“Me and my girlfriend went to Baby Tacos today for the first time we got there a few minutes before they opened. Who I’m assuming the owner was very friendly and still waited on us. The food was done in minutes and when I went to check out he told me to put my money away the first one is on the house. There aren’t to many businesses like this one in this day and age. Food was great will definitely be a return customer“

“I recommend this restaurant for any day of the week sometimes on Saturdays and Sundays. It gets a little bit busy but they take you so fast. Food is just so delicious and it’s not that they rushed the food out. The cooks are just so great that they can handle everyone coming in. I’ve had to wait maybe 10 minutes on a Sunday because of church But I highly recommend it to people are so friendly there and like I said they’re fast and delicious. Please try it you really will miss something if you don’t.“

“i visited this place the day after four chord festival in July during that insane heat wave. needless to say, I was extremely dehydrated and needed SOMETHING. I literally have never had such a fresh, pure tasting smoothie in my life. I felt sooo good after having one, that I came back for a second one. Music was choice. I was happy when Weird Fishes by RadioHead started playing. The person working told me the name of the radio station that he plays, which I didn't quite catch, but he was very kind. Got a great cold brew with almond milk and lavender syrup. And I tried my first Banh Mi Sandwich that happened to be the vegan tofu variety. When I tell you it an explosion of fresh flavors and textures. So delicious and refreshing on a hot day. Savored every bite. My friend got her usual BLT with vegan bacon, which she loves. We were talking about how normally bread feels like a waste of calories when it is not that good. But even the bread was devine ciabata. Haha, definitely this place out!“

We did the family style dining for a large group, and it was very well received. One of my Italian classmates sate the the Cacio e Pepe was the best that he had tasted outside of Milan. “Visited this morning for the first time. Got egg and cheese sandwiches, one croissant one ciabatta - both were amazing!! The lattes were delicious and rich. You can really taste the quality of the espresso. They were short staffed (1 employee who was grinding hard!) so I did wait about 25 minutes for two coffees and sandwiches. I didn’t mind that much and it was well worth the wait. Can’t wait to go back!“

“I often work remotely from my laptop, and this shop has always been my go-to after moving to the Southside in 2020. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and the baristas are extra attentive and caring. I love this spot so much so that after two years of being a "regular" I started working here part time. As a customer turned employee, I can honestly say that being behind the counter is just as amazing as my experience from the other side of the bar. Lavinia puts so much heart into every detail and cares deeply about fostering a sense of community within the shop (for both employees and customers). I recommend Delanie's to everyone in hopes of it becoming their favorite spot too!“

“Absolutely obsessed.  Homemade, house-smoked barbeque.   The owners and staff are extremely sweet and friendly.  They do have indoor and outdoor seating which is super nice in the warmer months.  They do close in the one area for additional seating and have heaters so it’s not too cold! The flavor, spices and way the items were prepared with absolutely delicious.  The meat melts right in your mouth.  Tried the wings- three jumbo smoked whole wings. They are slow cooked & flash fried. The pulled pork sandwich was incredible- slow smoked pork, tossed in a house Carolina cider mop piled on top of a Breadworks bun and Pittsburgh pickles. The brisket is a slow smoked Texas style brisket and we tried that on top of the creamy Mac and cheese. WOW- the brisket was so tender. And of course had to try their corn bread. Which came hot and totally hit the spot.“
