“Do not, I repeat, do not sleep on this place!!! Oh my goodness gracious!! Me and my husband just had dinner here and I can’t say enough great things about the food, drinks, atmosphere, service!! Hubs has the ribeye special and let me tell you, thins thing was the size of his face!! He’s got a large face!! Came with mashed potatoes and fresh steamed green beans, he gave it a 15 out of 10!!
I had the simplest of all things, cheeseburger and fries, don’t judge! This burger was no less than a half pound of juicy, delicious and well cooked beef! Not that frozen patty crap either, FRESH ground beef, made to order and piping hot!!
The drink selection was plentiful and just as yummy!! Vodka cran for me and IPAs for the hubs.
Live music capped off the evening from a very tale talented guy with a guitar.

“This HoneyGrow location on South 11th Street has good staff members. The mobile orders are prepared fast and accurately. The food smells & looks good but the front cashier had a little confusion on finding my catering order. An additional staff member helped out. “Honeygrow is a regular takeout spot for my family, especially for stir-fried noodles. The food is consistently delicious, portions are solid, and I think the price-to-quality ratio is very fair. I can usually feed myself, my wife, and my daughter for around $40.

The standard noodle options are all strong, and I’ll sometimes add double protein if I’m extra hungry. The seasonal specials are worth trying, too; the Chesapeake crab is a standout. They also have salads, yogurt options, and the brownie is delicious.

A big plus is the app, which is intuitive and helpful. The loyalty program actually pays off regularly, which I appreciate.

“We love this place. We live in Philly, but just stumbled on it one day. Maybe it’s the owner, but a visit there feels like a special occasion . The appetizer of pita with a variety of dips is incredible, and filling. Next to come are dishes of souvlaki, falafel, lamb brochettes, vegetables, rice and salad. They are known for outstanding baklava (even for those who think they don’t like baklava), AND chocolate mousse. We have brought relatives and friends here from Washington, D.C. and Harrisburg, and all were thrilled .“

“Leslie, Was the associate that served me and greeted me at the register I cannot say enough on how polite she is how helpful she is, and just the all-around beautiful person and soul and was so very helpful and really turned my day around after having a horrible month to just have a small conversation with me when the dining room was emptied out and she had just a few minutes to spare. She used that time to tell me about One of the desserts I was asking about she was making prior to me talking to her and after our conversation, I wind up purchasing that specific dessert and it was amazing just like her personality once again I just want to say thank you your store is always playing atmosphere is always positive The food is always amazing and fresh and I can’t say enough about this place or Leslie and the rest of the workers that were working with her on that shift awesome team awesome people they knock it out of the park every time so just wanted to leave a positive review because of this. “Cozy, welcome little neighborhood eatery in South Philly. Our party of 5 had both lunch and breakfasts. All were big hits! Pictures below was one of the specials-short rib grilled cheese. “Pizzeria Salvy's DIY Pizza Making Class was so fun. When we arrived they started us off with a welcome drink of your choice from their menu and arancini which was perfect while you wait for the class to begin. Once class started we were shown how to work the dough by Pizzeria Salvy's chefs who took their time with everyone making sure we all got our dough right. Once our pizzas went into oven we sat back down and enjoyed delicious meatballs served with ricotta and fresh bread along with salad before enjoying our DIY Pizza. Lastly we were served delicious gelato to top off this wonderful experience.“

“I’m not normally one to leave reviews, but this experience was especially frustrating. I placed a Grubhub order for a small white pizza from Santucci’s — a specific request that means a lot to my family. My son has special needs and a restrictive eating disorder, and this white pizza from Santucci’s is one of the only foods he’ll actually eat. I timed the delivery to make sure it would arrive by dinner, and when I opened the box and saw a regular red sauce pizza instead, I was heartbroken. Mistakes happen — I get that. What made this worse was how it was handled when I called the restaurant. A young woman who answered the phone was kind and apologetic, and I appreciated that. But after holding for over six minutes, I was passed to someone who immediately accused me of placing the order wrong. I had already double-checked my Grubhub receipt before calling — the order was placed correctly. I even had a screenshot as proof. When I was passed to the manager, I expected a little more compassion and accountability. Instead, I was met with indifference and more blame. I offered to send a screenshot to show the order was right on my end, but the manager refused to look at it and stood by their claim that I was the one at fault. Ironically, the first woman I spoke with had mentioned it looked like a system issue on their end — which made the gaslighting from management all the more frustrating. To be clear, this wasn’t just a minor inconvenience. When your child has very limited safe foods, and you make an intentional effort to get the one thing they will eat — only to have it messed up and then be blamed for it — that’s a big deal. The mistake was frustrating. The lack of accountability and empathy? Even worse. I’m incredibly disappointed with how this was handled and hope Santucci’s reflects on how to better support customers, especially when mistakes are made“

“It was our first visit to “nabe” ristorante La Sera Italiana for lunch and we will definitely return. We visited for Restaurant Week 2026 for their $20.00 lunch special. Enjoyed generous-portioned Italian salads and red-sauce pasta and it was delicious. La Sera Italiana was warm, cozy and friendly on a frigid winter's day in January. This is why we always patronize Restaurant Week in Philly—to find these little hidden gems right in our ‘hood!“
