I don't understand why anybody would want to go to a fast food restaurant and get garbage ingredients making Corporate America richer when you can go to a family Diner and have better quality food hot and fast. The amount of time that it takes you to sit in the Drive-Thru you can order burger and fries at this little local spot run over to the dollar store to get whatever you need and then come back and it's all ready for you to eat if you get a cheeseburger deluxe with french fries it's the same price that you would be paying with a bigger burger and fresher vegetables then at a fast food restaurant!!! I have eaten here for breakfast and lunch multiple times over the years. I like going Saturday mornings with my co-workers just to sit down and have conversation and to relax. I wish they still had the dividers up between the booths that's the only reason why I gave it a four stars for atmosphere. It does get crowded on Saturdays so maybe you might want to do it Friday morning breakfast like my supervisors. breakfasts are excellent and affordable I can't share any pictures because I already ate it“

“Today, had lunch at The First Post in York, PA. The place is nice and spacious, located on East Market Street. Our party of four shared a ravioli appetizer and had French Onion soup. Both were delicious!!! Easily the best French Onion soup I've eaten!!! For lunch, we each had something different. My Aunt had Salmon Salad. My wife had The Post Steak Sandwich with fries. Our son had the Blackened Shrimp Alfredo. I settled for.the Fish & Chips!! Each of us loved our meals - taking at least half home!! The portions were enormous!!! To wrap up, we decided on some dessert. My Aunt and wife had the Creme Brulee. My son and I had the Chocolate Reese Cake Tort. So good!!!! Service was phenomenal!! If in the York, PA area, you MUST stop in and eat up!!!“

“Went on a busy Friday night but hostess was able to accommodate myself and two daughters. I was in a rush and was pleasantly surprised by the speed of service by the wait staff and kitchen. Everyone was pleasant, food was excellent (kids had burgers and fries and I had the chicken sandwich). Had a long drive home and we arrived at 7:15 and left by 7:50 with full bellies, fun atmosphere, great staff… which was ideal! Highly recommended!“

“Overall service was great, waitress was good, service was good food was good. Ordered a spinach/cheese appetizer to go, was bagged ready to go but when we opened it 1 1/2 inch of dip ! N a small bowl with a half of a large bag of chips already opened, we only needed about 4 chips to eat it“

“An absolute hidden gem in York County. Highly recommend the Cowboy Fries and dozen wings. The wings are some of the best quality you will ever eat and there’s a plentiful amount of sauces and rubs to choose from. Allow yourself enough time because the service is not the fastest. “We went on 2/8/25. Staying at the Hampton inn for a dance comp. Our waiter, unfortunately l, didn’t catch his name was absolutely AMAZING! More people kept getting added to our party, he, without hesitation, added more tables and chairs. He took our orders and separated the checks without us even asking. The food is always unique, the draft beer selection is second to none in this town (have to go to Lancaster city or Harrisburg to compete with this). Music selection is good, servers are chill... “I love Kelly Inn From the Owners to the staff. They remember what your food order are as well as your drink and treat you like family. I always dine alone and they made sure I was comfortable and checked on me, now mind you I normally get the jumbo crabs and thier Neptune pasta platter which is filled with huge shrimps and real scallops so I have plenty to eat, even with that they stop and check on me. I have to travel 30 minutes to get there but it so worth it and if you haven't had their Cosmo its so delicious thank you from the bottom of my heart I truly enjoy my visits with you“

“This restaurant is Excellent in Every category! I have Never had a bad meal at this restaurant. The food is just as great as the view overlooking the golf course. There is plenty of seating, a large game room and many options! The bathrooms are clean and the waiters and waitresses are excellent! Honestly, I don’t know how anyone could knock this place. “Came here for my Daughters Birthday around 2 so we could beat the “traffic”, plus there was 7 of us! Trista, our server, was at the table and ready to go. Not pushy but timed, she managed the timing for the whole meal. Was so pleasant, never missed a beat. Glasses were always full and Trista even remembered my daughter’s Birthday Treat. We had a mixture of food stuffs, like having the shrimp appetizer for my entree, Burgers, Rivs and of course, steak! There was no rush to get us out of the table ( we would not do that as a simple courtesy to others waiting) but the time there was nice, not a lot of “noise” and did I mention Trista?“

“We came came in with a large group which they did not expect. They quickly rearranged tables to accommodate 24 people. When we arrived they only had 1 server on and 1 bartender plus the restaurant was already pretty full. Stacey took on the challenge and she nailed it. All of our meals came out quickly as well as she stayed on tops of making sure everyone's drinks were flowing. Not one complaint from this group, food was great as well. Thank you!“

“If you just looking for a normal 2 egg breakfast with coffee you can't go wrong here. The food is consistent and good usually. I go here often enough and I have had days where things where off but then again I've had that happen everywhere . The food here is good , good price, and the staff is friendly and fast.“

“This was my first time in here but many people have told me I need to try it. I came specifically for the boneless wings, they were everything I had hoped and were told! It took me a second to figure out the ordering protocol but to be fair my blood sugar was crashing as I walked in the door so that was on me. I will definitely be back, I was spying on the people next to me eating burgers they look delicious so we will have to find that out later.

“I stop here at least once a week. Their beverages are wonderful...sandwiches aren't bad either. Their soups on the other hand leave a lot to be desired. I had the veggie last week...it was so peppery that I couldn't eat it...I had the Italian Wedding soup this week...that was just a downright disgrace! The broth was so salty and I have never had or made Italian wedding soup with sausage meatballs...there wasn't any chicken to be found and carrots, spinach and orzo were nonexistent. The broth was so dark at first I thought they made a mistake. Lesson learned...next time I want Italian Wedding soup I will make my own.“
