“I came to Metro Diner this morning off the humbug. I was starving & was craving some chicken & waffles from somewhere close in the area. Surprisingly the chicken was very seasoned and crispy. The waffles were also very tasty and soft. The strawberry butter mixed with their signature hot sauce was also pretty good. Alicia was my server. She was such a doll :) Her knowledge of the menu is impeccable and she took very good care of me. 1 piece of kofta shouldn’t cost nearly $8.. The lamb chops were a bit bland as well but cost almost $30 for a platter.
the prices should be half of what they are

“My wife and I had our first visit here and it was a very pleasant experience. The atmosphere was great. The service was very good. The firecracker shrimp appetizer was very good. My wife had a burger that was well cooked and delicious. I had a seafood dish that was a tad overpriced but the meal itself was excellent. I would definitely recommend this establishment to go to.“

“Great vegan/veggie joint. Pretty high prices but the food is all made in house and tastes great. This area is expensive for businesses to operate so it makes sense. Fresh produce is key to their flavor. Pretty decent service, although you can definitely feel it when they're busy--the staff tries their best and have great attitudes. Highly recommended local business. The ambiance is pretty neat but not too remarkable, a bit of modern and a bit hippie all at once. Larger parties any struggle to find seating unless they give a notice prior to the day they want to be served.“

“We have been coming here for almost 10 years. The quality has been consistent and quantity is good. I’ve seen many places jacked up the prices after COVID, but this place has stay very reasonable prices.
Recently this restaurant renovated and added many more options on menu. It’s definitely a happy surprise. My new go to is the deluxe pho, and tofu pudding. The weekend special rice roll is also very good too! Will recommend others to try this place too.“
