“Got sushi which was alright and the wagyu beef yaki udon and chicken yaki udon. The wagyu beef yaki udon was really good, I wish there were more pieces, the chicken was plentiful but I personally didn’t like it was much as the beef. The udon itself was bomb in both the dishes.“

The place is small and intimate, and the staff are very attentive. For example, I spilled my soy sauce bowl on the table and I hadn’t even picked up the napkin to clean it up when the staff had already placed more napkins on the table.“

“Got the shrimp teriyaki bento box. Portion was massive. Came with some tempura pieces including a big shrimp tempura. The shrimp was cooked good on both. Rice was cooked good. Not dry or too wet. “We happened upon this gem purely by chance. We had an amazing meal from A-Z (!!!) The sushi is phenomenal; sit at the newly designed sushi bar in the back and enjoy unique daily catches that come in through the connections the owner has with local fishermen. The restaurant is also known for their aged steaks, and Kobe prime rib, which we will try next time. I had the miso black bass and it was one of the best flavors with fish I have ever had. The broth had such a delicate shiitake mushroom flavor, which I loved. I literally couldn’t have had enough of this delicate, delicious dish. I could have had two orders and eaten it all! I think this dish epitomizes what the word UMAMI means. I also had the sautéed mushroom extravaganza, a treat for every taste bud of incredible flavors melted with a delicate sauce. My husband had their unique collection of sushi and sashimi choices that were all enjoyed at their stunningly beautiful sushi bar, complete with two young, passionate chefs who love what they do, and treasure their personal designs of the fish and rolls. All the rolls are presented in this great wooden cradle design, which I thought was so unique and functional. The owner was all smiles and genuinely happy to have had us try his new restaurant. I recommend it highly for either an exceptional steak meal (all are btw, so reasonably priced so order them for sure), or the traditional sushi. You won’t be disappointed. This will be our weekly go-to restaurant and we are counting the days until we will return, which actually will be next Tuesday the 9th! “I had a delightful lunch at Osushi with a friend this week. My salmon bento box was perfect. The miso soup, salmon, rice, veggies and California roll was quite plentiful and very delicious. The green tea mochi was served with a dollop of whipped cream and a Pirouette all of which was a very nice ending to our meal. I highly recommend!“

“Wednesday I came up the escalator to find that there is a buy 2 get 1 free sushi special on Wednesdays! I haven’t gotten sushi here in quite some time, but am soooo happy I did. Shrimp Tempura, Yellowtail Scallion, and Salmon rolls for $18?? And it was extremely fresh, I can’t emphasize the quality of this sushi for the price. I feel like the shrimp tempura could have been cut in larger pieces to avoid them falling apart as much but hey it’s all going in my tummy anyway.

I must confess that I was initially confused by the appearance of the Lion King due to it being a "baked" hot roll, but I was willing to give it a try. This roll is one of the best and most unique flavors I have ever tried. Even to this day, I still remember the taste and wish I could order it again. Unfortunately, I live far away from PA, but if you're nearby, love sushi, and like trying new things, I encourage you to do so.“
