“Friendly staff and great atmosphere“

“Love this place!
Got a 9:30 reservation (2 weeks before for a Friday night) had the pickled (forget specifically which white fish)
It was unexpectedly good.
I ordered it bc I figured it made sense to try a dish that was/is directly in line with what the restaurant bills itself as. (Scandanavian + Fish) Was not disappointed, would absolutely order again. Great friendly waitress who advised the rye noodle dish. So good. Food so good I didn’t bother to take photos.“

“Wandering around Pittsburgh on a long weekend vacation (yes, srsly, go there) and found this gem. A classic daiquiri is proof (pun if I wanna) of how good a rum is. Maggie’s Farm Rum is outstanding. I failed to get a photo of the daiquiri before I drank it so you’ll just have to get one for yourself. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable, background music was truly in the background and conversations were low-volume and laid back.“

“A new experience for our group. Took the plunge and got 3 grappa's, but couldn't tell you anything about one over another, except they definitely are 10/10 on the hard core scale. Regardless, cozy spot with our the door wine for sister restaurant around the corner.“

“Food was fantastic small plates can add up but everything we had was delicious. When making reservations we thought bar seating was in the bar area but it is at the actual bar so if you don't want to sit at the bar select other seating. We had 3 and sat on the corner and it was a little hard to hear the 3rd person over the sounds of the bartenders shaking drinks. Would go back and instead select the lounge seating instead.“

Went in for happy hour on a Tuesday, was not too busy and got prompt service from the bar.

This is the only place I've been to that gives you more meat than rice in a bowl, no complaints here.

Drinks were good too, seems like they have the house margaritas premade and on tap.

Would recommend and will definitely be back.“

“The assistant manager Gabriel is the most kind and caring man; he exceeds expectations of a restaurant manager by a long shot! This modern Mexican restaurant showboats Mexican pride, while having more than reasonable prices. Food was cooked perfectly and quickly, it felt like we just ordered. I cannot recommend this place enough; the delicious margaritas are an added bonus too. Nothing but positive vibes over here! Huge shout out to our server Fran for being so great with my toddler! He went the extra mile engaging with my child, to the point of my son smiling and giggling every time he came back.“

“We went to G’s for our anniversary and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Great quiet and cozy atmosphere, stellar service, and incredible food and drinks. Every dish was full of flavor and the textures were all beautifully done. Even the bread basket was amazing with maple butter. It felt like a 5 star dining experience for a reasonable person. “Was shocked we hadn’t heard of this spot despite its central location and phenomenal reviews so we gave it a shot. Could not have been more pleased with the pizza, pasta and dessert. What an amazing hidden gem in central lawrenceville and so easy to get a reservation - even on Friday night. We’ll be back!“

“This bar slaps. The bartenders are all super chill and knowledgeable. The menu is super interesting, with balanced and unexpected cocktails that are truly impressive. You can tell the drinks have a lot of love for the craft behind their recipes. Can get a little crowded/loud on busy nights but still worth it. 10/10 would recommend sitting at the bar with a couple friends and trying as much on the menu as you can.“

“I booked The Goldmark’s speakeasy, The Confidant, for my birthday party recently and simply cannot sing their praises enough!

Nicole and Noa were ANGELS and worked with me throughout the entire process to answer any and all of my questions. They worked so hard to create and serve two CUSTOM cocktails with me and a shot of my choice for the evening! There was even a drink sheet made just for my event. I got so many compliments from every guest about how wonderful our bartender, Noa, was. He was fun, helpful, and completely added to our vibe :)
We had full rein over the music, and even a bouncer to ensure our party remained private. Everyone was obsessed with the space, and it perfectly accommodated all of my guests. We were even able to move things around in a way that worked best for us! The staff let us in a full hour early to decorate, and they were ready to help make my vision come to life. Goldmark even provided us a table for snacks and cake that is not usually available.

I can’t thank Noa, Nicole, Jill, and Adam for helping coordinate the most unforgettable birthday party! ( I want to do this every year!)“

JJ’s cocktail (Loretta) was new-age whiskey with lavender, ginger, and egg whites…enjoyed!
Matt’s was a tiki cocktail (3 dots & a dash) that I was vaguely familiar with, and tasted great! Matt had a lot of beer experience that I was able to ask about. Great spot! More people need to go and enjoy the offerings!

“A family member just moved to Etna and we wanted some lunch. This place is ranked high on google maps and there is good reason for such a ranking.

The special on Wednesday is $5 off a meat platter and so we got that. Sam the bartender was friendly and efficient and took great care of us.

The pulled pork and smoked chicken with the sides were awesome so much food that we had to take half home for dinner.

Awesome place, the grill/smoker is out front and the fragrance hits you when you pull up. This is a hidden local gem in Etna, even the cooks chat with you and so do the locals.

Super friendly in a great town with awesome food that will not break the bank. You have to go for great BBQ“

“Threw a last minute gathering at Mamacitas in their private room and it was perfect!! The atmosphere was amazing for our small girls gathering. They set the room up beautifully with some flower arrangements and table decorations. The staff was wonderful and attentive, but never intrusive. The food and drinks were constantly flowing. The room was much bigger than we needed and could have accommodated many more people, but also worked well for our small group and didn’t feel huge because of the decor and special touches. Food was wonderful as always. Highly recommend having an event here in the future!“

“Butler Street Derby is hands-down one of the best bars around. The atmosphere is always welcoming, the drinks are great, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a good time. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do.

A special shoutout to Cass behind the bar—she’s absolutely awesome. Friendly, attentive, and always brings great energy to the place. Whether it’s your first visit or you’re a regular, she makes you feel right at home.

“Over Eden hosted an incredible surprise 30th birthday party for me last night. The food and drinks were incredible and so reasonably priced for the amazing atmosphere that was provided. Our server Cody was so attentive and friendly, patiently took photos and made sure all of our guests needs were met. I tried tastes of the Cajun fries, artichoke spinach dip with pita, calamari and friend shrimp (LOVED the shrimp so fresh), pierogis (if you get angry when ordering them at other restaurants and being handed mrs ts these are perfect home made pillows for you), and the Korean short rib. This was the best birthday of my life and highly attributed by this venue and their staff.“

I ordered an omelet with salmon cream cheese, but it was early and they hadn’t made it so I substituted with cheese and artichoke - despite it being an odd request it was well made. The artichoke seemed to be cured in some sort of vinegar dressing, which balanced out with the cheese. The egg which encased it also provided a nice texture. The salad that accompanied the dish was also fresh and vibrant, which I appreciated greatly as it served as a palate cleanser between bites. Normally I don’t like breakfast places as much as they often charge a lot for things I could make myself, but this place was certainly worth it. The only thing I can’t attest to is the atmosphere - I came before it got busy and it was very tranquil, but it may not be a good representation of its usual environment.“

“Had an early dinner at the bar on 4-22-26 during NFL Draft week. Our server, Diane was very personable and attentive. We had a Caesar salad, 16 oz ribeye steak and lobster mac & cheese. The salad was delicious with plenty of dressing and large croutons. The lobster Mac & cheese was not great, it lacked flavor and it barely had any lobster. We ordered our steak medium rare and it came out medium well. We sent the steak back and a new one came out about ten minutes later. The steak could have been better, it was not flavorful. Matthew from behind the bar took our drinks and mac & cheese off our bill which was appreciated. Probably won’t eat here again and prefer Hyde Park Steakhouse.“
