“Do not, I repeat, do not sleep on this place!!! Oh my goodness gracious!! Me and my husband just had dinner here and I can’t say enough great things about the food, drinks, atmosphere, service!! Hubs has the ribeye special and let me tell you, thins thing was the size of his face!! He’s got a large face!! Came with mashed potatoes and fresh steamed green beans, he gave it a 15 out of 10!!
I had the simplest of all things, cheeseburger and fries, don’t judge! This burger was no less than a half pound of juicy, delicious and well cooked beef! Not that frozen patty crap either, FRESH ground beef, made to order and piping hot!!
The drink selection was plentiful and just as yummy!! Vodka cran for me and IPAs for the hubs.
Live music capped off the evening from a very tale talented guy with a guitar.

“It was our first time visiting this honeygrow and by far I would say it’s the best one we’ve been in. The manager Mona welcomed and greeted us as we came in the restaurant. She offered to help us if we needed any help. We ordered our food and went to find a table. A little while later she brought our food to the table which was a surprise to us we thought we had to go up and get it ourselves as we have done in other Honeygrow’s. She was very pleasant. Thanks Mona for making us feel so welcomed. We will definitely be back to this honeygrow.“

“Since Honey Grow opened where I work I've enjoyed having lunch again. It's food is fresh and good. Vivian is so great. She made sure my order was ready and correct & always has a great attitude. Puts the personal touch on everything. The food is so yummy. The atmosphere is great & the tunes they play are awesome. Good vibes and wonderful food what's not to love. Have become a regular I guess. Am glad with the variety of food and choices. The best is that you can custom your own order to ones own taste. So glad they opened near me. “We love this place. We live in Philly, but just stumbled on it one day. Maybe it’s the owner, but a visit there feels like a special occasion . The appetizer of pita with a variety of dips is incredible, and filling. Next to come are dishes of souvlaki, falafel, lamb brochettes, vegetables, rice and salad. They are known for outstanding baklava (even for those who think they don’t like baklava), AND chocolate mousse. We have brought relatives and friends here from Washington, D.C. and Harrisburg, and all were thrilled .“

“This is the closest I've felt to an Italian pizzeria since... Italy. I was looking around the whole time I was eating like ... Am I really in the basement of the Comcast building?! Eating like this?! It is so unprepossessing, with the feel, service, and pizza of a genuine neighborhood pizzeria in Testaccio. From the attention to fresh, local ingredients to the casual but elegant vibe of the place and the handmade, complimentary biscotti with the espresso... I honestly teared up a little. It's so hard to find a comfortably elegant place with a thoughtful, concise menu, reasonablly sized portions, and reasonable pricing. The seasonal caprese salad with the local peaches was an explosion of flavor because everything was local and seasonal and handmade and simple and perfect. It's a little piece of Testaccio in downtown Philly.

How delightful to find this in the first floor of what looks like a corporate office building.

“I’m not normally one to leave reviews, but this experience was especially frustrating. I placed a Grubhub order for a small white pizza from Santucci’s — a specific request that means a lot to my family. My son has special needs and a restrictive eating disorder, and this white pizza from Santucci’s is one of the only foods he’ll actually eat. I timed the delivery to make sure it would arrive by dinner, and when I opened the box and saw a regular red sauce pizza instead, I was heartbroken. Mistakes happen — I get that. What made this worse was how it was handled when I called the restaurant. A young woman who answered the phone was kind and apologetic, and I appreciated that. But after holding for over six minutes, I was passed to someone who immediately accused me of placing the order wrong. I had already double-checked my Grubhub receipt before calling — the order was placed correctly. I even had a screenshot as proof. When I was passed to the manager, I expected a little more compassion and accountability. Instead, I was met with indifference and more blame. I offered to send a screenshot to show the order was right on my end, but the manager refused to look at it and stood by their claim that I was the one at fault. Ironically, the first woman I spoke with had mentioned it looked like a system issue on their end — which made the gaslighting from management all the more frustrating. To be clear, this wasn’t just a minor inconvenience. When your child has very limited safe foods, and you make an intentional effort to get the one thing they will eat — only to have it messed up and then be blamed for it — that’s a big deal. The mistake was frustrating. The lack of accountability and empathy? Even worse. I’m incredibly disappointed with how this was handled and hope Santucci’s reflects on how to better support customers, especially when mistakes are made“
