“Driving from Broomall to Philadelphia. Finding Scoogis was kismet! Following my guy I pulled and thought “eh, why not”. Greeted my the gem of a human that is Sophia. Scoogis is everything you want in a dining experience. Great energy in the dining rooms, high-quality service, atmosphere, great menu, great desert. Scoogis feels like home and the staff and owners should be proud of what they have accomplished here. Will certainly be back for more. A truly special restaurant.“

“Parking: Yeah they had a nice big window with a big flat screen television with the eagles game on it so sitting in my car and ate our sandwiches as we watched the game it sort of reminded me of being at a drive-in movie atmosphere only we were watching Eagles game.“

“We just had our family Christmas dinner here and the staff was amazing! They were so friendly and on top of everything. The food was delicious, even our 1.5 yr old grandson couldn’t stop eating everything. The manager was the absolute kindest man I’ve met, our reservation was running a little late on their end and he made up for in such a nice way to our family plus thanked both our sons and daughter in law for serving in the Army. “For all that remember Fantinis Pizza in North Wales....meet the original! Their signature swirl garlic pizza...red sauce...is our go to. Up from Tampa and this was one of my "MUSTS." Grabbed 3 pies to share with family and was as great as always! When Fantinis in North Wales closed....I thought paradise was lost....but many years later, we found LA Cucina Fanti and paradise was found! Been going there now for over 15 years!!!!! You won't be disappointed....family owned!!!!“

“Visited Angelos's on Friday, 9/29/23 for late lunch. Had several out of town Family members (10) and 3 babies with me. Dana was our server. She was very friendly, and excellent waitress. With 3 babies in our group was a little hectic at times. Food as usual was delicious. Some ate Pasta, others had cheese steaks. Food always fresh. Tony is was so great seeing you again. “The experience overall was great with the exception that the hostess (older male) didn't seem to "find" my name on the reservation list and then when he did he seated us smack middle of the walk way when there were side tables available (which had me thinking a bit, only because I'm not the "majority" that goes there. Maybe I'm thinking about too much. MAYBE NOT 🤷‍♂️).
Other than that, our waiter Austin(if I'm not mistaken) was amazing! Top of the line fella, very attentive, kind, funny and friendly. The food was soooo GOOD! We got calamari (delicious!!), my fiance got the chicken Parm(chicken was good and pasta was on point), I got the lobster ravioli (pasta could've DEF been COOKED A BIT LONGER lol. Other than that it's DELICIOUS!!!!!)

“Went to Adelina's five months ago the week they opened. It was a disappointing experience on multiple fronts and my review said as much. Last night was completely different and I thought it was important to say so. The service was attentive. The wine list was expanded and had more affordable options. But the star of the night was the food. Eggplant fritters were crispy outside and pillowy inside and came with a delicious complementary dipping sauce. A charcuterie board is not usually something that excites me. But the selections we tried were transportative. The pecorino tartufo with our Pinot noir were the perfect pair. The other meats and cheese we tried made every bite a party. Our entree selection was the lasagne, which we didn't realize was vegetarian. The dish completely won us over. Inventive and flavorful, the lasagne in not like something you've had before and is a must try! I'm so glad we came back and gave Adelina's another try. Cheers!“

“This is our favorite neighborhood restaurant. They have the best red sauce around! Their chicken parm is the best we’ve ever had, in 30+ years, even going back to our ne Philly days! Some of our other favorite dishes are penne with vodka sauce, chicken piccata, baked ziti, eggplant parm, shrimp and pasta and their veggie Stromboli.“

“We’re from out of town but decided to try this place because we like byobs and pizza and the prices were right. And we had a great experience. We were greeted with smiles as we walked in (which goes a long way). And our server, Jacques, was friendly and super accommodating even when my boyfriend’s margarita pizza was not what he expected. Jacques offered to make him a new one and suggested the Brooklyn pizza was more of a standard type margarita. And he was right. My boyfriend loved it. They did not rush us to turn the table. And we were able to finish our salads before the pizzas came. I had a meat lovers pizza and that was good as well. We will definitely be back.“
