“We have always had a great experience at this Longhorn. Until tonight. We went in for a steak dinner, and the Jenkintown Longhorn is a place we go often. Until tonight. We ordered our steaks and sides, but my medium steak order came out well done shoe leather. The waitress took the steak back, and by the time my correctly cooked steak was brought out, my family had finished eating. I asked for a box to take my steak home. The bill included my error steak.We spoke to a manager, and he said he would be right back. Another manager, Andrew Richman, came out and asked what the problem was. I told him we should not be charged for a bad steak, and he took my good, boxed up steak and walked away. Andrew was rude and did not care about long-time, frequent customers. Now, former customers. I recommend you go elsewhere for steak. Stay away from Andrew Richmans Jenkintown location.“

Had the wedge salad; ( not a wedge at all) good but on small side. Entree was the shot ribs with mashed potatoes and string beans; good, but again, very small portion: maybe 3 ounces of beef, 2 tablespoons of mashed and a few green beans. Luckily the bread was incredibly good so I could fill up. My wife is a small rather so she was satisfied- her salad and filet would not have been enough for me.“

“Excellent food & service. Great steaks. Innovative & fun cocktails. But, alas, they we're out of their Blond draft pilsner., which is one of my favorite beers on tap especially cold. Not to worry, they had Foster's on tap. The timing of the food serving was perfect & the entrees were hot. The blooming onion is sinfully good & addictive. Did not realize that you get all the bread you want before & during meals. The atmosphere was livly, spirted & fun but not overly loud. We had a perfect dinner..leisurely & satisfying. I highly recommend Outback and there are outstanding specials on mid week days. Perfect to break up the week. As Arnold says 'I'LL BE BACK!Parking: Lots of parking even on that crowded day. I bought a new car so I parked further out. Ther was no one near me within 30 feet.“

“Decent brunch. Staff seemed a little overwhelmed for whatever reason and it was only 8:30 in the morning. Ordered an OJ and fruit along with the rest of my meal but that never arrived. But decent breakfast. It's pricey. But it's the Logan so there's that.“

“I had a great experience. The menu consists of mostly steak entrees - they actually know how to cook a steak medium well! If you are not a steak eater there are some other options. The cost of an entree is impressive for a chain restaurant. Another plus would be that they have an everyday drink special so you can get a margarita for about $6 any day you go there (and there's actually alcohol in it)!Would definitely recommend if u wanna go out and not break the bank.“
