“I lived in South Philly for 27 years and spent my teen year summers from 12-19 in North Wildwood. I know a great pizza and cheesesteak from mediocre. Until I went to Femi’s, the best cheesesteaks I ever had were from Russo’s in North Wildwood. The closest I’ve ever come for cheesesteaks is Femi’s in Lester. Their steaks, especially their pizza steaks are fantastic. Every pizza and Stromboli I’ve ever ordered are great too! Can’t find anything better in South Philly.“

We tried tandoori and achari wings, garlic sticks, chicken curry/tandoori and chocolate chip cookies. Everything was out of the world. Never had desi pizza, wings this tasty. pizza was rich and flavorful. The taste was outstanding, the ambiance was welcoming, and the service was exceptional. “The owner and staff greeted us with a great big smile and then we picked out what looked to be my favorite—buffalo chicken. I knew this pizza looked like it was the perfect consistency, but I wasn’t sure yet if the taste would measure up. It had the perfect amount of cheese and just the right hint of ranch sauce—oh, so good! The plain slice took me right back to my hometown pizza shop in both taste and consistency. “My family of 5 attended our first Phillies game this weekend and stayed nearby. We were looking for a delicious breakfast and stumbled upon Colanzi's and we were so glad we did! The restaurant was super clean and our waiter and the owner were phenomenal, especially with our 3 boys. Our meals were unique, from scratch, and made with the freshest ingredients. Even our picky eater ate every single bite. For the coffee drinkers, their coffee was high quality, unlike a lot of breakfast cafes. This restaurant had a very family-oriented, "Cafe on the corner" feel to it. Not only did the owner make us feel right at-home, but he invited us back the next time we are in town and told our boys they could help him make their own custom pizza. On our way out, he shared a free sample of his new ice cream flavor by Bassett's with all 5 of us. if you're looking for amazing meal, coffee, ice cream, milkshake, acai bowl and a place that will meet all of your customer needs, look no further than Colanzi's Moira'Mensing Cafe. “I just attended my niece's graduation party there. AMAZING PIZZA !!!! They put out a variety of pizzas on a buffet table. A crispy crust (I went right for the corner pieces) with cheese down 1st. I enjoyed them all, but my favorites were the sausage, the pepperoni, the white pie with onions pork belly and sprouts and the spinach and ricotta. Can't wait to go back !!!“

“I’ve been coming here since 1964 and it’s still just as good! Hands down- best pizza in Philadelphia! The brothers/brothers in law have retired, but one of the sons is carrying the legacy forward. All they sell is pizza and soda, and only beef and beef pepperoni toppings. It’s no frills, but worth the ride I make every so often from Chestnut Hill. I only wished they took credit cards and stayed open later, but I understand. If you’re a pizza snob like me, do yourself a favor and try King of Pizza?“

“Had a reservation for two. Upon arrival inside, there's no clear host station, so it's unclear who you're supposed to speak to to be seated. We stood right inside the door for about 5 minutes before we were greeted, despite there not being a line. Our server was very personable and knowledgeable about the menu items. The skin contact wine and wine spritzers were incredible. As for the food, the fluke crudo was fresh and delicious. Over the past few times we've visited Sally, we've noticed that the pizza crust has been a bit burnt. This time, we were disappointed that the pizza crust was completely burnt.“
