We came in 12•13 at 3 to get some post shopping snacks. We were greeted by a young lady named Tao who was super friendly and patient when taking our order. Her manager, whose name I did not catch but she was a taller lady with curly hair who put down her previous activity to help Tao make our food, was more than happy to chat with us while we waited and even gave us fresh turn-overs! Thanks for making a good day a great one!“

“I been here 3 times. In the last year. First time I tried something on the menu and did not like it but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back a second time and loved the food and the prices. A place where when I go is mostly teens. They do have great customer service. On the phone and pick up. Plus its local so after work is super convenient. The garlic on tje crust is was sold me. Moral of the story if you have 1 bad experience always give it a second shot.“

But it's McRib time and they are the only McDs in Westmoreland that has it at this point. I really dreaded going to this location. But the employees and food was above expectations. “Counter staff could be much friendlier. The lady checking out customers was VERY short tempered and impatient when my family and others were ordering. We were only giving our orders like normal, nothing slow about the order, so to be rushed and so rudely dealt with was un called for. Other people in line were commenting on how rude she was, so on a funnier note, we all were joining in on the eye rolls and head shakes.I normally only leave positive reviews for businesses, as I understand how difficult it is working with the public, but this lady was truly incorrigible.“

“I ordered a combo cake from this DQ for Billy & Elizabeth's Birthday, since nobody needs 2 cakes in a 3-day period - 1 is plenty! But I only had 30 letters to work with, so I went with "Happy Birthday Billy and Cupcake" - but I really wished for an exclamation point, so I added this note in the comments section "If you could squeeze an exclamation point as a 31st character onto the cake that would be amazing to "Happy Birthday Billy and Cupcake!" - but if not the cake will still be great, just less enthusiastic. “This place is actually pretty nice. Looks like it’s run by kids, but they run it pretty good. The only healthy thing I found was the chicken Caesar salad very keto. They have a drink machine that has zero sugar, sweet tea and it is delicious. I crave it at least once a week.“

The girl brought the food to our table, along with condiments, plates, and napkins. I have NOTHING bad to say about our experience and we plan to go back again very soon. Maybe the building is old, but it retains the looks of the old original Pizza Huts. And the smiling young girl who cooked the food and served us did a perfect A+ job.
