“Now I will say that no one is perfect and I have had a couple orders that weren't right at this location. But they were always quick to fix it as long as it was within their means. I also want to note that I really appreciate the fact that when I come in in the morning to grab breakfast that all the staff groups me by name. They are all super nice and I really do appreciate that. I wish I could shout out specific names, but I don't really know all the girls names. But I do know Carol is a sweetheart, and the two managers that we're working this morning on 8/5/2025 around 8:45am. They all have amazing customer service skills, and I think they should be commended for that because honestly that's a very rare Trait in the service industry these days.“

“What an amazing staff!!! Took our daughter here for lunch on her 11th birthday (she wore a crown). As soon as they noticed a few minutes later the staff came out wished her a happy bday and wrote out a card with special messages along with sharing their tips and gifted coupons! We were totally surprised it put a tear in my eye. Not only that the food was fantastic and the restrooms were immaculate!! “We normally don't eat in the restaurant. I order on-line and pick it up. The food is very good and the order is always ready on time. Sometimes when I want a little less food, I'll order from the children's menu. It always includes a small drink and a small dessert. You can't go wrong with that.“

“After a long day of galavanting and shopping in Lancaster PA, my wife and I settled on Red Robin on East Lincoln highway for a 8:45pm Friday night dinner, partially because she knew she could find something there to work with her gluten free preferences. We were seated promptly. Our server's name was Phineas... And from the moment he introduced himself, we knew that our evening was going to be phenomenal. His smile and attitude and personality was off the charts amazing... He was seriously the best server we've had in 4 months, at any restaurant we've been to recently. He seemed excited to see us, enjoyed his work, and wanted to ensure our dining experience was first class! He was quick with our beverages & refills and refills on the water. He answered a couple of questions and had a couple of really good suggestions on the menu items. We both settled on the Red Robin burger with the egg, (her's with no bun) and I asked to have some guacamole added to mine... The food came out perfect... Phineas was pleasant and personable and there's a pretty good chance we'll go back and ask for him by name the next time we're in the area. If you're dining at the red robin near the outlets in Lancaster Pennsylvania, ask for Phineas as your server. As employers and entrepreneurs ourselves, we recognize rockstar employees when we see them... If you're in management at Red Robin, take good care of that young man! If you don't, an employer like us may consider trying to lure him away. 😉“

“The three of us went for a late lunch and even though we had to wait about 20-25 minutes to get a seat, the staff for the most part were really friendly. One of the waitresses has been there for a long time and is always super friendly to my mom and I. Food came out fairly quickly and tasted wonderful“

“This is like a sports bar. The reason a five for food is there large selection. And the burgers are really good. The few things I had there were good . They have a lot of beers on tap. They also have a lot of specials. This place has two bar areas and seems to always have a crowd. please check out their menu it has a lot to offer. It's not fine dining but I would say batter than aroogas,primante bros,and ruby Tuesdays. I would say this is a nice ale house. 5 for atmosphere in reference to ale houses. I feel as though I should go there more often.“

“The team I coach for stopped here for sandwiches on the way to our conference championships. For the price you really cannot go wrong. They were nothing luxurious but got the job done feeding my hungry team. Their staff was amazing in processing the order, I was able to send all of our customized orders ahead of time via email and the sandwiches were all ready when we got there. “I highly recommend this place as a potential event space. I booked the upstairs room for my wedding’s after-party. I was offered a few different booking options and all were extremely reasonable compared to some other event places in Lancaster city. Even though it’s not along the main row of bars on King Street, it’s a quick walk from the Mariott. Kayley, the manager, was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. She was very responsive and answered all my questions. I also worked with Tony who knocked it out of the park. He provided a cooler full of beers and pizza for my guests for a very reasonable cost. It was really nice to have a bar in the upstairs area close to the back event room. So many of the guests talked about the after-party and how much they enjoyed the dance floor. I highly recommend reaching out to QSB for a future event.“

“I usually go to a different Mickey D’s location but today I was in the area and decided to give it a go. I was very pleased with my order and whoever made my coffees knew how to and likely drank coffee too. It’s terrible when someone who doesn’t drink coffee tries to make a coffee usually it’s gross! My sausage egg McMuffin meal was terrific(my go to) and my boyfriend had the sausage egg and cheese McGriddle meal he said it was delish!“
