 10 minutes from order to food ready). The staff takes great pride in keeping the dining area clean for customers and they have employees wiping down tables regularly. Staff is very friendly and they genuinely care about you as a customer here. Would definitely recommend the Fox Chapel location to anyone nearby looking for a chick-fil-a.“

“If you want to try something new and you love Chicken this is the spot. The chicken and fresh and juicy all the way through and the flavor is powerful. Every bite you eat it's like that first bite. NOT ONLY IS THE FOOD THE BEST AROUND (I drive a hour here every weekend to come get some) but the customer service is great.

Shaun the guy behind the counter is another reason I come back. He's always happy to serve you and will make you feel comfortable and at home. All these guys here treat you like they've known you their whole life I can't imagine anyone ever coming here and having a bad experience. Take my word into consideration but you truly won't get it until you come try it for yourself.
