“Bruaters is one of my favorite ice cream places. Love the key lime and coconut chip, peanut butter puddles, chocolate peanut butter chip. My kids love cotton candy explosion. Blackjberry and peach are awesome too. Can't go wrong with anything there I think“

“We got there about 7 minutes before close knowing that we would probably be hated and rushed out the door. We don't typically go in places so close to closing but we had been on the road for a while and the kids needed a bathroom break and a treat. The workers were incredibly patient and helpful without rushing us. Toppings bar was super clean and still well stocked with every option still out. They did announce they would be closing soon but that didn't bother me since we already knew it was closing time.“

“We are visiting from Indiana and decided to stop by for a sweet treat. Service was excellent, we got a small Belgian cookie which was DELICIOUS, a small mango which was also very good and a medium Oreo. My family and I enjoyed all three flavors and left very happy!
We really liked that they are open past 10pm. It really helped us out and it was such an inviting and cute atmosphere. Everything looked clean and definitely recommend this establishment!“

“Great food, great service, the display case is always filled with cakes, novelties etc. They have more blizzard flavors then most DQ's I've been too. On top of their prices being cheaper then other DQ's in the area they always run sales so I save even more. With inflation I'm always in for a Sale?“

“Oh my goodness ... This was the best waterice. It was so tasty. I also got the cinnamon pretzel with the icing that was good. It was a nice treat. The $3 Thick water ice is a really good portion. I was very pleased with how flavorful it was . I would highly recommend this location for something sweet and reasonable.“

“This review is long overdue, but we wanted to thank the DQ staff for making us a fabulous gender reveal ice cream cake! The owner (I am so sorry to not remember his name) had never made a gender reveal cake, but took our vision and ran with it, no questions asked. The cake (with pink icing inside!) came out great and more importantly, was absolutely delicious. My husband and I cut into it privately and had a slice each night for the rest of the week 🥰“

“My friend and I visited West Chester today for the first time and stopped in here, our first time at Insomnia as well. The gentleman working let us know there would be a bit of a wait as it was Valentine’s Day and they were crazy busy. We left and went back a bit later and it was so worth the wait. The two guys were both working SO hard but when we were waited on, he was so kind and sweet, you would have never guessed how stressed and busy they were if you didn’t see them running around like crazy. And the cookies are amazing too.“
