“At this particular location for being way understaffed, I have to say I'm VERY impressed by the manager running it now. For being the ONLY one literally working, he keeps the place exceptionally clean, tables floors, bathrooms and food prep station as well. And not only that, he greeted us with a smile, welcoming attitude, didn't show how stressed and exhausted he was and gave the best service I've had in a very long time.
I wish I knew your name bud, you deserve the recognition and respect that you so effortlessly earned. Keep up the hard work, I promise it'll pay off!!

“I haven’t gotten the subs from here in a long time, maybe over a year. I had a craving today for their “Everything” bread. I headed to the store around lunchtime, as I walked in the door, I saw a sign to get a free 5 inch sub when you join there online program, I scan the QR code and decided to place my order online. The app did not redeem for a free 5 inch sub, but I went ahead with my order anyway. I didn’t see the “Everything” bread through the online portal (only: plain, sesame and multigrain) so I chose another bread type and guessed that they had discontinued the “Everything” bread since I hadn’t been here in so long. I sat at a booth and submitted my order, then a lady walks in and places her order at the counter and I hear her ask for the everything bread. I walked over to the counter and I see that it is still a bread option on their board. Then I asked the attendant at the counter if it was possible to change my bread type for my online order. Cadence clarified if I wanted the change for both of my subs and I said yes, she fixed my order without any issue. When she brought my order to me, I apologized for the inconvenience and she said that it was no problem and that if I had any issues with the online order in the future that I could give them a call at the store. This review is kudos to Cadence and her great customer service. As far as the DiBellas app, it’s still needs worked on.

Parking: There are a lot of businesses close together, so although DiBellas may not be busy, the parking lot is.“

“The staff is excellent and very caring. They are the perfect business for that plaza, especially because it's near one of Allegheny Health Networks treatment centers. “I ordered lunch and went down the counter to pay when I realized that I did not have my wallet. Went to my car to see if it had fallen out of my pocket. Couldn't find it. Went back into the store to ask them to cancel my order because I had lost my wallet or left it at home. Manager said not to worry about it - that they would comp my lunch. I ate, went home and found my wallet, returned and paid. The manager could not have been any more gracious when he comped my meal or when I returned to pay. I will definitely return.“

This is my first time to the Subway location and I was very impressed. Nestled in a small building in Canonsburg next to the beer distributor, you almost miss it.

Walking inside, you can tell that this location is very well-maintained and clean. The main gentleman is very polite and makes the sandwiches with a lot of care.

You have a choice of fountain drinks or cooler drinks to take on the go. The chip selection is very large and you have nice yummy cookies for dessert.
