“I've been to Arby's a number of times over the years and today was no exception. I stopped in with a friend and we had an early lunch. The staff was helpful and friendly. The food was hot and fresh. We enjoyed our lunch and rang the bell on the way out.“

“This afternoon I was headed home alone with my daughter who had knee surgery at Children’s North and stopped to get her a milkshake before our hour ride home. As I handed her the milkshake I dropped it on the recovering leg and the employee doing expo at the window was AMAZING! She helped get her a new one and brought us extra napkins and wet wipes. She even offered to help clean it with me! Whomever you are, you are a fantastic example for staff and I appreciate your kindness during my anxiety ridden day!“

“I always love Arby's. Tried their app which is grest. However, Arby's needs to stick to putting the food orders on the shelf in their store for pick-up. I was waiting in line when I could have grabbed and go, only to have the counter person tell me the food was waiting on the end of the counter for 5 minutes which means the 5 I stood in line was actually 10 minutes of semi warm food..I will go back again. The food is too good not to.“

“I was very impressed this evening. My son has a severe peanut allergy. He often can’t eat the same desserts the rest of us eat due to the possibility of cross contamination at a lot of establishments. He ordered a blizzard this evening, and an employee thoroughly sanitized the machines used in making his blizzard before she made it. Dairy Queen could have just said they couldn’t guarantee there was no cross contamination, but instead they took the time and care to make sure my son could safely eat there, which was greatly appreciated. The staff is always kind. They work as quickly as possible. The ice cream and food are delicious. Thank you Dairy Queen!“

“Working with the public in fast food is a difficult job. The staff at this McDonald's is always pleasant and kind. They tell you to have a good day and to be safe on the road. They ask how you are doing today. They understand customer service. Many of these workers appear to be close to retirement or past retirement and I am sure their days are long but they treat their customers like human beings. McDonald's is not a gourmet meal, but this McDonald's has 5 star service. It is appreciated. Thank you.“

“Absolutely excellent! The drive thru wrapped around the side of the building, but it didn't take much time at all. We ordered online, so we spent minimal time at the speaker. The man working the drive thru was so friendly and energetic. I could honestly say it was the best service I've experienced in fast food. Mind you, we were there after 8 pm for the Krabby Patty meal that everyone and their mother was probably there for as well. We received our food in no time, and it was so fresh. The fries were burning my mouth because they were actually hot out of the fryer. I've never before had such fresh Wendy's. We went out of our way to go to this location, and we are so glad we did!“

“Every time we go, the service is really good and the food is much better than you would ever expect from a Taco Bell! Maybe it’s because it’s paired with a KFC, maybe it’s because of the excellent management. The staff always greets you with a warm smile and is very friendly. “My usual order is a large vanilla cone. Nothing fancy, nothing complicated.I knew they were minutes (like there's more fingers on your hand than there were minutes till they closed) away from closing when I got there. When I got to the counter they told me that they were closed. I responded saying that I was only after a vanilla cone and I was paying with a card. They were awesome and I got my ice cream. I know they weren't thrilled for someone to walk in when I did, but they weren't rude or made me feel like they were irritated I was there. Even when they said they were closed it was in an apologetic tone.Thanks again guys.I've worked enough retail jobs and if you're going into a place close to closing time; as the customer you should be quick - know what you're after, uncomplicated - don't try to specialize, polite - they've been working all day and want to get home.“

“Tried this place in St Louis and it was amazing! I am from An area north of Pittsburgh and would love to see one come to Grove City, Pa! Three college towns in the area plus the outlet mall would bring great business! There is even a spot open next to the outlet mall!!“

“Didn’t know they had portabello subs! Not a fan of lunch meat but my daughter loves this place. A bit pricey imo. And the lunch meat “quality” looks questionable. But service was excellent and it was clean inside. The rosemary parm bread was also tasty! ?

“Hands down the cleanest, fastest, best Burger King in Pittsburgh surrounding area. Every time I come in staff is super friendly and super quick to take your order and by the time you fill up your drink you food is ready! This location is doing everything right! Even the parking lot is spotless and that says something! Give all of these employees a raise!“

“I come close to closing time quite often. And to my surprise, the people taking my order sound happy to take my order unlike most places you goto close to closing time where they sounded annoyed. So thank you. And also the food I'd fresh. Keep it up“

“This spot is one of the best locations ever. The employees are hardworking sweethearts too— they even recognize me and remember my name! The food, while certainly not fine dining, is always warm and fresh. Again, it is fast food but the service is fantastic and food is too. Everyone needs to recognize these hard workers. They feed us!!“

“Food was surprisingly high quality. I was pleasantly surprised.. some of the best KFC I have had in a long while. Staff were busy but friendly and attentive.The store was not busy. Only one other customer in the dining room.. and the room was nice and warm, which is refreshing after recent visits to nearby Wendy's and Taco Bell restaurants that are drafty and cold.However, the men's bathroom was pretty gross and needed attention. As if it had been a while since it was cleaned well (not just a one off issue) It was not toddler friendly (very high urinal and toilet) and the whole thing needs a deep clean.“

“Haven't stopped at a subway in quite some time, because they did away with their fake chicken breast strips I liked, but anyway I stopped at this location in Zelianople perry highway, and noticed some new sandwiches up on the menu.
This new garlic steak is on point, and the gentleman who made it did a great job. Made exactly how I'd I've made it, if I had the stuff at home. Good stuff“

“One of the best run McDonald's in Western Pennsylvania. Consistently good service. Kids love the play area, which is usually pretty clean. Bathrooms are also tidy. Great instance of a McDonald's restaurant.

“Was welcomed upon walking in. A staff member even opened door for us. Lady behind counter was super friendly . Food was hot and fresh . Lady gave us samples which was nice. Overall a good experience. Bathrooms were clean as well . But plus for me. Nothing worse then a nasty bathroom .“

“I was ordering pick up but this place was nice. Gave me nostalgic vibes since it was a sit in restaurant. I loved that my food was prepared in the time given and the staff was very nice. It’s been a long time since I been to a good Pizza Hut. And the pizza was SOOOO GOOD!!“

“I used to avoid Subway, but they've recently changed things up with different sub choices and better rewards and deals. I'm still not a big fan of their regular subs. Too much bread and not enough meat for a bit too much .money. They've added some some new subs with more meat at an even higher price, but if you use their app, there are des to help with the cost.“

“I go here most Fridays for lunch and I realized today that it’s always the same guy running the place alone. He’s friendly, provides great service, keeps the place clean and organized and all the ingredients look fresh and well done. He seems to just quietly run the store well and provide great service and quality food. A lost art these days so I wanted to recognize it. Well done!“
